“Hugh and Mary were wonderful daycare sitters for my high energy corgi/aussie mix 7 month old puppy! I was riding my dirtbike in Big Bear, but couldn’t leave her at home or take her with me. Hugh and Mary sent hilarious action shots of her playing with another dog client throughout the day, and it’s clear they care for all their canine clients with much love. Churro was not left alone at all, which is what she needs! They enabled me to ride my dirtbike worry free, knowing my puppy wasn’t crying and howling at home alone!”
“Ceasar was THE best taking care of our dog Diego. He was very professional when we drop him off. He made sure he felt comfortable on his surroundings to a new place, then he introduced him to his very friendly dog. They started smelling each other and then started to play. When he felt comfortable again he introduced him to the rest of the dogs. He is also a dog trainer which left me very calm since I knew I could trust him and I was leaving him in good hands. While I was away skiing he sent us pictures of Diego having fun and then being exhausted from having a good time. Caesar was very nice and told us to not rush on picking him up at a certain hour, to go have dinner and then call him when we were picking up Diego. When I picked up Diego, he seemed really happy for meeting new friends and having a good time. Ceaser also gave me good advice to improve Diego's behavioural training. About: I've always had friends with dogs and have done house and dog sitting for many years without any issues. I also have a saint Bernard, Banks! I'm currently looking for a new job after I was laid off from my former job. I have a lot of time on my hands currently so I have open availability. I take my doggo out on walks every day! I am very patient and nurturing and have many pets of my own back home in GA where I grew up, but because I am away from my own fur babies, I am hoping to have the opportunity to spend time with yours, just as if they were mine. :) My typical full-time job is within the film industry, which is shut down for the time being due to a writer’s strike that has forced thousands out of work for an unknown amount of time. With that being said, I’m spending a lot of time at home and have a completely open schedule for pet care! The writer’s strike likely will go on for months, so I am fully available now for full-time pet care and will still be available part time once the film industry is back up and running! I have always felt comfortable having pets on my furniture as well as in my bed, as I grew up with three “lap dogs” who crave constant attention and cuddles. I understand that not all pets prefer to be touched or held, but I like to give pet owners that option. :) I am a pretty active young adult, so I love dogs that like to go on hikes or walks around our nice, friendly neighborhood. (or yours!) I never let my own animals’ food or water bowls go empty, so I make sure that the pets are always well maintained and taken care of. I am attentive, caring and patient and I’m eager to share my love with your pets!
About: I have a lot of experience under my belt, but also formal schooling. I have received a bachelors degree in animal science and just recently finished up my masters degree. Every since I could remember I was caring for dogs, cats, goats, pigs, donkeys, lizards, hamsters, fish, and emus! Yes, even emus! I have taught children at a farm animal kids camp, worked at multiple cat/dog shelters and have experience dealing with larger dog breeds. I will always work around animals, and want to provide pet owners with a piece of mind when leaving your furry family members in my care. I have had my fair share of animals and I completly understand the stress that comes with leaving them, keeping them healthy, and keeping them happy! My number one priority is your animals and their safety. I constantly watch out for hazardous objects and choking prevention! I have an extremely flexible job that allows me to wiggle around work hours, with this I am able to choose time frames that work best to my schedule. About: I have always been an animal lover so I figured that being a pet sitter/dog walker would be a great job for me! I’m currently going to college to be a Veterinarian. I have had tons of experience working with animals, including working at a petting zoo and on a small ranch which I thoroughly enjoyed! I currently have a dog, 2 hamsters, and a fish whom I love and spoil endlessly. I have had many many dogs in my lifetime. My first dog was a rescue from YAPS who, in her old age, became blind and deaf requiring a lot of extra care. My current rescue is a Boxer/Bull Mastiff mix that has severe anxiety and does not get along well with other dogs so I have learned how to handle dogs with an assortment of disabilities. I’m just looking to spend time with animals while earning money to put myself through college!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and had dogs of my own throughout the past 40 years. I treat all dogs and cats as if they are my own and am affectionate, kind, and playful. I work for myself as a handyman throughout the San Bernardino mountains and can set my own schedule. I’m currently training to be a dog trainer as well. It’s important animals feel safe and secure in their environment and the care taker is available to them on the animals timeline. I’m incredibly patient and kind and make a concerted effort to gain their trust as well. Ensuring they always have food and water, get ample bathroom breaks, and have access at all times to their creatures of comfort such as toys and bed. I’m very tall, and as a result often get on the ground or at the level of the animal to see them at their level. I walk quietly, I don’t slam doors, don’t smoke or consume alcohol that could be disruptive to their senses, and am highly aware of their need for affection, play time, or being left alone.

About: I have loved dogs my whole life. Having owned several dogs with my family throughout my life, I have always enjoyed and loved their playful, exuberant and loyal nature; there is just so much energy and life with them. Dogs are always such a joy to be around, and will make sure your dog will have a joyful time during my time with your dogs. I currently will even help sit my sisters 6 dogs (which she and her boyfriend together own six Chihuahuas and one Australian Silk) whenever she needs to do so, include walks, relieving themselves and playing with them and their toys. I look forward to meeting your dogs and spending time caring for them during my visits and stays with them. Being that this is my part time job, I aim to give your pup the care, attention and the joy they need with their day.
