“Katie took wonderful care of my special needs dog in a short notice situation. She was very easy to communicate and was flexible with me on pick up and drop off. She sent me lots of pictures during my dog's stay and checked in with me often. I can't recommend her enough! Most people would not open their home to a medical special needs dog but Katie did without a second thought. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. So grateful to have found you”

“What a great dog boarding experience. The host was so friendly, and made us and our dog feel right at home. He was well taken care of and we would definitely have him stay with the host again. Thank you!”

“Geri was the best! Don't be fooled by her stern-looking profile photo; she is anything but! Super stylish and kind, with a huge heart. Our Roxy was very happy with her stay with Geri, and her home is beautiful, and every detail was accounted for in making it super doggy friendly. Her lil pup is also very sweet and got along very well with our picky, not-usually-a-dog-person dog, Roxy, which says a lot. Anyway, look no further, we highly recommend choosing Geri for your doggy needs!!”

“Jackson and his home was a great and safe place for us to leave our puppy, Monty. Monty was tired and happy when we came to collect, which was the sign of a great time! Jackson and his family are well versed in all things dog care and both super responsive and accommodating to all timing needs. Would throughly recommend to anyone looking to leave their four legged children in good hands.”

“I left my puppy with Katie for a night and did not worry once about him. I was originally nervous to leave him since it was my first time leaving him since I adopted him, but Katie was so great at alleviating my concerns and understanding where I was coming from. She sent me multiple pictures of Archie throughout the night. I already booked my next stay with Katie! Highly recommend her boarding services.”

“Excellent choice. Alan and Joe S were fantastic with our 3 y/ o Maltese. They sent several pics throughout and he looked quite happy and content as was on pickup 2 nights later. Very good experience. Will do with them again”

“Maggie took care of my 7 month old dog. San.. San is a mix of Husky, and German Shepard and a good mix of others.. 40lbs.. Maggie had my pup for 7 days.. She at times walks dogs and has a day care with dogs .. My dog is a rescue and I've had her for 2 months before I had to have Maggie care for San.. I was very comfortable with my meet and greet.. Maggie made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She is a mature woman and has an awareness that I like.. "She has a big fenced in yard too"..While I was gone I received photos along with updates every day.. I could tell by the photos my dog is in good hands.. She also introduced some of the other dogs she cares for and my dog made some good friends.. Maggie is an athlete and she enjoys running. I mentioned my dog loves to run!! She asked if she could run my dog.. I said that would be awesome.. Some of the pics was of her running for miles with my dog San. When I picked up my dog after the 7 days San (my dog) was in way better shape than when I dropped her off.. No more puppy fat.!! I highly recommend Maggie and if I need service from Rover again I will call Maggie 1st.”

“Kyla watched our dogs and kitty for two and a half days, and she did an excellent job! I’m so thankful that I met her. She was punctual, responsible, and very respectful of our home. She also spent lots of time with our pets. My dogs are extra shy, but in a short time they came to love her. She has a calm and sweet presence that just fit my dogs and cat perfectly. She sent me plenty of updates and pictures, and I really appreciated that. I’d hire her again in a second. She’s great!”

About: I’ve been caring for cats for most of my life, i grew up in a home with cats both young and old. Since I was 10 years old, my family has trusted me to care for our cats independently, giving me years of hands-on experience with feeding, cleaning litter boxes, administering basic care, and making sure each cat feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand that every cat has a unique personality, and I’m committed to providing patient, reliable, and attentive care so that my clients can have peace of mind while you’re away. I am also experienced with exotic animals such as rodents, snakes, frogs, and insects, having owned and taken care of them in the past.
About: I’ve always had a huge love for animals, and caring for pets genuinely makes me happy. I have 8 years of dog experience and 9 years of cat experience, including puppy training, pet sitting, walks, feeding, playtime, and overnight care for family, friends, and neighbors. I always strive to make pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I recently graduated from Santa Clara University, so I currently have a very flexible schedule and lots of free time to spend with furry friends! I’m a very active, organized, and reliable person who loves early mornings, walks, and being around animals. In my free time, I often take my family dog on walks and enjoy spending time outdoors. I’m available throughout the week and weekends and would love to help care for your pets like they’re my own. I provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. My home is very spacious, organized, and pet-friendly, and I currently do not have any pets living at home. I understand how important trust is when leaving your pets with someone, and I strive to make both pets and owners feel completely comfortable and confident in my care.

