“It’s a match! I was having a little trouble finding a good sitter for my dog, but I think I’ve found the one with Heather and Calob. Starting off, communication was excellent and many photos were sent. They greeted us in a low stress manner and we were able to chat for a while. I can’t actually ask Dallas how he liked the stay but from what I can tell he did fine. He got to go on lots of walks, socialize with other small dogs, and sleep in fuzzy blankets and beds. Life was good.”

She was completely unfazed by the realities of end-of-life care, managing Delphine’s tumors, helping her up and down stairs, and handling the occasional accident with calm and compassion. Delphine, who is usually wary of new people, seemed genuinely at ease in Mackenzie’s presence. That alone speaks volumes. Mackenzie also sent thoughtful, funny updates that made me feel connected even when I couldn’t be there. I’m so grateful that in this tender time, Delphine had someone who treated her with dignity, care, and kindness. If I couldn’t be by her side, I’m thankful Mackenzie was.”

About: I have taken care of my neighbors dogs by walking them around the neighborhood since I was little. I have dog sat my neighbors dog as well in their house and received positive reviews. I have owned two cats and they lived very long and happy lives. I have taken care of horses as well as a part of my riding lessons when I was younger. I love to take care of all animals especially dogs no matter what that entails! I am a Junior in college at University of Hawaii. I am a kinesiology major with the end goal to be a physical therapist. I have always loved animals especially dogs and the joy they bring me. I grew up in Sebastopol with my family. We’re lucky to live near a park where I can take your dog on walks, and when we’re home, they’ll get nonstop cuddles, playtime, and attention. Leaving your furry family member behind can be stressful, but I’ll treat them like one of my own. “Mackenzie cared for my 12-year-old mystery mutt, Delphine, during what I knew would be some of her final weeks. Delphine is in the late stages of terminal cancer, and her care requires patience, gentleness, and a deep respect for her autonomy and quirks. Mackenzie showed all of that and more. She was completely unfazed by the realities of end-of-life care, managing Delphine’s tumors, helping her up and down stairs, and handling the occasional accident with calm and compassion. Delphine, who is usually wary of new people, seemed genuinely at ease in Mackenzie’s presence. That alone speaks volumes. Mackenzie also sent thoughtful, funny updates that made me feel connected even when I couldn’t be there. I’m so grateful that in this tender time, Delphine had someone who treated her with dignity, care, and kindness. If I couldn’t be by her side, I’m thankful Mackenzie was.”
“Katy provided a true at home experience and sent daily pictures of our Schnauzer cuddled up next to her lovely daughter. When we picked her up, Stella ran to members of Katie’s family as well as us. She was clearly comfortable with them. My husband was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home with us! We booked late on a holiday weekend and ended up rescheduling our pick up time to a couple hours later. Katie was totally accommodating. We had a perfect boarding experience!
