“Krystal and her family are absolutely amazing! My fur baby loves staying there. This was our second stay and I will never go to anyone else for a sitter! Cleo always has a blast when she’s there. They went hiking, to the beach and lots of walks. I also really appreciated the fact that Krystal sent lots of pictures and videos, while I was gone.”

“Stephanie is outstanding in caring for my dogs. They go for walks, car rides and are loved and cared for. In fact the dogs (which had not seen Stephanie in months) ran up to the house when we delivered them. We are overwhelmingly pleased with her services.”

“You know when you were little and went to Grandma’s house for the weekend and were completely spoiled? I’m sure that’s how our dog felt at Sheridan’s. Trips to the beach, walks to the park, and ball throwing in the yard kept our active dog entertained. Thank you for keeping her safe and happy.”

About: Hello, Jen here 👋 a life long lover of all animals, passionate about providing spaces and enriching experiences that make every day your pet’s best day ever! Whether they’re rambunctious, reserved, or have a little hitch in their get-along you can rest assured that I’ll meet your fur baby exactly where they’re at. ———————————————————————————————————— The Home: Located in the heart of AG near trails and open space, our house features a fully fenced backyard, a full-sun balcony for the sunbathers/lovers and plenty of additional spots on our half acre property for on-leash sniffing. ✅ Pet-safe environment ✅ Never alone ✅ Well versed in senior care requirements and administrating meds *** Disclaimer: I do not work from home, but my partner does *** The Home Team: 👭 Julie: My partner, a fellow animal lover with a knack for establishing trust with even the most timid of pups. 🐶 Sutter: Our sweet natured, well-mannered 13 year old vizsla. 🐱 Ursa: Our equally as sweet, but less well mannered 2 year old cat. ———————————————————————————————————— Have a skill you want worked on while you’re away? Say no more. While not certified (yet), I have over a decade of experience in the specialized training fields of rally obedience, nose work, and agility; I’m happy to provide board and train services. ———————————————————————————————————— BOARDING REQUIREMENTS: Because we have a resident cat and a senior dog, all guests must be cat-friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable sharing space with other animals. We require a meet-and-greet prior to booking. Please note that we cannot accommodate puppies, aggressive dogs, or pets that become aggressive during medication administration. To ensure every guest receives personalized attention, I have a maximum of two dogs at a time (from the same family only). Boarding / Daycare: There will be someone (my spouse, me, or both of us) with your dog the majority of the time, day and night. If we are both out running errands, we are often back within a few hours and usually within an hour, but if there are any special needs for your pup, let me know and I can be sure to let you know if we can accommodate, such as having someone with your pup at all times. Our schedules are very flexible, so feel free to ask based on your preferences. While I work during the day from an office, my spouse works from home and therefore is available to keep your pup company, let them go out to the bathroom, and if needed, is available for short play times. We will take your dog on daily walks and/or outdoor playtime and just let us know your dog's regular routine and we can try best to accommodate. In addition to play time, we will give your dog time to rest and they will get plenty of affection. Depending on the dog, we can also head out for a trail walk or a trip to a fenced dog park for a good run/play. You can expect photo and video updates daily (frequency based on your preference) so you can see how your pup is doing. Dog Walking: I'll pick up your dog and take them on a walk tailored to their energy and needs — neighborhood walks, hiking trails, or a fenced park for off-leash time if that's the right fit. Drop-In Visits: I'll stop by your home to visit with your pet(s), play with them, let dogs out to the bathroom, give them food and water and spend quality time with them. I can also care for other pets in the home, such as reptiles, fish, or plant, depending on what's required, an additional pet charge may apply. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks or sniffing the fresh air or enjoying the sunshine and a larger, unfenced area that I can take your pup(s) on short, leashed jaunts to sniff around. I can crate your dog, if ever needed.
“Sunny was treated like an extension of Alicia’s family and was so well-loved while we were away. It was so reassuring knowing he was in a loving home and it was like he had his own vacation while we were away. Great family and perfect yard for a dog - highly recommend!”

“Andruw helped us tremendously when our initial rover cancelled the DAY before we left. He was super helpful and communicated with us very well! Would definitely recommend booking with Andruw, we will use his services again!”

