“I highly recommend Kara as a dog sitter. Leaving Nova for the first time was nerve-wracking, but Kara's consistent communication put us at ease. “I'm so happy Clarissa took Mattie and Tessie into her home. She and her family were caring and loving, and seemed to really enjoy having them. I will definitely book stays for them in the future. ”
“All I can say is WOW! Was visiting a friend in Fresno and needed a place for my Chihuahua to hang out overnight as the dog and my friend’s cat ate not that fond of each other. What a fortuitous find in Reza. So welcoming. He made everything so easy. He was wonderful at accommodating me at the last minute.Terrific communication—I think I got more pictures and updates on her overnight stay than I’ve gotten in an entire week-long stay elsewhere And his teenage daughter was great with her. And Reza was so understanding when I was late to pick her up. I so appreciate that as I was a little frantic about it and he reassured me it was OK. Highly recommend this wonderful, kind dog sitter. A perfect, worry free stay!”

“Nicole was amazing with our pup, Kobe! He had so much fun going on walks with Izzy and Winnie and playing outside, he came home happy and tired. Nicole clearly puts so much care into making every dog feel at home. She sent tons of photos, communicated consistently, and even gave us a polaroid picture of Kobe to take home! We’ll absolutely book with her again anytime we’re in town. Highly recommend!”

“Megan was absolutely great! She took Juliet on a short notice and was able to work with us for pick up and drop off time. She was always communicating and sent pictures of Juliet every day. They went on walks and played toys too. Juliet really loved her and if we are ever in the area another time we would definitely choose her again!!”

Lovie and myself THANK U VERY MUCH!!”

“Thanh-Mai did a wonderful job with our three girls, which included a four month old puppy. Puppies are so much more work than older dogs and she handled our little Stella marvelously. We received updates every day about how they were doing with videos and photos. The dogs were so very comfortable with her and in her home. They adjusted easily and this was their first time there. She took excellent care of them and they had fun. Thank you, Thanh-Mai. We are so very grateful to you and James. The girls say thank you as well!!!”

About: I've been caring for animals my entire adult life and after changing careers I decided to pursue something that makes me enjoy my work. I spent several years volunteering for a local shelter dealing with situations that included large and small breed dogs. Recently (the last 4 years) I've opened my home mostly to short term fosters that need a temporary place before finding forever families. This process has given my ample experience in home settings where I'm now extremely comfortable interacting with animals unfamiliar with me or a new environment. I can provide Play Time, Walking, Park Trips, Long Distance Day Trips, Feeding, and even Poo Removal. I'm new to Rover but you won't find someone with more practical experience and passion than myself so please get in contact if you would like to meet ! Currently I'm working part-time so my schedule is typically open 5 days a week but I'm sure arrangements can be made depending on the situation. I have a large fenced yard and three friendly dogs of my own to keep visitors company. If you require in home care I will treat your property as if it was my own.

About: Personable attention, plenty of exercise and play is the mantra. During my overnight stay, I provide 2 walks/day (30 min each) and 30 min of play. Potty as needed. Close bonding with Baggins, my Blue Healer, for 12 years has taught me a skill set of commen sense with dogs. I have 2 other dogs I care for part time with my husband. Baggins will be with myother dogs during my visits with yours. I go to the gym for an hour most every day. You must be ok with me leaving your Precious alone for 2 hours. I have obtained security clearance on the federal level with my former government positions. I am also part time Airbnb host for my yurt. I am available weekdays and weekends. Although your active dog will miss you, he or she will soon forget after our walks.

“Isabella was amazing! She is kind hearted and our dogs saw that immediately. She took very good care of our pups while we were on vacation, feeding and talking them for a walk. Both our dogs felt comfortable and happy with Isabella as did our family. We look forward to using her again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of many kind for 3-4 years. I’ve been trained using Cesar Milan methods. I’m also very patient and caring. Most dogs tend to naturally be drawn to this energy in me. I have an open ended schedule. No other jobs, except for DoorDash, which I can arrange around any dog care services you may need. Happy to help where I can. I am comfortable with crate training and adapting to different house rules. While I cannot home your furry friend in my home yet, I’m happy to do so in your home.

