“Achara was such a blessing for us. We were literally leaving in 1 day, down to crunch time, and freaking out because our girls have never been away from home. She did a meet and greet that afternoon, and was so easy going, very friendly, and even suggested if we wanted to make the transition for our babies easier, that we could bring them that same evening, as an option too. She was friendly and welcoming, her down to earth demeanor spoke volumes. My son and I liked her right from the start. Once we received our first update text and picture, my husband felt reassured, more and at ease in our decision. She kept in communication with us, put us at ease with the whole process (clear communication, the payment process because it was our first time with Rover as well) and gave us both pictures and updates of how they were doing. She respected our dogs' boundaries, as well as gave them options with sleeping arrangements. We knew our dogs were in the perfect hands while we were gone. We definitely will be making plans in the near future, either for over night or even just for the day. While also having a family and pet herself, Achara did an amazing job balancing our family with hers, and we definitely with be using her services again. Thank you!”

“Cecilia was amazing! She came to the rescue when our original sitter had to cancel literally the day before drop off. This was our first time using Rover, so we were nervous leaving our dog and cat with someone new for an entire week, but meeting Cecilia immediately put as at ease. She was so warm, kind, and flexible with our drop off time. It was immediately evident they'd be in good hands and our Calvin even bonded a bit with one of her cats. Getting photos/videos everyday was super nice and we could tell they were very comfortable. She updated us on how they were doing everyday (Calvin didn't eat much the first couple days, but settled in). About: Growing up with hamsters (RIP Squiggy 1-12) and wishing for larger more sociable pets, I was thrilled when my first kitty arrived in my life at 18! I am available full-time four days out of the week. I am available to go on walks/hikes with your dog during the week and/or weekends. I would be available for overnight stays during the weekends. “I dropped off my 7 lb chihuahua, Molly, for a daycare session with Hana yesterday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I’ll admit I was really nervous at first, Molly is tiny, and there were two other dogs there, one of whom was super excited to meet a new friend. So much energy can make Molly hesitant, but Hana immediately stepped in with calm, confident leadership. She set clear boundaries to help everyone settle down, which made me feel so much more comfortable. Throughout the day, she sent me several videos showing Molly relaxed and happy, calmly hanging out with the other dogs and going for a nice walk. By the end of the day, Molly was curled up on the couch with Hana, her husband, and her two new friends, a huge sign of trust from my usually cautious little dog! Hana showed wonderful leadership, genuine care, and constant attention throughout the day. I left feeling completely reassured and grateful to have found someone so capable and kind. About: I had three dogs: Cookie, Brownie and Oreo, which I love deeply. They were with me for almost 15 years, unfortunately they recently died due to sickness. I’ve taken care of friends' dogs for a long time. I have become a dog sitter full time since I’m retired, I can spend a lot of time with the dogs I take care of. I only host one client at a time, to give the doggies a safe and playfull environment. I used to go for walks with my 3 dogs around the neighborhood every morning and play with them during the day. “Achara was such a blessing for us. We were literally leaving in 1 day, down to crunch time, and freaking out because our girls have never been away from home. She did a meet and greet that afternoon, and was so easy going, very friendly, and even suggested if we wanted to make the transition for our babies easier, that we could bring them that same evening, as an option too. She was friendly and welcoming, her down to earth demeanor spoke volumes. My son and I liked her right from the start. Once we received our first update text and picture, my husband felt reassured, more and at ease in our decision. She kept in communication with us, put us at ease with the whole process (clear communication, the payment process because it was our first time with Rover as well) and gave us both pictures and updates of how they were doing. She respected our dogs' boundaries, as well as gave them options with sleeping arrangements. We knew our dogs were in the perfect hands while we were gone. We definitely will be making plans in the near future, either for over night or even just for the day. While also having a family and pet herself, Achara did an amazing job balancing our family with hers, and we definitely with be using her services again. Thank you!”
“Cecilia was amazing! She came to the rescue when our original sitter had to cancel literally the day before drop off. This was our first time using Rover, so we were nervous leaving our dog and cat with someone new for an entire week, but meeting Cecilia immediately put as at ease. She was so warm, kind, and flexible with our drop off time. It was immediately evident they'd be in good hands and our Calvin even bonded a bit with one of her cats. Getting photos/videos everyday was super nice and we could tell they were very comfortable. She updated us on how they were doing everyday (Calvin didn't eat much the first couple days, but settled in). It was a great experience and if we need to use Rover in the future, we'll definitely be hoping Cecilia is available again!”
