I grew up with dogs and have experience with puppies as well—we once took in a stray who turned out to be pregnant, so I got firsthand experience helping care for a litter. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! I have Sundays and Mondays off from my full time job, but I can fit in a nice walk after 4 pm most other days. When I have someone's dog, they get my full attention; we play, exercise, snuggle. My focus is providing an enriching experience for your dog .

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs for 30 years. I have two Pittbull mixes , one boxer Pitt and one Pitt bulldog. The Pitt Bull Dog has intervertebral disk disease and used my training in occupational therapy and massage and did physical therapy with him myself so he could use his back legs again, after being paralyzed and needing a wheelchair. He’s now able to walk without his wheelchair. I’ve also taken pittbull training classes with them and am knowledgeable about training cues. I currently work as a distribution sales executive, and work from home, so have free time in the afternoons and weekends. I have a baby and two dogs of my own and would still be able to take some time to visit other dogs in my area. I can check on pets during the day or while clients are on vacation . I can take them on walks, let them out in the yard, play fetch , feed them , snuggle them, and even give medicine.

I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's.