About: I was raised on a ranch with numerous pets, including many dogs from a young age. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in training puppies and caring for senior dogs. I have a genuine passion for puppy training and continuously seek out new methods to effectively teach them. Additionally, I am well-versed in giving medication to dogs when they require it. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as a stay-at-home mom with a 1-year-old while also attending school. Most of the care happens throughout the day alongside my normal responsibilities at home. I make time for feeding, letting the pet outside or going on walks, cleaning up after them, and making sure they get attention and exercise. Since I am home most of the day, I am able to monitor their needs and keep a consistent schedule. I usually plan pet care around my child’s routine and my schoolwork, such as feeding in the morning and evening and taking care of walks or playtime during breaks or nap times. Being home gives me the flexibility to balance caring for both my child and my pet while staying organized with school responsibilities. I have a secure, fenced patio and two friendly dogs to keep your pups company. If necessary, I can separate them. My dogs and I take daily walks, and we would be thrilled to have your furry friend join us. Visits to the dog park are also on the agenda if it's an activity your pup enjoys!
“Adrianna is amazing!! Really cares for Jasmine and keeps me well informed. My baby always come home happy and so positive. Thank you for all the care you give!! Anytime I need something I will be reaching out again.”

In addition, I’ve fostered two newborn kittens until they were about 2 months old, helping them grow strong before finding them wonderful homes. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, or giving extra attention to puppies, kittens, or senior pets, I’m committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My own cats are friendly and comfortable around dogs, and I have experience caring for pets in multi-animal households. “Amazing stay as always! Farin always responds quickly and updates with photos. I had a last minute request and Farin was able to accommodate that. Our dog Zoey gets along with Arlo so well and I 100%feel comfortable with my pup staying with Farin. Highly recommend”

About: Our family is slightly dog obsesssed :) We have a large backyard and home that is a dog’s dream. We work from home and adore puppy snuggles and play. We live on a quiet street in a great part of town. We treat all dogs like they are our own. We have experience in puppy training, elder dog care, and injured dogs care. Our children have been raised around all kinds of dogs and are respectful, cautious, and patient. Your baby will be loved and cared for, walked regularly, and hopefully returned nice and worn out from all the play :) Most activities we do as a family are usually dog friendly because we just can’t handle leaving our pups behind! We currently work from home and NEVER leave our pups for more than just few hours (one of ours is afraid of the dark). We are an active family so walks and play are a must. We have a secure fenced yard for lots of roaming around. We can crate dogs who feel more safe/secure in that environment, but we prefer they have the run of the house if they wish. We recognize a new environment can be overwhelming for your pup so we will do everything to reduce that anxiety for your baby :)
“I cannot say enough amazing things about Jennifer! They took such incredible care of my Jace, while I was away. From the moment we met, I knew Jace was in loving, capable hands. They kept me updated with daily photos and messages that made me feel completely at ease—and honestly, Jace looked like he fit it right at home. It was clear they treated him like family, giving him plenty of playtime and attention. He came home happy, calm, and clearly well-loved. If you’re looking for a sitter who is reliable, communicative, and will treat your pup like their own, look no further. We’ll 100% be booking with Jennifer again!”

About: I’ve been around pets for as long as I can remember. We had cats growing up and when I turned 9, we got our first dog. It was then that I took on more responsibility as a pet owner. I would regularly walk her around our neighborhood and I spend a lot of time with her in the pool teaching her fun tricks. Ever since then, I’ve taken care of our, now, two dogs and those of friends and family. I’m a full-time production assistant in Fresno, CA. I have standard in office days and days when I’m on set for 8+ hours. I am currently only accepting weekend bookings to ensure I can give your pets the utmost time and care their deserve! Once my weekdays quiet down, I’ll open them up for availability. I am a full-time production assistant in Fresno. Weekdays are currently too inconsistent in structure for me feel confident I can provide the same attention and care your pets deserve, as I know I can provide on weekends. That being said, I’m great for weekends! I’d be happy to create peace of mind while you’re away. While unable to bring dogs into my own home, I can and will gladly take your dog on a walk around your neighborhood. I am adamant about strong communication. I send updates about when I arrive, what I was able to feed them, if we played, if they went poddy, how I tidied up, and when I leave!