“Justin spent 4 nights at our home babysitting our two cats. He was very professional, a good communicator, and our cats seemed completely calm when we returned...so they liked him! He left the house in great condition and we were very happy with his service!”

“Shiori was great! She looked after our elderly German Shepherd mix who requires multiple medications in his food and even though he’s elderly, sometimes he can be a handful and Shiori charmed him. Highly recommend. Very lovely and respectful person as well.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We can’t thank Holly enough for stepping in at the last minute to take care of our pets! She was incredibly understanding and accommodating with our sudden trip, and her communication was excellent from start to finish. We really appreciated how attentive she was to all of our pets’ needs and how she kept us updated with messages and photos—it gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Everything was perfectly handled, and our pets were clearly happy and well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter!”

About: I have a gentle, intuitive way with cats, and they often come right to me—even the shy ones. People are always surprised because I’m allergic, but I still care for cats with love, patience, and a little help from allergy meds when needed. I read feline body language well and give cats the space, calm energy, and slow approach they need to feel safe. Whether they’re independent, anxious, senior, or affectionate, I adjust to their pace and personality. I’m comfortable with: • Administering medications • Basic wound care • Supporting senior or special‑needs cats • Creating a quiet, predictable environment for sensitive cats My goal is always to help your cat feel understood, respected, and completely at ease while you’re away.
“Don has been great with our 2 dogs. He has boarded them several times and lately has been dropping by our house for a couple hours when we’re out for many hours and taking the dogs for walks, swims, playtime and doing some training!”

“WOW! 5 STARS and then some! We couldn't be more pleased. And for the record, I'm an "A-type" which is something I don't readily share but for a review involving the care of my "cat child" George, it feels more than appropriate. JoAnn was a hit on all levels. Smart, Kind, Fun, and delivering ATTENTION TO DETAIL at every turn! JoAnn's daily video updates with snippets of play time made our time away all the better and reduced anxiety around leaving George at home. THANK YOU JoANN! Dave (Rancho Mirage, CA)”

“Rebecca did a couple of drop in visits to care for our cat while we were away. We were very pleased with her service and loved that she sent us pictures of our kitty. We would definitely hire her again.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs of all sizes since I was a young girl, and animals have always been a natural part of my life. I’ve rescued dogs throughout my adulthood and loved every breed, personality, and quirky soul that’s come my way. Even cats — despite my allergies — tend to walk right up to me, which always makes me smile. I’ll still care for them with love (and a little help from allergy meds). I read their body language, respect their boundaries, and create a calm, predictable environment where they feel safe and understood. I also bring professional caregiving skills to my pet care. As a retired massage therapist and longtime caregiver, I can offer gentle pet massage, calming touch, and support for aging, compassionate end of life care and support or anxious dogs. I’m comfortable providing wound care, administering medications, and injections for diabetic animal when needed. “Sierra was amazing from the start, she answered my inquiry so quickly and made the reservation process so easy. I could tell my dog enjoyed staying with Sierra, he was always excited to come back after 4 days of doggy day care. About: **About me** Watts Wagger Club has been affiliated with Rover since 2014 (then known as DogVacay). We have had many dogs in our family over the years. Now that we're retired, we prefer to take care of other's pets in the environment they are familiar. So you can travel with confidence that your loved one(s) and belongs are being looked after. **About my home/services** We travel nationwide providing our house and pet sitting services. The zip code listed is where we happen to be at the moment. However, when planning ahead, you may give us a reason to come to your area. Please reach out to us to see if we are available before looking any further. **About my neighborhood** We would love to be your neighbor, meaning, if you recommend us to your friends and family in the area, we could get together during our sit in your neighborhood. **What to expect** Since we are retired, we will be with your pets a majority of the time. We will take care of your home as if it's our own, because it will be while we are there. We like to go on walks, and will take the pets, if they like. **Special rules or requests** If possible, we'd like to do a Meet & Greet before committing to the assignment. That could be in person, on FaceTime (or the like) or just a conversation on the phone. Since we don’t have pets of our own right now, we like to take advantage and f them when we have them. Spending time with them is our first priority! Let us know about your routines and we will continue them while you’re away! That will keep things as consistent as possible for your pets.

