Melissa and Richard invited us into their home so we could get a better idea of how Dior's stay would look like. They have a nice yard that they allow the dogs to freely roam! They incorporated a routine to allow Dior to feel more comfortable during his stay and they were also able to give him his medication without any problems. Melissa and Richard send updates every day - a little summary of how the previous day went alongside several photos! They are great with communication. I accompany them in the morning and at night to potty. Always watching. I am ok with dogs on my couch, but do have clean dog beds as well. This was my first time leaving them with a dog sitter, so I was naturally a little nervous, but she made the entire experience completely stress-free. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. She always responded quickly to my messages, kept me updated on how my dogs were doing, and sent me plenty of pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Anytime I had a question, she answered right away and made sure I knew how Roxy and Kobe were doing. Before their stay, we met in person, and I also got to meet her adorable Golden Retriever, Chubbs. He is such a sweet and friendly dog, and Roxy and Kobe got along so well with him. It was comforting to know they were in such a welcoming environment. “Rachel is an absolute sweetheart! We did a meet and greet and she is very knowledgeable of dogs. She knew how to keep my dog safe and happy. She kept me updated with pictures and was very responsive. My anxious 12 year old chihuahua had a giant backyard to play in. My previous experiences with dog sitting had been awful. My dog would come back home with no appetite and diarrhea. Needless to say, I could tell my boy had a blast with Rachel. Full belly, tired, full of dirt and didn't want to leave! I also keep their environment clean, safe, and stress-free while keeping owners updated with photos and messages. I also, have a gated and safe back yard.

I’m currently studying to become a veterinary technician, so I’m learning more about animal health, safety, behavior, and proper care. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care.
