“Sofiya took amazing care of our senior Heeler Mix, Toby, while we were in Europe for two weeks! He had the most amazing time at her place, made sweet new doggy friends, and was showered with love and attention. Unfortunately, when I was picking up the doggies Trishalee informed me she's no longer going to be doing Rover boarding because they are planning to move to a different part of town and will be focusing on the move. About: I have always had dogs growing up. When I was younger we did have a cat. I was a junior handler and dog trainer for my aunt who bred French Bulldogs for AKC shows. I practiced a little obedience/agility training during the same time. While in this setting I practiced with many different dog breeds and am comfortable handling any size dog. I helped a friend with her dog boarding company for a while and I encountered many different dogs here as well and not all as well trained. I absolutely love all animals I encounter. I love helping friends and family out with their animals while they are away. During college and high school, I would house sit/dog sit for friends. I have been around animals my entire life and I feel comfortable dealing with any situation thrown at me, whether it be a dog that isn't very good on a leash yet or a nervous animal who just needs a patient person to help take care of them while their family isn't there. My family currently has the goofiest labradoodle and Airedale terrier! We have two sweet pups, Gizmo, a poodle terrier, and Mazzy, a french bulldog. I am allergic to cats so while I'm happy to do drop ins and such with cats staying overnight with cats can be very difficult for me so I prefer to not sleep in homes that have cats. I am happy to wake up early and visit frequently if you have cats and dogs that way I can make sure every member of the family stays happy. Can't wait to meet your pups! I will be doing walks with my baby Mira either on my back in a carrier or in a stroller. If your pup isn't kid friendly I won't be a great fit, but I will keep my daughter separate just to keep pups comfortable and my daughter safe. But he was mostly in that room alone, standing and clawing at the glass, begging for attention. And when we would drop him off, he would try to get away. When we picked him up, he was panicked and breathing hard. He couldn’t mingle with the dogs due to being intact. It was isolating and he has separation anxiety. I’m sharing this for contrast. When I drop him off at Kenny’s he runs to him, jumps and licks him, and walks away without ever looking back at me, lol. We get photo and video updates showing how much fun he has: playing in the yard with another dog, pooping! Going for a walk, eating, napping, etc. Kenny watches over them and keeps them safe, ex: big vs small, neutered/spayed vs not. My dog loves going there now, and I can focus on work without worry. About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of dogs my whole life. 1 of my families dogs currently has had a history of being reactive with other dogs. This has trained me to be very alert and careful while walking him. I’ve learned many tactics in that regard. I also just love dogs and would be so happy to take care of your dog like it’s my own. I take only online classes and then have work for a few hours in the evening on Mondays and Wednesdays. So I would be able to make your pet care my priority. I’m very respectful of other people’s space and always make sure to leave someone’s home spotless. I treat your animals like my own, playing, spending time, and caring for them as much as I can. I also am pretty active so I enjoyed taking my own dogs on their daily walks, and would definitely making sure your dogs get one if applicable.