About: For 29 years that I have my own dogs, I am ready to take care of dogs other than my own. I am a retired Pharma low level exec. I am mostly at home, and if I do step out of the house, I am usually not away for more than 3 hours because of my dogs. My dogs sleep with me in bed, and so are the pets that I will be caring, if that is your preference. At the moment, I would only accept male neutered dogs. Apart from my Sunday morning, Monday afternoon coffee group and Friday breakfast group, I am mostly at home to look after and play with your dogs. My house is clean, well maintained with a secured wall fence. For safety reasons, the dogs are not allowed to roam around the yard without me being outside as I have a pool and potential air predators. My house is equipped with automatic fire sprinklers.
“Sarah was great with our dogs! She was very patient getting them to warm up to her and took one for an extra long walk to give more time for them to do their business. Highly recommend, would book her again”

About: I grew up on a farm in England with working dogs, which gave me a love for animals and led me to a life working professionally with them. After 32 years of running my own pet care business in Los Angeles, I relocated to the Coachella Valley where I continue to walk, exercise, and socialize dogs, while also working as a dog trainer. I'm available Monday thru Friday from 7am until 5pm, so we can work out walks and visits depending on your schedule and your dog's needs. Your dog will always be walked on leash, with the exception of fenced dog parks. Dogs can be crated during transport, if that makes them more comfortable. With my many years of experience, I know exactly how to work with dogs with a focus on the safety, calm, and happiness of the animal.

I provide dog sitting services on a part time basis during the semester, which runs from 1/26/26-5/22/26. Unfortunately my home does not allow pets so I can only sit in the pets/your home! Jackson and his family are well versed in all things dog care and both super responsive and accommodating to all timing needs. Would throughly recommend to anyone looking to leave their four legged children in good hands.”

“Simon is always in good hands with Brandon! Not his first visit and won’t be his last ! I am always well informed and kept up to date about how Simon is doing and what he is up to. Brandon is terrific with all aspects and we so appreciate him.”

“Don was so nice and professional! We appreciated his flexible schedule and sent updates with photos and videos which gave us ease knowing our pup was in great hands. Don keeps a clean and tidy home and made sure to give special accommodations to help our pup take his medication as requested. We would definitely rehire Don next time we come to town!”

“Sierra…amazing! My Duke had a fun time, great to play with her doggies (who are adorable, btw). I don’t think Duke wanted to leave. Duke napped when he got home…after his playful morning. Awesome dog person, for sure.”

“Samantha was so lovely and responsive, with much dog expertise! She made sure Oswald felt right at home and I would highly recommend her for anyone needing to board their dog! Thanks Samantha!”

“I m so glad i found larry and jason - they are so great with my cane corsos who are 14 months and have a lot of playful energy. Jason played with them a lot while they stayed and they came home very happy, well exercised and had a good night sleep - jason is calm and laid back and has a lot of experience with difference dog breeds/ personalities. so he handled my pups really well. Trust is important with dog sitters and i will definitely have them take care of my pups again when i m in the Palm Springs area because i believe my pups were in Good hands. I ll def recommend them to others!!”

“If you find yourself in need of a dog sitter in Palm Springs, then Vincent (Antonio) is your guy! He was so sweet to our pooch. We could not have found a better person to watch Beau. He even has a nice backyard space for the dogs to roam around. We would definitely use him again if we are in Palm Springs. His house is also very close to downtown which worked perfectly for us.”

“Judith was amazing. She was very good at communicating and sent me lots of pictures of my dog (even though my dog is camera shy). She was really flexible and worked with me when my schedule changed a bit. I will be picking to send Vexy to her house next time we need a Rover.”

“Absolutely the best. I have a difficult dog, and Candace was extremely confident and loving with her. I have full peace of mind when she's watching my dog. Thank you Candace!”

“Our 2 year old Basset, Odie, had the time of his life. He and Todd and his 2 Shih Tzu bonded instantly. Video updates showed how much Odie was enjoying his stay. Thank you Todd. Absolutely the best!”

“Jennifer took great care of my baby girl 🐶 (PomChi) while I was away for a few days for work. I got regular pictures and updates that let me know my baby was doing well. Will definitely be rebooking as my dog clearly enjoyed herself during her stay— Jennifer has a clean safe home and lovely dog Stella and I think my little girl made a friend! She was exhausted when we got home so I know she had a good time!”

“Angelica took such good care of our active husky! She was also very communicative and accessible, sharing lots of pictures and video. We were able to have peace of mind the whole time. Thank you!”
