“Jill and Liz are fantastic! We were driving from SF to LA for a long weekend and wanted to give our 2 chihuahua mixed pups a little vacation of their own—Jill and Liz's home was just the ticket! Their backyard is truly a pup's paradise—large enough to run and play with some shade to hang out in and even a water feature to splash around. They were really great about sending tons of pictures as updates and very patient and understanding with Frankie who was a little stressed at being left, so initially he wasn't eating his food—they coaxed him with some shredded chicken, and he came around by the end of the second day. We could tell our pups were getting TLC with the pics of them snuggled in Liz's lap or blankets while hanging out on the couch and bed. To top it all off, when we came to pick up our babies, Jill and Liz surprised us with a framed photo of each dog! It was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we ever do another road trip to LA (if they were closer to SF, we'd re-book in a heartbeat!!) About: I have fostered kittens and I am really good with their care. I am able to provide them a safe home where they can peacefully grow up and then be sent to their forever home. Some parts of their care include bottle feeding, stimulation to go potty, and keeping their temperature right so that they can maintain their body heat. It is extremely heart warming and rewarding whenever I take in tiny little kittens and they grow up into healthy and playful cats.

About: I have always had a dog but I can only attest to caring for those I’ve raised. I’ve raised two labs and a huskie pittie. I currently have a young 1 year old male lab who loves a great play session with another doggy friend. I’ve often dog cat overnight and it gives my pets great socialization opportunities. I currently work full time from home from 8am to 5pm. My dog is routinely walked 1 hours a day with several enticing activities through out my work day. On the weekend I like to take him to the park and hiking if there is no playdate scheduled. I have a fenced yard and the most social dog to keep them company. Plenty of toys and treats. When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dog’s hair and clip his nails. About: I’ve worked with an adoption foundation in San Diego for two years helping rescue dogs get adopted, walking them, sitting them, and even fostering! I live in Bakersfield during school semesters and have rescued and returned three dogs and cats to their owners! I am a student athlete and I work very hard to keep up on tasks throughout my day. I play beach, volleyball and workout, apart from that I’m a huge animal lover! I have lots of free time as I have just finished my collegiate career in sports and school! I have stayed at a few friends houses to watch their animals overnight. I have dog and cat sit multiple times within the span of two years going into the home making sure there is water and food. If I’m requested to take dogs on a walk, I do, and I tend to spend an hour to, however, long with the animal to ensure connection!

About: My passion for animals started when I was young. I begged for a puppy at the age ten until I got one. My first pet was a teacup chihuahua, named Teacup, and I absolutely adored her. Twelve years later, I owned a Husky mix, named Smokey. Which provided me with experience handling small and large dogs. I also have experience working at Saint Louis Zoo is Missouri. About: I have taken care of senior dogs who require medicine doses and health monitoring. I have also cared for very young puppies and kittens who have needed to be bottle fed. I foster kittens a lot and it truly is so rewarding to see them grow healthy and enjoy life. I have had pets at my home and I have house sat and kept an eye on pets. I just graduated high school May 2026 so I have a lot of free time. I wake up early in the morning and just do tasks around the house. I am home full time right now. I have siblings but more importantly one 9 year old brother who is gentle with animals and understands how they should be treated. “Jill and Liz are fantastic! We were driving from SF to LA for a long weekend and wanted to give our 2 chihuahua mixed pups a little vacation of their own—Jill and Liz's home was just the ticket! Their backyard is truly a pup's paradise—large enough to run and play with some shade to hang out in and even a water feature to splash around. They were really great about sending tons of pictures as updates and very patient and understanding with Frankie who was a little stressed at being left, so initially he wasn't eating his food—they coaxed him with some shredded chicken, and he came around by the end of the second day. We could tell our pups were getting TLC with the pics of them snuggled in Liz's lap or blankets while hanging out on the couch and bed. To top it all off, when we came to pick up our babies, Jill and Liz surprised us with a framed photo of each dog! It was such a sweet gesture. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them if we ever do another road trip to LA (if they were closer to SF, we'd re-book in a heartbeat!!)
