I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. From the moment I reached out, Bruno’s communication was clear, professional, and thoughtful. He asked about Nova’s allergies, schedule, and any personal preferences to make sure she’d feel comfortable and safe throughout the day. Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. She made sure Chip felt right at home and she was sure to show him tons of love. Chip was able to run an play all day in the back yard with all of the dog toys and Jennifer's two playful pups.
