It is abundantly clear that Sophie, an energetic college student trying to earn some money on Rover, could not be more motivated to take phenomenal care of your cherished companion. About: Growing up, I have always been around animals. I currently have a dog and two cats of my own that I love unconditionally. I have house sat for families with a variety of pets. From taking care of cats, dogs, geckos, and chinchillas, I have found myself to be very responsible person and loving towards all animals, giving them all the attention they need. About: Hi! I'm Rafi, your local dog nanny. I'm a full-time commuter student at SFSU and a lifelong dog lover looking to help families all over the bay for their pups! I grew up around labs and now have three rescue dogs of my own—a German Shepherd/Lab mix, a Pitbull/Catahoula, and a little Chihuahua mix. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I've been dog walking and pet sitting for family friends since 2018, but things really picked up during COVID when I was recommended to more and more people. Since then, I've practically been a full-time dog nanny! About: I grew up around all kinds of animals and I’ve cared mostly for dogs on the smaller side, but I am good with bigger dogs too. I have some beginner training experience as well. I’m currently working only as a pet caregiver so I have plenty of time to tend to your pet! I have class on Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. I live in a very dog friendly apartment building. Dogs are allowed on furniture. They will get frequent walks (morning, afternoon, and evening) and potty breaks (every 2-4 or 4-6 hours depending on dog) and I will set alarms for meals/medications.

I usually walk my dog at McInnis Park or Civic Center everyday I have a 4 year old spayed female 10 pound mini dachshund which can keep your dog company. Hence I have a size limit of under 30 pound dog that I can accept for my services. Much of my work is from home, so they will be in a safe and calm environment. Also I usually walk my dog in the morning and afternoon to ensure she has fun outdoors and gets the right amount of exercise.
About: I’ve cared for my family friends' dogs while they were away, which helped me understand the importance of building trust with both pets and owners. I am currently enrolled in school on weekends and trade school in evening. I and available during weekday mornings and afternoons to provide reliable dog sitting services. My cats are indoor-only, and my dog enjoys a large backyard for play. Due to my cats' territorial nature, it might be challenging to accommodate other animals in my home.

“Lydia is great! She helped us walk Nova while we were on a trip and had my mom staying with Nova. My mom cannot handle Nova due to her reactivity to other dogs, squirrels, and cats. Normally they would just play in the back but our yard was too flooded to permit it. Lydia jumped in to help on very short notice and in the middle of some crazy weather. She was punctual and took Nova out on a different walk each morning that we needed her. She is communicative, responsible, and took good care of our spoiled princess baby. I highly recommend her!”

About: Hi! I'm Rafi, your local dog nanny. I'm a full-time commuter student at SFSU and a lifelong dog lover looking to help families all over the bay for their pups! I grew up around labs and now have three rescue dogs of my own—a German Shepherd/Lab mix, a Pitbull/Catahoula, and a little Chihuahua mix. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I've been dog walking and pet sitting for family friends since 2018, but things really picked up during COVID when I was recommended to more and more people. Since then, I've practically been a full-time dog nanny! Most recently, I worked with an amazing local dog walking company based in Marin, but with school starting again, I have decided to branch off and find my own clients. I am willing to drive all over the bay area; my school schedule is flexible and I can easily work around it to be able to care for your pets. Whether your dog needs walks, check-ins, long outings, or overnight stays, I'm here for it all.
