“Miranda was easy and great to work with. Our pup seemed to have a great time and enjoyed playing with her dog. Located in a safe neighborhood and home that is pet friendly. She was also flexible with drop off times. Would definitely recommend for any pet sitting/boarding needs!”

“Anna was so good with my girls and sent tons of pics and video updates without prompt which I appreciated. She also played with them a lot as they are high energy and even gave one a bath when she got into dirt outside. My girls had a great time with her family.”

“Monique was great! We scheduled last minute for an out of town trip and there were no issues, Monique happily accepted our request. She was such welcoming and kind person. We received updates with pictures of our pup and he seemed like he was right at home. Such a good experience with Monique and we’d definitely request her again.”

“Danielle does such a great job taking care of our emotionally and medically complex elderly dog. We’ll feel secure in knowing our dog is well cared for whenever she stays with Danielle.”

“Krystal provided outstanding care and attention for our 2 dogs (Thelma & Louise). She ensured Louise took her medication and sent us photos of their walks. Krystal not only took care of our pets; she also put us at ease knowing they were well cared for. I highly recommend her service.”

“This was Josie's first stay with Doug, and she seemed to enjoy the experience. She had room to roam in his large backyard and to chill out in her favorite spot in the livingroom. She slept well in her crate at night, always a good sign of contentment. She plans to return for a second, longer visit soon.”

“Miki was great! I would highly recommend her. I really like that she boarded my dog only, as she has two small dogs of her own. Miki gave me daily updates on how Annie was doing and sent me lots of pictures and videos through the Rover app. I would definitely use her again. Her two young daughters and husband were very sweet too! They took really good care of my precious girl.”

“Lauren and her family are nothing short of fantastic. They watched our 14 year old pupper, Duke, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time using a pet sitter, so we were a bit nervous- but Lauren and her family made it such a positive, comforting experience. Lauren was incredibly communicative throughout the planning, and even during Duke's stay. Her family has a genuine love for animals- I can't even begin to overstate it. One of the sweetest moments? I came to pick Duke up from his sleepover and, as we were walking out the door, Duke actually walked back in just to say goodbye to the kids. That's how we knew he felt safe and happy there. We already have plans for Duke to have future sleepovers with Lauren and her family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and attentive pet sitter. She and her family are absolute gems.”

“Niccola was so great with my dog Zion. He is very shy and has a bit of separation anxiety but Niccola did great with him. He seemed so happy and felt at home. He also was on a special diet due to a previous medical issue and she was happy to accommodate and make sure he was well taken care of! So happy he was in good hands highly recommend Niccola if you’re in need of a pet sitter!”

“Adrienne is a wonderful human being. She is also a responsible, caring, affectionate and communicative sitter. I highly recommend her if you want peace of mind! We had a great experience with her caring for our fur baby. She took him on walks and even to the beach.”

“Our dog Bentley had such a wonderful time with Shantal and her dog Kala. They went on fun hikes and walks each day which was perfect for my high energy dog. Shantal was a great communicator listening to all the details of our dog's care. I felt confident Bentley was in good hands while we were away. She sent us fun photos of their time out and about. I think Bentley had a blast! Thanks so much Shantal and Kala! We look forward to having Bentley stay with you again!”

“Patty took better care of my dog than I. She constantly played with him (swimming, running, exploring) and trained him to tolerate her cat without chase. I received multiple photos and Patty replied whenever asked. I was concerned as always with a new person, and now she is my #1 go-to for dog care.”

“Maddison was absolutely incredible! She’s quite the dog whisperer. It was like magic watching her effortlessly calm and handle our anxious and excited dogs. Our dogs loved her and clearly had such a great time that they almost didn’t want to leave 😂 She was super nice, friendly and communicative. It was such a relief knowing our dogs were in such great hands ☺️”

“Mr. Mack had a great time with Lauren and family. He feels right at home in their home. He had play time, cuddle time, walk time and lunch time -- all bases covered! We will find future dates to request daycare again because we are 100% confident Mr. Mack is well loved and adored in their care.”

“Kara was outstanding and accepted my last minute request for day care. My pup seemed to really enjoy her time there! She must have been playing all day because she was completely wiped when we got home, that’s how I know she had a good time though!”