“I had less than a week notice before I had to leave for a 5 week long training but thankfully Tarah was able to commit to house sitting/watching my 3 cats while I was away. One of my cats has bad separation anxiety and needs a lot of love and care. She sent me nuanced updates related to house issues and observations about the kitties. She is very observant and detailed in her assessments on their daily behaviors. It’s evident she has a lot of knowledge about how to keep cats relaxed and happy and as VERY anxious cat mom I’m happy to report I was not worried at all about their care while being away for so long. Ultimately, I came back to a clean house and calm and happy cats 🙏🏻”

About: Feline body language was a special interest of mine, something that I studied for fun! What I've learned makes me ideal for watching your cat, as I can help make what can be a stressful introduction for your kitty much easier. Even the most skiddish of cats have taken a liking to me, between this and my hands on experience I'm your ideal cat sitter.
About: Growing up on a ranch, I’ve been around animals my whole life and have cared for pets for friends and family over the years. I’m comfortable with different personalities and routines, and I always make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I treat them like my own and try to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Available evenings and weekends. I’m flexible, reliable, and able to give pets my full attention, while keeping their routine consistent and stress-free. I can also accommodate last minute bookings when possible. I try to keep things as normal as possible for your pet by sticking to their routine. I make sure they’re fed, exercised, and getting plenty of attention, while also keeping your home clean and respected. I adjust to each pet’s personality and always keep you updated so you know they’re happy and in good hands.

“Alison was wonderful and patient with my doggies. She offered to come meet us before the weekend to get to know the dogs and their needs. I was able to show her how to administer meds and meals. On the days of booking, Alison followed all instructions and my pups were relaxed and happy when I retuned at the end of each day. It can be very hard to find help as a single person in a new town with senior dogs! Alison was wondeful and I would definitely book her again. I highly recommend.”

About: Cats have always had a special place in my heart. For the past seven years, I've helped care for my sister's cat, making sure she's happy, comfortable, and well cared for whenever needed. My experience includes feeding, brushing, playtime, cuddle sessions (when they're in the mood!), and keeping them company during bird-watching sessions from their favorite window. I understand that every cat has a unique personality. Some are total love bugs who want endless attention, while others can be a little spicy and prefer their person. I'm comfortable adapting to each cat's needs and earning their trust at their own pace. Whether your cat wants to curl up beside me for a nap or simply have a calm, reliable human nearby, I'm happy to provide the care and companionship they need. I feel very confident caring for cats and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I'll make sure your cat's routine stays consistent while you're away and will provide regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and receiving plenty of love and attention. As a self-proclaimed cat aunt and lifelong cat admirer, I know that cats aren't just pets—they're family, and I'll treat them as such.
“Lori was amazing with my puppy, Milo for an hour check-in. She accepted my last minute request. Lori provided me with updates throughout her check-in and provided good, loving care. She was also very responsive and timely in her responses. Would recommend Lori to anyone.”

About: I've lived with and cared for cats since I was little. Neighbors ask me occasionally to check in with their felines and make sure they have all the food, water, and attention they need.

About: I am a licensed Vet Tech who recently moved to the area. I have over 10 years of experience working with animals in a clinical setting. I can assist you with boarding or even administering medications if needed.

About: I grew up with brother and sister cats. We had them from kittens until very old age. They were indoor/outdoor cats, but I have experience with littler boxes and cat toys and can adapt to whatever your specific cat needs!

About: I grew up with a cat in the home and got my first cat when I was 19 and living in Munich, Germany. My husband and his friend kept calling the kitten George while I was trying to come up with her name. Needless to she started answering to George. George and I made the long flight back to the states with her in a carrier under my seat. George and I had 20 wonderful years together. Since then, I have always had a least one cat in my home. I love my animals so much that I take all of my babies with me in the motorhome when I go anywhere longer than a weekend.

About: Animal lover here. I’ve had pets all my life and have taken care of pets for the day, and for people on extended vacation. Animals are not left at my home alone. I can take trips to the beach or park as long as the owners are comfortable with that. Pets sleep inside the home with me. I can pick up and/or drop off for a small extra fee. I’m currently a stay at home mom with two teen boys. I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they need while you are away. Focus will be on keeping your pets happy. I will be playing with your pets inside and outside to keep them happy and busy while you are away. I will modify to any needs your dog may have. Again, I never leave dogs I am watching home alone.
About: Although my pup is no longer alive, he brought me so much joy and I know your animals do too! I have many years of dog care and had cats while growing up. I can uphold any pet training you require and also have some great skills to add. I am currently very flexible! I am returning to school to obtain my Masters in therapy so my school schedule is flexible. Please reach out! I’m happy to provide for the needs of each individual pet, as all are different! I can provide cuddles, play enrichment sessions, training skills practice, dog walks, outdoor time, or crating if needed.
“Incredible service and care for our dog. Stephanie is amazing with dogs, and spent her time with Otis training him and having our dogs run around outside to get his energy out. She was so kind and responsive, we’ll continue to use her whenever we can.”

