“Patti and Joe are very nice and love their dogs. Rylee's stay was good and he did receive lots of activity, attention and made a new friend in Buttons! The only issue was when Rylee returned home, he had stomach (throwing up) and potty (diarrhea) issues. I believe this was due to extra food/treats/kibble that he received outside of the instructed daily recommended kibble plan that he is accustomed to. He has a very sensitive stomach and is typically not given any people food or alternate dog food and has to follow the instructed meal schedule. Once he gets back on track he will be ok and otherwise all was well. Thank you!”
“Sara provided everything we were looking for . . . and more. We needed a place that would take just one dog at a time, as our Maggie has had some anxiety issues with too many dogs around. Sara was willing to do that, and it worked out great. Her property is perfect for Maggie, her own dog is just what Maggie needed. Sara took Maggie for many walks, let her go in the pond, and even bathed and brushed her before we picked her up. Treated her like her own dog and like the spoiled princess she is at home. Maggie came home happy, and probably a little miffed that we haven't taken her for three walks today!”

About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

“Michelle was great with my dog Oakley! I was so thankful she was able to take him on short notice and accommodate whatever we needed... Her house is on a large property that's fully enclosed and in a beautiful gated community in the hills. Whether you have a big dog that loves to run around and interact with other friendly animals or a small dog that prefers to spend time inside close to people, Michelle's house is an awesome place for pets! My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! I could tell from Michelle's updates and photos that Oakley was really enjoying his time there and felt comfortable he would be well taken care of if he needed to stay even longer in the future. The location of her house turned out to be really convenient and close to where I was going, but even if I'm further away the next time I'm in town and need a sitter, I know that Michelle will be our first choice for sure!”
About: I have always been in love with animals, and so from a young age I have always been the one to help a person babysit there fur babies if needed, and what better way to spend time making money, taking care of different amazing animals. It brings me pure joy!:) I am pretty flexible and could do it any day of the week, but I prefer not to do over nights unless you are gone for long periods of time. I always make sure that other peoples pets are comfortable with me, and have everything that they need, and more. One on one time with the animals are also important to me as the bond clicks faster. “We came into town from the Bay Area and wanted to do some whitewater rafting that wouldn’t allow dogs. Sara was kind of enough to watch our 12 pound shih tzu. Sara asked for his vaccinations records to make sure no dog would get sick, which was very reassuring to us. We felt very comfortable leaving him there and believe he had a lot of fun at her place playing with the other dogs. Sara checked in multiple times with updates and pictures and was very accommodating when we asked to pick him up an hour later than originally discussed. About: I have been a full-time puppy whelper for the past 8 years and come highly recommended with lots of references. I welcome all different breeds. I am always home. While I do have to pick up and drop off my children for their various sports and activities, it’s just a five minute drive away.I am always available. Plus, I’m attending school online from the comfort of my home. I live on 1 1/2 acres with a mini horse, two small goats that like to visit the neighbors and two potbelly pigs. Additionally I have two older French bulldogs who are house trained and very friendly, as well as two cane corsos who get along well with all animals including pony,goats, and pigs- they’re all pals! All of my animals are well-behaved , and I’ve often been told I should’ve been a vet or a dog trainer because of my love for animals. I have two separate backyards-one for the smaller dogs and one for the bigger ones. However I’m accustomed to rotating them due to my experience as a whelper. I know how to manage introducing new dogs and keeping them separate if needed.My dogs have access to indoors and outdoors, and they sleep in the house at night. I’ve set up set up my garage to be cozy and welcoming for dogs to stay in at night.

We have a 12 x 24 kennel with multiple dog houses we have kennels of different sizes. We also have a barn with 12 x 12 stalls. We have a fenced in deck that is 30 x 50 so there are many opportunities for your baby to be outside in the fresh air And still be safe. If your dog is an inside dog, we will keep him inside with us and he will be warm and cozy at bedtime.

About: I'm capable of administering medications including shots if needed. I had a cat that had diabetes and he had to have shots 2 X per day. I've owned dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and horses. I know how hard it is to find good care where you can go on your trips and feel comfortable that your furbabies are taken care of. I'm trustworthy and will take care of your pets as if they were my own. I'm happily retired and looking for something to do that will bring me joy and help out pet owners. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Our seniors are loved and cared for savoring every last day. We have a ranch with plenty of room for your fur baby to run and explore as well as a huge dog run. We offer different places to keep them safe if running off leash is not the best for your baby. I am a self-employed realtor, who works from home. My husband is a rancher and contractor so one of us is typically home there are times of course when we leave but everybody is locked up safe and sound and they are also welcome to take the car ride with us should we need to run some errands. if it’s important that nobody ever leaves your baby, we can make that accommodation as well. We have a 12 x 24 kennel with multiple dog houses we have kennels of different sizes. We also have a barn with 12 x 12 stalls. We have a fenced in deck that is 30 x 50 so there are many opportunities for your baby to be outside in the fresh air And still be safe. If your dog is an inside dog, we will keep him inside with us and he will be warm and cozy at bedtime.

About: My pet care experience began when I started living with my uncle as a teenager. Back in the Philippines, he would rescue puppies and keep them in the house until he could find them a foster home. After school, I would go straight home and take care of the rescues. I would feed them and keep them hydrated, and then take them out for a walk. I also taught them tricks until they could master it without treats. I strongly believed that training is an essential part of their growth. When I moved here, I adopted Astrid as a puppy and she has been with me for 3 years now. Other skills include having patience, clear communication with owners, being on time, and being responsible with the duties given. I currently work part-time as a cook in a nursing home. On my days off, I usually stay at home either on my computer or take my dog to play outside. I have a lot of leisure time on these days, and I believe that pet sitting will fulfill these times and keep me busy. In my home, I ensure that my dog sleeps and naps comfortably when tired. I make sure that there’s food for her and water always refilled. I keep my dog active by walking around the neighborhood and going to the playground. I also play the guitar and sing songs to her when there is nothing else to do. When she wants to go outside, I let her run free in the backyard surrounded with fences and have a shaded area for her when it gets too hot. I would also leave the door open in case she wants a colder environment which is inside the house. In a client’s home, I would ensure that their pets are well fed and hydrated. If there is an accident, I would willingly be responsible for that and take care of it. I would make sure that their pets are also being engaged in activities so that they would feel less bored when the parents aren’t home.

About: I have taken care of dogs on my own since I got my dog Mr. Buddy who is an Australian Shepard. I raised him from a puppy when I got him in Alaska when I was in the air force. I also watch my sister's dogs all the time, and I've decided to turn my love of dogs into a profession. Sara was willing to do that, and it worked out great. Her property is perfect for Maggie, her own dog is just what Maggie needed. Sara took Maggie for many walks, let her go in the pond, and even bathed and brushed her before we picked her up. Treated her like her own dog and like the spoiled princess she is at home.
