About: We have a 6 year old male golden retriever who loves to play ball, nap on the couch and snuggles from his little sisters. He was a rambunctious puppy, so we took dog training classes and he is now a well mannered gentleman. I get to stay at home with my 2 kids (under 4 years old), so we have plenty of time to play and give attention to your dog. You can rest assured your dog will be in the care of a loving family and not left by himself all day long. We have a fenced acre of land for your pup to play. Our Golden Retriever loves company of other dogs and we toss the ball for him everyday. If your dog is small we will keep him on a leash when outside in the yard and they will never be left unattended as there is a small gap in the front gates. We would be happy to take your dogs for a walk on a leash. Your dog is welcome in our home!

I am working part time and college part time with a flexible afternoon schedule. Mornings on Friday-Sundays are always great and give me lots of free time. About: Over the 15 years I’ve been house sitting professionally, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for puppies to sr. dogs, kittens to sr. cats, lizards, fish, birds, and even farm animals. My goal when I care for your pet is to keep your pet in the routine to which they are accustomed. That means I follow your written instructions, as far their feeding time, walk time, etc. Though, I also want your vacation to feel like a staycation for your pet. Also, please note that you can hire me for overnights, dog walks, or both. So, my price for overnight stays is to stay in your home and care for your pet, but dog walking is separate from overnight stays. During my stay, as much as I will care for you pet(s), I will also care for your home. I’m happy to water any plants, bring in any deliveries/mail, take out the trash and other light chores (I won’t mow your lawn). I work for myself writing online content for people, so my work goes where I go. The only thing I ask is that you have an Internet connection and someplace where I can set up my computer. As far as caring for pets in my home, I am only able to board certain breeds of dogs, and that is contingent on the permission of the homeowner. I am unable to care for cats in my home, but I would be able to come to your home.. In general, I always care for your pet according to your schedule and preference. And I am always sure to adjust my schedule according to the schedule you set for me to ensure your pet receives optimal care. But the key to pet sitting is to emulate the routine to which the dog is already accustomed. My goal is that when you go on vacation your pet(s) will feel like they're on a staycation. Also, please note while I charge $65 per day, I charge separately for walks ($20 per walk). For pets that do not require walks (cats, sr. dogs, etc), I charge $75 a day.

My roommate and I both have dogs, that get along beyond well with other pups. We work as a team, if one of us has leave to run an errand the other will stay back, to ensure your pup receives constant supervision.
About: I am an all around animal lover. I grew up in Hawaii with a connection with all animals and have a deep connection and respect for wildlife and nature. I have lived in Colorado, Tennessee, and now California. I have two large breed rescues of my own and have lots of experience with all size dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets. I am extremely comfortable with medication administration, reactivity, heavy pullers, training reinforcements, situational awareness, animal body language, and animal welfare. I am available for drop in visits, walks, overnight stays, and any animal needs. I am currently a full time student and dog dad with time in between my dogs routine to help other fur babies through their day. About: I’ve looked after neighbors dogs and family friends dogs for years. I’m knowledgeable in canine body language so I can read their comfort levels and ensure they aren’t getting overwhelmed. I am very proficient in bathing dogs, I get dogs with double coats deshed and curly coated dogs brushed out. I am currently working part time at a dog grooming facility, but I have few hours. I would have plenty of time to play or lounge with your pups depending on their needs. If your dog is low energy, I would be more than happy to just hang out and play low impact games with them. For my high energy buddies, I would be happy to (with pet parent permission) take them on a trail hike or play ball.

When she came over to meet them she brought her hisband which I really appreciated b/c he was going to be present during their stay and I thought that was the best thing to do for the situation. They both reacted well during their visit and I knew right away she was perfect for the job. Heather has an obvious love for animals and made us feel very comfortable with leaving our babies w/ her for a week. She was very proactive with her communications and sent lots of pictures during our time away and very responsive to our communications. She took great care of our fur babies and they were in great condition upon pickup. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience with Heather and will definitely use her every time we have to leave them behind. Five stars for sure!”