“Josie was great! My dog immediately felt comfortable when I dropped him off. She gave updates throughout the day and was always quick to respond. I highly recommend her and would come back again.”

“5 star sitter. Sheridan welcomed our 2 dogs into her home with such kindness and made us and them feel right at home. I would highly recommend for your dog sitter needs. Thank you!”

“Monique has thought a lot about how to make her doggie guests comfortable. She was genuine and took excellent care of our doodle. I’m so glad to have found her and feel very comfortable leaving my girl with her. What a relief!”

“Miki was AMAZING with my adult dog Moose. She was welcoming and friendly and communicated extremely well. She sent us updates throughout the day and was very responsive. She walked my dog and took care of him like he was her own pet! She made him comfortable and he isn’t easy to trust right away but with Miki and her family Moose seemed to feel right at home. We booked her for day care 2 days, back to back, and Moose seemed excited to go back! I hope she’s available next time we need a sitter because she will be the first person that comes to mind. Thank you Miki! We appreciate you so much 😄”

“Absolutely fantastic! Matthew took fabulous care of our pup! We were visiting from out of town and planned a day at the water park that wasn't pet friendly. He accepted right away, asked all the right questions. Just an all around kind person who's great with dogs! 10000% recommend.”

About: I've cared for pets of all sizes and personalities, from my own 3 pound Yorkie to 100 pound German Shepherds, as well as cats! I know every pet is unique, so I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, young, or older, I'll provide reliable, attentive care and treat them like they're part of my own family. Pet care fits perfectly into my routine because I'm currently attending college online, which means I'm home most of the day and have a very flexible schedule. I'm available on both weekdays and weekends! Since I'm home, your pet will get plenty of attention, care, and companionship rather than being left alone for long periods. I live in an apartment, but we have a fenced dog area where pets can safely get outside time and enjoy some play. I also take dogs on daily walks to help them stay active and happy. I have a friendly dog of my own who loves having a companion around, but I always make sure to respect each pet’s individual personality and comfort level. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on keeping their routine as normal as possible :)
“Cannot say enough great things about Anna and her brother!! They were So Sweet to my lil BearBear, perfectly handled a slightly urgent situation that came up, And they gave him my new favorite nickname "carebear"!! Adorable!! I honestly think my dog missed them when we got back home haha!!”

“This was our second day, and I was so happy to see how comfortable my dog became. She has separation anxiety, but today she wagged her tail and walked in calmly, which felt like a huge step forward. I really appreciate the patient, reassuring environment—it made a big difference for her sense of safety. Thank you for taking such good care of her.”

“Thanks to Rover, I have found a fantastic sitter for my dog. Suzette has watched ‘Pepper’ for me, numerous times. I appreciate her timely responses, flexibility with scheduling and most importantly...I know that Pepper is well taken care of!”

“Cary did a great job looking after Brody! We enjoyed the meet and greet and walk with Frank. Cary listened to me about Brody’s needs and his anxiety. Brody spent all day at Cary’s home and when I collected Brody he was a calm and happy dog. Thanks so much!”

About: I have been a pet care giver for 24 dogs, 6 cats, some fish and farm animals. I have always grown up around many animals wether its little dogs, big dogs, cats, pigs, goats and bunnies! I absolutely love all animals, especially the big ones. I have done pet sitting, walking and administering medication for 5 years for animals other than my own. I work part-time, a few hours 3 days a week. My schedule is very flexible and I have plenty of availability for your furry friends. The day's I work I am home by 1-2pm and I have the weekends off to spend time with your animals. I have a fenced in acre for your pets to roam and enjoy. There is lots of turf, dirt and shade for our furry friends to run, play and rest. I have a friendly 3 year old golden doodle who loves to play and keep other furry friends company. I have a spacious and cozy room for overnight stayers and can crate if needed.

