If the dog goes on a hike where there are tall grass, then I'd check for ticks after the walk and use a tweezer to remove the tick if needed. If the cat or dog has its tail between its legs, then I'd approach slowly and walk around them to not make them too uncomfortable. If the cat's tail is up and approaches, then I give him/her a scratch on the head or chin. If dog's tail is wagging, then I'd definitely pet him/her. If the pet has dietary restrictions, then I will follow the owner's dietary guideline.

I’m new to the Menlo Park/Palo Alto area and would love the opportunity to meet and care for your dog! As the owner of a part-time in-home charcuterie business, I enjoy a very flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet care throughout the day. Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and I love getting to know each pup’s unique personality. Whether your dog needs a midday walk, some companionship while you're away, or a little extra exercise and attention, I’m happy to help. Over the years i have cared for dogs of family friends and it has always been a joy to host another furry friend :) Im very careful where needs apply and im honest to the core! I always maintain a clean and safe place and theres plenty of room to walk or run around the apartment. There is also a playground and a potty break area for pets.

Ive taken care of dogs, cats and other animals since i was very young. There has always been some sort of animal in my house hold whether thats a small dog, a big dog, a couple of cats, birds or guinea pigs. My relationship with my animals has always been a mutual respect for each other without any issues in the past with authority which is due to my training and conditioning with my animals. I’ve made my home a safe and loving environment for my animals with their best interests considered first with daily physical and mental stimulation with fun games and walks as well as nutritious diets containing real food. I’d love to get to know your pup and take him or her on long walks. I dont have a very packed schedule so ill have plenty of time to play with your pups and kitties! Im able to walk or feed your dog before 9 am and at around 12.30 in the afternoon every weekday as well as boarding your pup or kitty at my house or watching your dog overnight at your home every week day except Friday. Weekends I have more flexibility during the day and can watch your companion overnight on saturday and sunday if needed. I am flexible with day of requests for random times and can make those work every now and then. ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE. I have a fenced back yard and a very friend shiba inu and chow chow mix who is a spayed female dog and is the light of my life and a black outdoor cat. My dog is very friendly with all animals and is very curious of being friends with others and would be a perfect companion for your animal.

About: I've taken care of small dogs and large dogs since I was in middle school. I enjoy playing with dogs, giving them lots of hugs and pets, and taking them on excursions, whether it be to the dog park, beach, or a scenic hiking trail. I work part-time from home so I am able to spend lots of time with the fur babies in my care. I love to take them out for fresh air and exercise, and give them lots of love, pets, and attention. I have a fenced, grassy backyard and a friendly labrador retriever named Sadie who is very sweet and playful and loves having other dogs to play with. We have a doggie door so the pups have day and night access to the backyard to run around and do their business. I can easily crate your dog if that is something you prefer.
