About: Ever since I was young I have been around cats! If I didnt have a cat of my own, then I have always managed to immerse myself around them!! My partner and myself have 2 cats! A calico female, who is spunky and full of energy. Amd a shorthair blotched male, who's a chill kitty that loves himself some food and treats, as well as going on leashed walks! Here and there I will trap cats, and get the privilege to find them forever homes! I also posses knowledge of caring for baby kittens!!
About: Hello, I am lexington a recent college graduate and I am trying to save money to go to vet school as well as get experience with different dogs or animals. I have experience with giving dogs shots and where to place the different kinds of shots on the dog or cat. I have worked with many different breeds at the butte humane society. I started out going twice a week to 3 times weeks for 6 hours weekly just to walk dogs and hang out with cats. I got up to 108 hours for a unit course which was cool. I have also helped with wags and whiskers events such as moving the dogs to the pen area so they could get adopted. I have also grown up with animals my whole life, since my first animal was when I was two and he was a black cat named mine. Full availability till the 27th of may and then I am available after 5:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Open availability on the weekends though. I would love to hang out with your animals since it makes me a happier person. I can feed them, clean litter boxes, play with the animal, I can also lay with the animal while watching tv with them. I can do heavy lifting if needed.

I've also worked for 10+ years with a local rescue, raising kittens only days or weeks old until they are old enough to be fixed and adopted - feeding them milk on a regular schedule and then weaning them onto wet food, then dry food, also teaching them how to be a cat by interacting with my cats. I'm extremely protective of my pups and was worried about leaving them, but once I met Lynn and saw how she was with my little guys and with her own "babies", and how secure her yard was, I felt completely at ease and comfortable leaving them in her care. I didn't bring their food with me because we weren't leaving them overnight and they won't eat when we're not there. She made them chicken! which of course they ate right up. This woman LOVES dogs. Neighborhood is safe for walking pets and talking potty breaks. There is a park near by to enjoy with the dogs as well. Have experience administering oral medication if that is needed. About: I am a loving pet mom for 15 yrs and before and during that time I have helped many others with their animals. I can sit, check in and play with, and take for walks. I love animals and giving them attention because I know it is so important. I work from home so I love reasons to get out of the house and pet friends to keep me company at night. I work and stay 100% near the outskirts of Yuba City. My pets and their friends safety in #1 in my house and yard. I have a very large fenced in back yard and I have proofed it so not even very small dogs (like mine) can find a way out. I am an avid pet counter before doors are open and I double and sometimes triple check that the home is secured before I leave, we don’t want any babies to get out of their safe space.

About: I’ve taken care of mostly cattle dogs since I was 10. My neighbors, family friends, family, and coworkers always ask me to pet sit for them. I am so excited to have the time to care for and love your furry friends! I work from Tuesday-Friday and I will be available after 7pm Friday. Saturday-Monday I am available at all times. I am not able to keep your furry friend in my current living space, but always am more than happy to take care of them in their home environment.
About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Sadly, I lost all my clients and contacts save one in the Camp Fire as my client base was in Paradise and Magalia. Since then, I have taken care of my own little furbabies and ever so often cared for the Chihuahua/Pug/Terrier mix of the one remaining client from Paradise. For my clients in Paradise and Magalia, I did both drop-ins and overnight stays. (My favorite memory was staying with two little lovely Dachsies for three weeks!) I made sure each pet I took care of was fed as per the instructions given to me and that they had access to fresh, clean water. Whether it’s maintaining a regular meal routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all furbabies in my care. I also have experience administering medications, whether oral or topical, and am dedicated to ensuring your pets specific medical needs are met with precision and care. I know personally the importance of a vet's instructions and the proper maintenance of a consistent medication routine. I also know the importance of exercise in keeping a pet happy and healthy. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous activity, I am happy to ensure that your pet gets the exercise and playtime they need! Above all, each dog that I have taken care of I have treated as part of my family. I look forward to providing your furbaby with the same love, attention, and care that I have given to my past clients and to my own pets! My schedule has changed and is more open during the work week. I currently have a day job between the hours of 12:30PM and 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. My hours can be flexible with this day job. I am available early morning and some evenings during the work week. My schedule changes, on occasion, in the evenings Monday through Friday. My weekends are fully free and am available for pet sitting, dog walking and drop-ins all day on Saturday and Sunday. For any pet in my care, whether it has been a client's pet or my own, I have always ensured that they have gotten plenty of love and quality care. For past clients, I adhered to all instructions given pertaining to feeding time, exercise and medications if applicable. I made sure there were plenty of cuddles and that every pet in my care felt safe and secure.

About: I have an understanding of dog psychology and act calm under pressure. Previously, I was the dog trainer at Petsmart for a year and a half. I love dogs very much and care for their success! My main concern is the dog's health, which is why walking them is extremely important. Giving dog's additional exercise other than playing in the back yard is key to releasing their excess energy. Walks also provide new areas to explore which will give them an opportunity to use their smellers and analyze the world. You will be surprised at how tuckered out they become! If you wanted to have your dog work on socialization and make new dog friends, I am more than willing to help your fur baby improve in this area. I am available Tuesday through Saturday mornings for a walk. There is a possibility of opening a window of availability in the afternoons. Let’s talk! About: I have had a variety of animals always in my life. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and rodents. (All of which I've had at some point) I have also worked for a rescue charity for 7+ years which resulted in having learned basic and emergency care, as well as administration of medication. I am retired and looking to fill my time with love and cuddles. I have always enjoyed caring for the variety of animals I have and have had. I love learning all the cute special quirks and loves of every animal I interact with. I am very respectful of other people's space and items - my focus is on the animals in my charge. Long story short I moved to Alaska with my pet dog from Yuba City where I learned to be a dog musher and she learned to be sled dog.