About: I've been pet sitting for many years and am an avid pet lover having had many myself! I enjoy bringing both pets and owners ease of mind, whether you travel, are an on call employee, or just need extra help in your day to day. I currently work part time and am looking to give more of my free time to helping you with your pet, my schedule is flexible which makes me perfect for extended stays, weekly walks, etc... As a former healthcare worker, I understand just how much pets provide comfort, love, and companionship. And I'm committed to assure your pet is safe so both you and your best furry friend have peace of mind. My work experience makes me an expert in upholding privacy and safety standards.
About: I've had the gift of house/pet sitting for over 10 years, and it is without a doubt the most rewarding job I've ever experienced! Personally, I've had dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, horses, and hermit crabs as pets, besides the odd rescued baby bird, bunny, or mouse. On top of cats, dogs, and fish, I've had the opportunity to care for alpacas, an African grey parrot, and saltwater fish/reefs, while pet sitting. Every animal I encounter has its own identity and temperament, which is always fun and interesting to observe and base my care on. I feel like such a winner when I get a standoffish animal to trust me! Throughout my life I've had an array of animals to bond with, though for a long period recently we had just one cat. Mournfully, a few years ago, my dad and I had to part with our beloved Stevie. She was our close companion for over 15 years, and I still miss her immensely. Her quirks and routines still cross my mind, which brings all the things that made her unique and lovable up into my heart. Pet sitting warms my heart, and definitely fills the need that I still have for animal companionship (but without the heartbreak). Pet sitting is a way for me to have the joy of loving and caring for a pet in an empathetic way: in their own home, on their own schedule, stepping into their owner's (figurative) shoes for a bit, to make *everyone* more comfortable. Time and again, it's proven to be the best way I've found to give personalized care to precious pets, and allow owners to truly enjoy their time away. My part-time library job offers me a lot of flexibility, leaving me the opportunity to do more of what I love. Traveling, exploring new areas, experiencing new food, going to music events, working out/walking, spiritual activities, and creative endeavors have a place in my life because of this balance. Of course that also includes one of the most rewarding ways to punctuate my life: house and pet sitting! I base my care around the individual needs of the pet and owner! Pets LOVE their routines, so I typically live in harmony with their modus operandi, on balance with my part-time engagements.
“I'm a type A worry wart when it comes to my furry family members. I am so very thankful that Kayla was able to help us navigate a last minute request to look in on my dog and cat. Kayla was super sweet with both our dog and cat (our dog was super sad to have them only for visits!) and we are so thankful for their help!”

About: I grew up with animals and have always had a special connection with them. I have worked with animals of all walks of life in an animal shelter & truly enjoy getting to witness their success. When working at the animal shelter I used to take dogs on walks and to the play pens where they would socialize with potential new families and other dogs. While they were in the play pens it was my job to ensure things ran smoothly and to deescalate any situations that might arise. Being able to celebrate in an animals victories and see how much they have grown & learned over time is like nothing else! I am wholly committed to anything your pet may need during our time together, no interruptions unless there is an emergency. If you have any questions about availability outside of my specified time frames please feel free to reach out and I will see what I can do! I would never do something to put your animals in harms way, I am incredibly thorough and will follow any specified instructions. If I have any questions about your pets needs I will be sure to seek clarification before taking any actions.

