We have a sweet 15-year-old Jack Russell named Indie, and I honestly can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t have a pet. About: I never had cats growing up, so my first real experience with them was as an adult working at the Humane Society- I loved them immediately! Now I'm around cats all the time- the photo is of her highness Princess Meow Meow... but honestly, I don't know if she is my owner or the other way around? I'm also the bonus mom to a cat named Yojimbo, who is a hilarious furball of chaos. I worked with them at the shelter, as well as two different veterinary offices. I am comfortable cleaning litter boxes, clipping kitty nails, with restraint, and basic first aid. Cats are hilarious , and very much their own creatures... I like to take the time to build trust with them by going slow, letting them adjust to my scent, and my ability to submit to their leadership (of course).

She came and met our furry family and was very attentive to the details of how to care for them. Prior to our vacation, she checked in and was very communicative and excited to come and stay. I sent a few videos via the app on some updated protocols with the kitty meds, and she was on it! While she was here, she sent sweet pics of our kitties and kept us posted. Our cats are “elders” and needs meds, and she did a great job handling all of it! She left our house spotless and communicated prior to heading out as well. About: I have dog sat professionally for the past two years and do not mind dogs that bark or need special care. I enjoy taking time out of my day to give them extra walks and potty breaks as needed. I don’t have other pets currently so will not bother the dogs. I also have experience walking multiple dogs at a time without an issue. I will not leave the dog unattented if it needs special care and will make sure to take the time out of each day to take them out to a dog park ir whatever is exciting for the dog to enjoy. Running with dogs or taking them on bike rides as requested it also feasible. If you are needing a cat sit or boarding, I will make sure to let you know in advance if I have other dogs at my place before I accept.

About: My family has always had 1-2 dogs, and I have been watching other people's dogs for 6 years. My family once had 4 cats and farm animals, so l am also experienced with other animals. I love going on hikes and walks. My clients are always happy with my caretaking, often asking me to watch their animals again. I am able to watch your pet (s) at animals again. I am able to watch your pet (s) at you house, as long as it is clean, but l am also able to watch your pets) at my house, as long as they get along with my families' dog. :) I have watched many types and breeds of dogs (doodle mix, Chihuahua mix, Australian cattle dog, etc) I am currently unemployed, so I have lots of time to give your dogs attention, hikes, or whatever they need. I will only not be available June 8-19, and after mid August my availability will change. I have a fenced yard, and one friendly, smallish dog. I live on a ranch, so beyond the dance there is plenty of space for the dog to run around if they are okay off leash. I also have one cat, so it is preferable that your pet is cat friendly, but if not I may be also to make it work.

About: I have cared for and loved animals since I was a little girl. I was raised in a house with dogs of all types and have continued to have them in my life. I have two rescues, a 6-lb sweet female chihuahua and a 30-lb shy male terrier mix, that love to be around other dogs but who also are submissive to and respect other dogs’ needs for their own space. Having been a zookeeper and vet tech, I have worked on training various critters, as well as cared for elderly animals that need special attention or medications. I work from home with my husband full time and we are always ready for fur baby snuggles on our couch and bed. We also live near a canal and trails, so dog walks are very frequent in our home. Because we live farther away, we are also willing to come do pickups to keep you from having to drive to us, but we understand completely wanting to see where your pups are staying. I work from home nearly full time except Tuesdays, but my husband is home full time everyday. I am an early riser and can do early walks/pickup/potty breaks. As we are working on house projects due to this being a new and first home purchase, we are gone a ton on the weekends too. If I am staying at your home, I can arrange to be there constantly because my husband is home to care for my pups. I don’t have a fenced yard, but live very close to a dog park that is fenced. I also have a canal trail right off my driveway and we walk our two dogs on it all the time. My two babies are extremely sweet and friendly with other dogs. I am an extremely tidy and organized person, so whether your pup stays with me or I come to your home, I can guarantee I will always leave things as good or better than I found them. About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have a very friendly dog. She has both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I work from home 90% of the days so I can provide full time oversight and care. I also work a job where I can take the dogs with me if you approve! I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am. Communication is key! I will send daily pictures or updates. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. Topics will include where the pet feels most comfortable such a calm spaces or crating procedures. I make sure to go over emergency contacts and preferred clinics. Also, I keep a clean environment that ensures the safety of pets for food handling.

A bit about me as a human working with animals: In the past, I have worked at the Humane Society in Nevada and have worked at two different veterinary offices. I am trained in animal restraint, medication administration, basic first aid skills, and have recently begun working on CPR training. I am equipped to handle all ages and all manners, though I'll admit that I do have a soft spot for senior dogs (I'm a big softie for all animals, so take that as you will). I have dog sat and walked countless times independently for years. I currently have a 15lb mixed-breed dog named Timber, who doesn't need to join on my adventures if you or your pet aren't comfortable with it. I'm currently not equipped to care for your critter in my home, but hopefully that will change in the near future! About: My family has always had 1-2 dogs, and I have been watching other people's dogs for 6 years. My family once had 4 cats and farm animals, so l am also experienced with other animals. I love going on hikes and walks. My clients are always happy with my caretaking, often asking me to watch their animals again. I am able to watch your pet (s) at animals again. I am able to watch your pet (s) at you house, as long as it is clean, but l am also able to watch your pets) at my house, as long as they get along with my families' dog. :) I have watched many types and breeds of dogs (doodle mix, Chihuahua mix, Australian cattle dog, etc) I am currently unemployed, so I have lots of time to give your dogs attention, hikes, or whatever they need. I will only not be available June 8-19, and after mid August my availability will change. I have a fenced yard, and one friendly, smallish dog. I live on a ranch, so beyond the dance there is plenty of space for the dog to run around if they are okay off leash. I also have one cat, so it is preferable that your pet is cat friendly, but if not I may be also to make it work.