I want to be transparent about this. • Decline other reservations: due to the lack of space, I might need to be forced to cancel other reservations to ensure we have adequate space for your furry friend. • Space & capacity: When I host a large or giant breed, it often means I can only take one other pet (or sometimes no other pets) to ensure everyone has adequate space and comfort. This limits my availability for other bookings. • Physical demands: Larger dogs require more physical strength and energy – from handling on walks to managing their movements indoors. It's more intensive work to provide the attentive, hands-on care they deserve. • Wear and resources: Bigger dogs naturally need more of everything – more food, more space, more cleanup. They also create more wear on furniture, floors, and the home environment. • Individual attention: Every dog gets my full focus, but larger dogs often need extra time and specialized care to ensure they're comfortable and happy in my home. This pricing ensures I can give your large or giant dog the quality, individualized attention they deserve without compromising on care. Why the puppy fee? Puppies are wonderful, but they need specialized care! I take your pup out every 30 minutes to support their potty training and help them develop good habits. It's hands-on work, but it makes a real difference. If your puppy is already crate and potty trained, I'm happy to waive this fee. Again, please review these details before reaching out so we can make sure we're the right fit for your pet! I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! 🐕💕 A day in the life with me 🌅 I'm naturally an early riser, which works out perfectly for your pup! Here's what a typical day looks like: Morning: We start the day with a refreshing morning walk to get those legs moving and set a positive tone for the day. Throughout the day: Your dog will get regular potty breaks in my backyard all morning long. Since I work from home, I'm always here to let them out when they need it. Evening: When the weather's nice, we'll wind down with an evening walk to stretch, explore, and burn off any remaining energy. This is the exact routine I followed with my own dog, and it worked wonders for his potty training. He learned to trust that I'd take him out when needed, and I learned to trust that he'd wait. It's all about consistency and communication! Your dog will seamlessly become part of my daily rhythm – same love, same care, same attention I gave my own. They're not just a guest; they're family while they're here. 🐕❤️ 🐣They will be in a safe and secure environment, where no dog will be distressed. I prioritize understanding each dog's behavior by discussing their temperament with clients and taking proactive measures to ensure a calm and harmonious atmosphere. This is why I limit the number of dogs to a maximum of two per night, to maintain individual attention and safety for all pets involved.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since 2015 and have hands-on experience working in a professional dog training and daycare facility. Through that environment, I gained experience handling a wide range of personalities, from high-energy breeds to anxious or shy dogs, and learned the importance of structure, consistency, and reading behavior cues. I’ve also provided in-home dog sitting for multiple families over the years, and I’m currently an active volunteer with a local animal rescue in Fresno. Dogs tend to warm up to me quickly, and I prioritize calm, attentive care so both pets and owners feel comfortable and confident while they’re away. Please note that new clients for over night stays are required to have a meet and greet before booking to ensure safety for both myself and the client/dogs. I’m a hairstylist with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide consistent care and attention for dogs. On the rare occasion when I have a fully booked day, I make arrangements to ensure their needs are met, whether that’s a mid-day potty break or extra attention when I’m home. I provide attentive, calm care in clients’ homes. I’m trustworthy, experienced, and dogs warm up to me quickly, ensuring their comfort and safety while you’re away.

About: I like working with animals because they are so kind and have the best hearts. I've always loved animals. I have 2 cats but want a dog someday as well. I'm definitely both a dog person and a cat person. Being around animals brings me so much joy! I'm looking for a job that I can enjoy and truly look forward to during my free time. I have just recently graduated with a Master in Speech Pathology and I am working part time as a speech therapist. My love for animals makes this the perfect job for me! One thing you should know about me is that I was raised to be very respectful of one's home and space. This is very important to me to express as I apply for these positions. I want pet owners to feel assured that I will be mindful in their home and that I am grateful of their trust in me to take care of their fur baby/babies. I’m available weekends all day and most Tuesday-Wednesdays. Every other day I have open to take care of your furry friends! I am open to overnights as well. I can do overnights any day of the week. I have 2 cats that I love with my whole heart. While I know that cat care and dog care are very different, the love that I would provide is the same. To me, it is important to give our pets the exercise, nutrition, and attention that they need.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs. I love running in the backyard, chasing and being chased. Food time is my favorite, because I get to see all the dances your fur babies do. I see bath time as a doggie spa day, let them feel important too. Medicine time is my least favorite, but if mom/dad say so, then those are the rules. I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family since I learned how to drive. I love seeing the happy smiles and waggy tails of my furry friends. Want some playtime videos? You got it! Your fur babies are in good hands. I’m currently working weekends, so I’m free during the week days. I’m the one who feeds my family pets morning and night. I have two very active dogs so I like to get up bright and early to walk them. If they’re still antsy after a morning walk and through-the-day play, then I’ll walk them in the evenings too. I like to train my dogs as much as I can, especially on walks. I love snuggling with my dogs too, who doesn’t love a good cuddle session with our fur babies? Depending on the needs of each dog, baths, feedings, medications, walks and playtime are always included. Please let me know what your needs are when it comes to taking care of your fur babies.

“I highly recommend Kara as a dog sitter. Leaving Nova for the first time was nerve-wracking, but Kara's consistent communication put us at ease. She sent lots of pictures and videos, and it was clear Nova was having a blast. We're so relieved to have found a reliable sitter we can trust with our pup.”

Scott sent me updates of JJ’s day, pictures, and communicated well throughout the stay. I felt very comfortable leaving my pup in his hands. I will definitely book with Scott. I’m so grateful to have found him!”