I can stay at your house or even have your pet stay over if needed. I currently live with my parents who are able to care for my dog if your pet needs more alone time. I can accommodate to whatever your pet needs.
About: I've had pets my whole life and their care has always come naturally to me. I've brought dogs in from puppyhood and trained them in everything from housebreaking to tricks for fun. I find structure and love go hand in hand when it comes to raising well-behaved, happy pets. From an energetic dog to a geriatric dog that needs gentle care, I treat every pet like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. I am also very dependable and consistent — your pet's routine will always be respected with me. I'm a part-time employee and student, so I have a pretty flexible schedule to give your pets plenty of love and attention. I can generally accommodate mornings, afternoons, evenings, and even some weekends based on your needs and my work schedule. Either whether you board your dog in my residence or in your residence, I have a clean and peaceful environment as well as adhering to your pet's schedule strictly to keep them feeling like home and loved. You can rely on me to treat them like family.
About: I’ve had dogs and cat for the last 7-8 years. They have been so good to us and we’ve enjoyed them more than I imagined. I have a business that I’ve owned for seven years and I’m able to make my own schedule. Also, my homeschooled kids are home and willing to help if I ever need it. I have done 20+ years of babysitting and childcare in my home and other peoples homes. Plus, I’ve had clients that I have worked for and have trusted me with their keys to their home for seven years.
About: I’ve cared for my own dogs and cats for over 30 years and have also fostered kittens for the animal shelter that I later adopted. I am a substitute teacher during the regular school year and am otherwise a DoorDash driver. I would work my schedule around what you need. My cats stay indoors and my 2 dogs love hanging out on our front enclosed porch or lounging inside. They all get along quite well.
About: Dogs are sent from God to make human lives complete. I'm lucky to have 1 well-adjusted one. It's a privilege to spend time around dogs; I treat them with respect and also have expectations for them. The result: a happy pack! (When you're making your dog care choice, please know I prefer dogs who are potty / house trained & treated for flea / tick). Dogs are like my children. They're having fun and learning at the same time. Exercise, water, attention and play time is what makes a good dog! They're a priority when they're with me and no decisions are made without considering how it affects my dog / dogs. I understand each dog is unique; they have their own personality and experiences which make them who they are. That being said, there isn't a "cookie cutter" way to treat a dog. Knowing each one, what they fear or love, what it takes to make them happy is what makes for a good outcome. My ultimate goal is for your dog to leap out of your car when he / she arrives at my home or sees me walk through your door.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have always watched dogs for all my friends and family! I love having dogs around as it’s never a dull moment in the house! I currently work remote so I am always home and and ready to care for your fur babies! I currently work remote so I am home all day. My work schedule is 8am-5:30pm and I exercise by walking the riverbed by my house so it’s perfect for me and the pups! I have a fenced yard and a twelve year old beagle mix who loves to meet new friends! When I dog sit for friends or family, I set up a spot for them in my room and my pup in a separate room so they can have their space. I’m not a huge fan of leaving pups in the garage (unless requested) so they will always have a spot with me I their own bed!

For the meantime im only doing in your home services due to my living situation but hopefully when i get my own place i can secure that your pets will be safe with me.
“I had a great experience working with Darian. He walked my pooch for a full week while I was busy in meetings and couldn't walk him myself like we normally do. My buddy boy was happy and tired after a good strenuous walk (which he needs and loves!) and Darian even set his food dish down for me after the walk so he could have his breakfast. Thank you Darian, looking forward to the next time!”

About: Hi my name is Colleen! I have been around and loved animals my whole life. I offer full-time care and live on Vandenberg SFB. For the past three years, I managed a veterinary practice. Because of this background, I am very familiar with the diverse medical and behavioral needs of dogs, cats, and horses. I am a huge dog and cat lover - at home, I have a German Shepherd and a Goldendoodle who get daily walks and lots of cuddles. Because I work from home full-time, any animal in my care will receive constant attention and supervision. I am also a very active person, so you can count on your pets getting plenty of playtime and exercise. My home is completely child-free, and visiting pets are absolutely allowed on the furniture to make them feel right at home. Additionally, I live on the military base, making it easy and convenient for me to accommodate both on-base and off-base families. Whether your pet needs high-energy play or have specialized medical needs, they will be safe, active, and loved here! Animal care is a central part of my life! I work a flexible remote schedule that allows me to be fully available for full-time care. My weekends are available and open, meaning I can dedicate plenty of quality time, structured play, and consistent attention to boarding or housesitting your pets, no matter the day of the week 🐾❤️ With a professional background in veterinary medicine and animal handling, safety is always my top priority ❤️ My home features a fully fenced yard where your dog can safely play. I’m highly experienced in reading animal behavior, maintaining clean and secure environments, administering medications if needed, and keeping a watchful eye to ensure your pet is happy and relaxed.
“Heidi and Phil were so great with Leo! I can tell he was in good hands and in great spirits the whole time. They made me feel at ease and sent nice updates during his stay. Thank you so very much! Leo will love to see you again soon”

“This was an excellent experience with great care for our dog. Chili has special heart problem that requires her to have medication three times a day so we rarely leave her but, Jed and Tara handled it with care and attention! Chili loved playing with their children and did not want to leave when we came to pick her up she was having so much fun. They were flexible, communicative and cared well for our dog. Thank you!”

“Thomas and his family took such great care of our baby girl. She had the best time with their adorable pugs and was super tuckered out after (which is always a good thing when you have a puppy!!). Will definitely use Thomas for pup-sitting again!”

“This was Josie's first stay with Doug, and she seemed to enjoy the experience. She had room to roam in his large backyard and to chill out in her favorite spot in the livingroom. She slept well in her crate at night, always a good sign of contentment. She plans to return for a second, longer visit soon.”
