About: I started volunteering at the Antioch Animal Shelter in the 4th grade. Since then I have volunteered at numerous shelters and rescues, including the emergency animal shelter in Oroville after the Camp Fire. I'm Disaster Animal Rescue Team (D.A.R.T.) trained, animal CPR and first aid certified, and have years of TNR experience. I have had many exotics as pets, including a reef tank at one time. I have no issue feeding crickets and worms, but I can't feed snakes rodents. I'm a lifelong vegetarian, so that would traumatize me. Lol. I also love rodents, and currently have 2 rescue guinea pigs. Animal care and nutrition are a passion of mine. I'm also an expert teeth brusher! I brush my cats and dogs teeth every night and some of my pet sits as well. I'm very experienced giving medication, even pills to cats and my recently adopted cat Ricky is diabetic. Two of my regular cats I sit take meds, and one gets insulin injections, so I'm very comfortable with both and also know how to check blood glucose. Animals are allowed on the furniture in my home, even the bed. A couple of dogs I regularly sit sleep in the bed with me and my dogs. I treat other people's furbabies the way I would want my furbabies treated. I'm a helicopter pet parent so I totally understand how hard it is to trust someone with the ones you love. If I ever thought something was wrong with your pet I would notify you asap, and I have no issue taking an animal to the vet. I have a rescue dog who has occasional seizures and a rescue kitty with kidney disease that I give sub-q fluids to every day, so I am very comfortable with special needs animals. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to pet care. I actually have a pet thermometer and carry a microchip reader in my truck with an extra leash. You'd be surprised how many times I've used that chip reader! Being a helicopter pet parent I NEVER EVER leave an animal outside alone, not even in my fenced in yard. I don't take chances. I'm also obsessively clean, so your litter box will not be a hot mess when you return, and if your dog uses a potty pad no problem. I also have waterproof vinyl plank flooring so accidents and kitty puke is easy to clean up. :-D. When I board animals it is very much mi casa esu casa! I'm also more than happy to water plants when I do drop-ins as well, since I have them myself and am also a gardener. :-) I work from home 3 days a week and the other 2 days I come home for lunch since the office is only 2.5 miles from my house. I'm home most weekends as well. I follow the care instructions to the letter. If your pup requires a crate it must be brought with them, since mine are not crated. I am comfortable giving medication and supplements, measuring food, following a raw food diet, feeding exotics, etc. I'm also comfortable grooming for an extra fee, but will never ignore a mat in their fur or charge extra for daily grooming like toothbrushing.

About: I love animals which includes pets! I come from a home that has two of the sweetest pitbulls. Moving out I of course got a cat, and she does well with dogs! I also watch my family member’s dogs at my home and they do excellent with her. Each pet is unique in their quirks and what makes this gig especially fun in figuring out what is it. About: Animals have been part of my life from the very beginning. My family raised and cared for pets of all kinds, including Maine Coon show cats, a golden retriever, and a yorkie. About: I have proudly cared for dogs through every stage of life for over 9 years now. My services have earned the trust of numerous neighbors, friends, and family members, who have entrusted me with the well-being of their beloved fur babies. I maintain constant communication with them, ensuring they stay informed about their pets' welfare. In the past, I served as a dedicated dog walker for multiple neighbors, treating each precious pup as if they were my own. As a devoted dog mom myself, I extend that same level of care and affection to every animal under my watchful eye. Your fur baby will receive my undivided attention, and should any medical care be required during their stay with me, please don't hesitate to inform me—I'm more than willing to provide the necessary assistance. I am currently a full-time medical student and spend most of time at home studying with my Maltipoo. My schedule is very flexible and have wide availability for dog walking, daycare, and check-ins. Pets in my care receive personalized attention, regular feeding, and exercise. In my home, pets enjoy a safe and nurturing environment, attentive pet care, along with a fenced yard. I have a small Maltipoo dog with me as well and he can help keep your fur baby company and play with them, if that is something you would like your dog to do. In my client's home, I follow their specific instructions to ensure the pet's comfort and well-being. I will also constantly keep you updated on your pet’s care, since I know from personal experience how important and comforting it is to receive updates while my pet has been in care with others.

My journey began with volunteer work at animal shelters, where I gained hands-on experience with pets of all temperaments, ages, and special needs. At home, I’ve raised and cared for a pack of six dogs from puppyhood, and I currently have two wonderful cats, Benji and Wyatt, who are thoroughly spoiled. I understand the importance of trust, patience, and individualized care, whether it’s ensuring a high-energy pup gets plenty of exercise or providing a calm and comforting environment for a shy or senior pet. Because of my flexible remote work schedule, I can easily integrate pet care into my daily routine.