“Miki was AMAZING with my adult dog Moose. She was welcoming and friendly and communicated extremely well. She sent us updates throughout the day and was very responsive. She walked my dog and took care of him like he was her own pet! She made him comfortable and he isn’t easy to trust right away but with Miki and her family Moose seemed to feel right at home. We booked her for day care 2 days, back to back, and Moose seemed excited to go back! I hope she’s available next time we need a sitter because she will be the first person that comes to mind. Thank you Miki! We appreciate you so much 😄”

About: To stay busy as a child, I walked and house sat practically the entire neighborhood’s beloved pet. Summer days were filled with miles of dog walking adventures with a dedicated cabinet to keep the hundreds of house keys safe. Even now, as I begin grad school at Cal Poly, I can’t imagine my routine without it! Morning exercise, study breaks throughout the day, and evening walks are a perfect time for animal care sessions. Having a sister who is a vet, I am only a quick call away from an expert diagnosis if ever necessary. I have piece of mind knowing assistance is close and years of experience keeping animals happy and safe. I am currently enrolled in Cal Poly’s Master’s program for Biomedical Engineering, which is completely virtual this quarter and likely next. This allows for a very flexible schedule with frequent study breaks for pet walks or visits. The remote lessons even allow me to listen to lectures while with your pet in your home for extended pet company. My house is close to the bike path and terrace hill for the perfect pet excursion sure to leave them tired and happy. I love running to accommodate the high energy animals as well as the leisurely hike for those who are slowing down or prefer a casual sniff around.

My dog settled in immediately and seemed excited from the point she walked through the door, and almost didn’t want to leave when I picked her up. Katie was responsive and sent me pictures through the night and it was all around amazing!”

“Robert is reliable, caring and will be there for your pup to help take care of them when you schedule with him. Working two jobs right now and grateful I found him to help with all the juggling. Definitely recommend 👍🏽 👍🏽”

“Cary did a great job looking after Brody! We enjoyed the meet and greet and walk with Frank. Cary listened to me about Brody’s needs and his anxiety. Brody spent all day at Cary’s home and when I collected Brody he was a calm and happy dog. Thanks so much!”
“We had an amazing experience with Sheridan! She was incredibly caring and sweet with our pet, making sure all their needs were met throughout the day. What really stood out were the picture updates she sent, which put our minds at ease and let us see how happy and well-taken care of our pet was. We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and loving care for their furry friends!”

“I'm a type A worry wart when it comes to my furry family members. I am so very thankful that Kayla was able to help us navigate a last minute request to look in on my dog and cat. Kayla was super sweet with both our dog and cat (our dog was super sad to have them only for visits!) and we are so thankful for their help!”

About: I've had the gift of house/pet sitting for over 10 years, and it is without a doubt the most rewarding job I've ever experienced! Personally, I've had dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, horses, and hermit crabs as pets, besides the odd rescued baby bird, bunny, or mouse. On top of cats, dogs, and fish, I've had the opportunity to care for alpacas, an African grey parrot, and saltwater fish/reefs, while pet sitting. Every animal I encounter has its own identity and temperament, which is always fun and interesting to observe and base my care on. I feel like such a winner when I get a standoffish animal to trust me! Throughout my life I've had an array of animals to bond with, though for a long period recently we had just one cat. Mournfully, a few years ago, my dad and I had to part with our beloved Stevie. She was our close companion for over 15 years, and I still miss her immensely. Her quirks and routines still cross my mind, which brings all the things that made her unique and lovable up into my heart. Pet sitting warms my heart, and definitely fills the need that I still have for animal companionship (but without the heartbreak). Pet sitting is a way for me to have the joy of loving and caring for a pet in an empathetic way: in their own home, on their own schedule, stepping into their owner's (figurative) shoes for a bit, to make *everyone* more comfortable. Time and again, it's proven to be the best way I've found to give personalized care to precious pets, and allow owners to truly enjoy their time away. My part-time library job offers me a lot of flexibility, leaving me the opportunity to do more of what I love. Traveling, exploring new areas, experiencing new food, going to music events, working out/walking, spiritual activities, and creative endeavors have a place in my life because of this balance. Of course that also includes one of the most rewarding ways to punctuate my life: house and pet sitting! I base my care around the individual needs of the pet and owner! Pets LOVE their routines, so I typically live in harmony with their modus operandi, on balance with my part-time engagements.
About: I am a lifetime animal lover, pet owner and pet shelter volunteer. I have a lot of experience with pets with behavior problems and/or reactivity. My best self comes out around pets. I already love yours. I am a 'stay-at-home' mom so all my tasks are flexible. I am available for dog walking and cat/dog/other check-ins. I have a fenced yard but will not be doing Rover dog visits at my home. If requested, I would love to take your dog on field trips like the park, beach or a hike

