About: As a long time owner of a working breed, I am familiar with energetic dogs that need both physical activity and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy. I go on daily hour long strolls each evening with my own dog as well as morning walks with play sessions scattered throughout the day. In addition to caring for my own dog, I've regularly helped friends and watch their dogs while they're away. This has given me experience caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Whether it's taking them on walks, keeping up with feeding schedules, providing companionship, or making sure they feel comfortable in a new environment, I enjoy getting to know each dog's unique needs and personality! When caring for your dog, my goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and at home while you're away, whether that means going on long walks, playing fetch, sticking to their routine, or simply providing companionship and attention. I live in a home with a fenced backyard with my partner who is also work from home, so we have a very flexible schedule and will always have at least one person supervising your pet. Since I've also used dog sitting apps before for when I needed to travel abroad, I understand how important it is to keep you updated with photos, messages, and plenty of reassurance so you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is in good hands. I'm currently in-between jobs, so I'll have plenty of time to spend the day with your pups! This also means my current schedule is very flexible to fit around your dogs routine and needs. “Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. About: I've worked with all types of dogs from helping to train them for obedience to being a K9 Decoy for bite work. I don't mind walking any sized dog or any age for that matter. I also have experience and knowledge on what to look for when it comes to K9 health specially during the summertime and this heat. I work from home for the most part and my schedule does vary week to week but with proper communication and timing I can take the doggos out for a walk without any issues. My retired bomb dog and my active four paw work partner are both crated but their doors are open and have their beds in them. They have a room with AC and are never alone at home.
