I live in Galt and have been driving all the way to the Greenhaven/Pocket area in the mornings before work (in Elk Grove) for daycare. During our meet and greet I got to see her very well kept home and her two adorable little girls who did very well with my big excited puppy. She sent pictures of Drake romping around her yard and playing with another dog who is currently being boarded with her. She was honest with me letting me know any behaviors that she had to correct and I’m thankful that she is knowledgeable in dog behavior. About: Starting June 19th, 2026, I will be able to provide full time pet care if that is needed for more anxious pets! ———— I have extensive knowledge of exotic animals too! A bit about me: I have loved animals since I was a kid. I was a vet assistant at a local vet hospital. You can rest easy knowing you pet will be treated like family in the comfort of their own home. For you — I can do some light housekeeping, bring in the mail/packages, and take care of any houseplants. Boarding clients can expect a tidy house and side yard potty access. 20-30 minute walk included per day. I can provide puzzle toys and frozen kongs on hot days with owner permission. Boarding requests are taken on a case by case basis, as I have two dogs of my own. They get along well with other dogs, but I would like to see how everyone interacts with each other before agreeing to anything. Boarded pets will also need proof of vaccination. As a pet owner myself, I know it can be hard entrusting your pet, as well as your home, to someone unfamiliar. My goal is to always keep your place looking as untouched as possible, if not better than how you left it. I have pet caregiver insurance as well, for additional piece of mind. About: My love for dogs started early — at three years old with a dachshund named Pretzel (although toddler me called her “DoDo” because Pretzel was just too big of a word). 🐾 Since then, I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and truly adore their unique personalities. About: I’ve taken care of different breeds and types of dogs, including catahoula leopard dogs, golden retrievers, labs, yorkies, and hounds, over the past couple of years. The dogs I’ve taken care of range from the ages of 3 months to 13 years. I have also taken care of pups after being neutered, which required extra attention to incision site as well as giving daily medications. I’m currently working full time in San Jose, but am completely available weekends. I also am available early mornings and late evenings. I have in the past worked from home to stay with pups for multiple days in a row. The dogs I have cared for have always been in the client’s home, which have been both indoor and outdoor dogs. About: I have been around animals my whole life and genuinely love caring for them! I started at 7 years old with bunnies, and since then I’ve had experience with all kinds of animals—dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, strays, and even some farm animals. So I’m really comfortable with different personalities and care needs. “Valary is great. She has tons of land, for the dogs to run and walk in, on or off leash. Her house was ideal for my dogs stay. He had a large yard to stay in during the day, then a living room for the night. He looked like he had a huge smile on his face the entire time, and was super tired afterwards - which meant he got lots of exercise - from running wild and jumping in lakes.”

I like to run and can run with dogs. If you need your dog tired out I can make that happen! I’m going to school so I have plenty of free time to board, sit and walk dogs in between. I love walking my dog and playing with her in my free time. I have a fenced back yard with plenty of space to run back and forth in. I have two dogs living at my house but they both can be kept separate if preferred. Also have a cat but he’s never home. My neighborhood is safe with minimal cars and loud noises.