About: Can’t wait to hang out with your pet. I’ll always make sure they have fun with me. I’d love dogs but I think it’s a big step and prefer to be a sitter for now It fits in because I have a lot of free time and I’d love to spend time with animals ! Also I really love that I can get out and exercise and I am adding that to my daily routine Making sure my home or clean and free of any harm to animals or any one really. I live near the beach. So it’s perfect for a walk and there is a dog park nearby
About: I’ve had dogs and cat for the last 7-8 years. They have been so good to us and we’ve enjoyed them more than I imagined. I have a business that I’ve owned for seven years and I’m able to make my own schedule. Also, my homeschooled kids are home and willing to help if I ever need it. I have done 20+ years of babysitting and childcare in my home and other peoples homes. Plus, I’ve had clients that I have worked for and have trusted me with their keys to their home for seven years.
About: I am a licensed Vet Tech who recently moved to the area. I have 10 years of experience working with a variety of animals in a clinical setting. Also, I have always had pets growing up as well. I can help you with anything from exercising your animal, boarding or even administering medications. I am new to the area and I currently have open availability. I have a dog of my own, but I am able to manage caring for your pet as well as my own. I have a fenced yard and a dog who loves to play. I can stay at your house or even have your pet stay over if needed. I currently live with my parents who are able to care for my dog if your pet needs more alone time. I can accommodate to whatever your pet needs.
About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, but also had other animals such as geckos, turtles, hamsters and chinchillas! I have a love for all animals and understand they each have their own different needs. I have pet sit for my neighbors senior dogs, and worked with a cat rescue for 5 years with kittens, momma cats and older cats. I am comfortable administering oral medication for cats if needed. I am teacher, I have summers off to help out with your furry friends as much as possible! I can provide ample amount of time to give your pets attention and stimulation. About: I have lived in the Central Coast for over 10 years and I have been actively caring for animals since 2020. I have found such great fulfillment through caring for animals. Your furry friend's needs come first and I strive to make sure everyone feels secure and happy in every visit. I am able to do overnights any day of the week. My schedule is always flexible and I will always find a way to make sure your needs are being met! For drop in visits and walks, I have more flexibility on weekends. On Mondays-Fridays, I am able to do visits after 4:30pm. With any new animal, I start off slow and let them have the opportunity to sniff or be near me without feeling pressured. I analyze the animal's behavior and pick up any cues on how they're feeling before proceeding. Building trust is very important to me and I like to build connections with the animals!

About: I've cared for pets of all sizes and personalities, from my own 3 pound Yorkie to 100 pound German Shepherds, as well as cats! I know every pet is unique, so I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or older, I'll provide reliable, attentive care and treat them like they're part of my own family. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I'm currently attending college online, which means I'm home most of the day and have a very flexible schedule. I'm available on both weekdays and weekends! Since I'm home, your pet will get plenty of attention, care, and companionship rather than being left alone for long periods. I live in an apartment, but we have a fenced dog area where pets can safely get outside time and enjoy some play. I also take dogs on daily walks to help them stay active and happy. I have a friendly dog of my own who loves having a companion around, but I always make sure to respect each pet’s individual personality and comfort level. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on keeping their routine as normal as possible :)
About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and cats for over 30 years and have also fostered kittens for the animal shelter that I later adopted. About: Dogs are sent from God to make human lives complete. I'm lucky to have 1 well-adjusted one. It's a privilege to spend time around dogs; I treat them with respect and also have expectations for them. The result: a happy pack! (When you're making your dog care choice, please know I prefer dogs who are potty / house trained & treated for flea / tick). Dogs are like my children. They're having fun and learning at the same time. Exercise, water, attention and play time is what makes a good dog! They're a priority when they're with me and no decisions are made without considering how it affects my dog / dogs. I understand each dog is unique; they have their own personality and experiences which make them who they are. That being said, there isn't a "cookie cutter" way to treat a dog. Knowing each one, what they fear or love, what it takes to make them happy is what makes for a good outcome. My ultimate goal is for your dog to leap out of your car when he / she arrives at my home or sees me walk through your door.

“Miki was great! I would highly recommend her. I really like that she boarded my dog only, as she has two small dogs of her own.

“Sandra was able to watch our cat with short notice. She did a great job communicating and keeping us updated with pictures and messages. Would definitely recommend her for your sitting needs and we will be reaching out again if we need to go out of town. We appreciate her flexibility and taking good care of our buddy.”

“Hannah had a great time staying with Thomas and his family. They sent pictures of her throughout her stay and they communicated well. They are experienced dog owners. Would definitely recommend!”

“Heidi, Phil, and their daughter were very responsive and made sure to update us with the cutest pictures. We could tell from our first video meeting that they really love animals and strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment that meets all your pet’s needs. Highly recommend and will be our new go to boarding/daycare when we’re in town!”

“Tara and Jed were so welcoming and friendly. My Cavalier is sweet but not easy and they asked all the right questions and went out of their way to make her safe and happy. I greatly appreciated the communication and pictures. Funny Girl will be back to visit”

About: I have fostered two kittens in my current apartment, as well as cared for a dog and two cats in my previous home. I love animals! I am working a part time job in Paso Robles, but shifts are usually mid morning to early evening. I work a few days out of the week, and otherwise I have free time to spend with the pet(s)! I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect that I would my own. I always follow each pet's routine, make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and a safe, comfortable environment while you're away. I'm dependable, communicative, and happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind. I work 3–4 days a week, and my evenings are usually very open, giving me plenty of flexibility and quality time to spend with your pets.
