About: I am Andi, mom to 12-year-old Henry. Henry LOVES dogs and is excited to host some new dog friends in our home. Henry and I will work together to make sure your dog is happy, healthy, exercised, fed and loved. We had an elderly dog who we loved dearly, who passed over the rainbow doggie bridge, so to speak, in May. We are used to administering medicine and taking care of all types of dogs because of him. We also have a toddler in our home so dogs must tolerate little kids. Andi is home full-time to be with your dog. Henry goes to school Monday - Friday but is excited to help on weekends and after school. We live in a neighborhood without fences. We will walk your dog as many times per day as they need. They can be on leash or off leash depending on recall and temperament.
“We left our beloved Poodle and Airedale plus another Poodle we were babysitting while we were at a destination wedding in Tahoe. This was a difficult decision for us as our dogs have never ever been left with someone else. We couldn't have been more happy. Beautiful home, Beautiful yard and loving care. My dogs, while confused, were instantly at ease. Kathy sent pictures and updates though out the dogs stay. It was easy on us and easy on the dogs. I would recommend Kathy in a second and if I have the chance to go to tahoe again, I would use her again in a second. About: I have experience working at a doggy day-care. I was responsible for watching and entertaining up to 25 dogs at a time of all ages and sizes! I am currently working 4 days a week Tues-Fri. Rocky is not great with recall so Tasha’s husband made a zip line so Rocky could easily explore as much of their property as possible! They really went above and beyond in so many ways. About: I have had animals my whole life, though not professionally, but I have taken care of mine and friends animals now for many years. When friends are out of town or at work all day I will take their dogs on walks/hikes or to the lake for some swimming. About: I've been dog sitting and walking for over 13 years and have experience with many breeds. I live an active life style and would love to take your dog(s) on walks, runs, or hikes. I'm happy to get outside in the winter as well. I highlight the importance of exercise in my care and know that a tired dog is a happy dog! Usually my dog sitting days include a short walk (15-20minutes) in the early morning and a longer one mid-day to afternoon (45minutes - 1.5 hours) with another shorter evening walk. About: Hi! My dog Enzo and I enjoy hiking around Tahoe. I would love to take your fur friend on all of the adventures with us! I usually spend my days off wandering in the woods and playing at the lake. My ideal day may include a morning hike, evening walk, lake sunset, porch relaxing, reading/Netflix at bedtime with dog cuddles. I can offer as much or as little activity as needed, feeding times flexible, house rules flexible (furniture/no furniture, crate/free roaming) depending on your home routines. A number of dog friendly beaches are close by for summer swimming as well. I prefer pups that are ok off leash for romps in the woods, as I take my dogs there for exercise daily. At age 13 she passed away from Lymphoma. She was so loved and lived a blessed life. Now I am blessed with two amazing pups that I love to the moon and back...I will always be a dog lover! About my yard I do not have a fenced in yard. My home is located in the Tahoe Donner neighborhood, and backs up to hundreds of acres of forest. That is where we do all of our adventuring. I am self-employed, and my work days typically start at 3. That gives ample time for morning adventures! Our current daily routine typically goes as follows - 7:30am wake up, on-leash bathroom time, breakfast, post breakfast snooze, 10am adventure, noon treats and chill, 3pm bathroom break, 7:30pm dinner, after dinner chill, bathroom break, 9:30 bed time! Most pups that stay with us fit very well into that routine. I am very hands-on and attentive to my fuzzy friends. My dogs are never out of my sight. They have full range of the house (couch, bed, chairs, laps!).

Growing up surrounded by a variety of animals and living next to a farm provided me with invaluable hands-on experience in animal care from a young age. About: I received formal education and receive continual education of cat and dog behavior at my job as Lead Animal Caretaker for the Humane Society of Truckee Tahoe. I understand that every dog is an individual and should be treated as such. I have experience working with and handling dogs of all breeds, sizes and ages. Dogs with some “undesirable” behaviors are not a problem for me, and I am prepared to adapt to each dog’s needs. Chances are that I have dealt with it before. I will create a positive and enriching experience for your dog no matter what. About: I recently just moved out to Truckee from Aspen! I love animals but travel too much for one of my own right now. I grew up with dogs my entire life and had 4 living with me before I moved. Using this app because I really miss them. We loved all things hiking and playing. Experience with dogs of all ages, all were different breeds and on different medications. I work 100% remote so I have flexibility in my schedule for walks and adventures. No animals are currently in my home, and since I work remote I won’t be gone all day :) I also have a SUV vehicle. About: Hi there, I’m Olivia and can’t wait to meet your fur family! My parents had a sweet spot for rescues and adopted dogs from shelters throughout my childhood. I have experience caring for a variety of breeds/sizes, ages, personalities, and levels of health. Over the past 15 years I have also sat for family, friends, and neighbors. I work remotely for a local company so my availability is pretty flexible and will allow me to be with your pup(s) as often as needed. Safety is my top priority. They will be leashed for potty breaks if there isn’t a fenced yard at home and on walks, especially while exploring busy trails and beaches.

About: I love animals and started dog care for a family in high school. I’m a runner so I ran with the large dogs and learned to adjust walks to the dogs. I don’t have a dog of my own so i love caring for other people’s dogs. I’m a student at Chico State, but I’m available to dog walk on Thursday’s and weekends. I’m available for house sitting every day of the week :) Any dog I am sitting will enjoy either a leisurely stroll or a run depending on the dog. About: I am Andi, mom to 12-year-old Henry. Henry LOVES dogs and is excited to host some new dog friends in our home. Henry and I will work together to make sure your dog is happy, healthy, exercised, fed and loved. We had an elderly dog who we loved dearly, who passed over the rainbow doggie bridge, so to speak, in May. We are used to administering medicine and taking care of all types of dogs because of him. We also have a toddler in our home so dogs must tolerate little kids. Andi is home full-time to be with your dog. Henry goes to school Monday - Friday but is excited to help on weekends and after school. We live in a neighborhood without fences. We will walk your dog as many times per day as they need. They can be on leash or off leash depending on recall and temperament.
