We could kennel her and she would for sure be secure, but miserable or we could go with a private boarder such a Kitti and his wife and know our Mimi was going to be treated like we treat her. Kitti sent updates and picture to us throughout our trip and told us what Mimi did with her day. He put our minds at ease. Everyone on our trip asked how my dog was doing and I could show them pictures. We know this was for sure the right place for her to be while we were gone. They loved her and played with her. We will definitely use them again whether we go on a trip or have a day we need to do something.”

About: I grew up around dogs. I cannot remember a time in my life in which I did not own a dog. I love dogs with all my heart. Friends and family have always trusted me with their fur babies to dog sit and care and love them. I am also usually tasked with training their dogs to do basic commands. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all breeds. I have a couple years of experience volunteering at my local animal shelter, and even have an adorable Valley Bulldog mix as a result of volunteering. I could not resist adopting at least one of my shelter babies! I also currently own a black lab. I love my dogs sooo much, and I will take care of yours as I do mine. I work in the education field, so my schedule is FULLY OPEN from June throughout July. When school is in session, I am available from 4:30pm-10pm and open availability on weekends. I will be there to give your dog whatever care and attention they need, whether that is walking them for however long they are used to, feeding them or giving water, taking them outside to play, etc.

About: I've shared my home with two to four dogs since coming to LA 15 years ago. Because I work from home, your pup gets a calm, dog-savvy human nearby all day — frequent yard breaks, play, and belly rubs instead of hours alone. I'm comfortable with puppies, seniors, medications, and high-energy dogs, and I keep my numbers small so every dog gets real one-on-one attention. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so your dog has company and supervision for most of the day — regular walks, play, and potty breaks, not long stretches alone. I offer boarding and daycare and take just one family's dog or two at a time, and I'm glad to keep your dog's normal routine for meals, naps, and bedtime. I always mark as unavailable any days I have travel or major time commitments that will keep me away from home for more than an hour or two, so they will have constant care while they're here. Your dog will have free range of my 3 bedroom home, detached studio, and very large, securely fenced backyard full of fruit trees. I don't have pets of my own right now, so your pup gets the whole space and my full attention. I'm happy to crate or set up a quiet separate area if that's what your dog is used to, and I keep things calm and low-stress. I have a doggy door for dogs who prefer to let themselves in/out at their leisure. I converted our detached 2 car garage into a recording studio, where I work, so we have the quietest place in town in the event we have to make it through fireworks or if your pet prefers quiet or isolation. Both the house and studio have their own separate HVAC systems, so they'll definitely stay comfortable. I have always slept with my own dogs, so happy to co-sleep with yours if that's what they're used to, but also glad to maintain whatever rules you generally set for them in regard to being on beds/furniture.

During drop-in visits and house sitting, I ensure pets are fed on time, walked or let out for bathroom breaks, and given enrichment through play, mental stimulation, and companionship. I keep their living area clean by refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes or picking up waste, and maintaining a tidy space. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages so owners feel confident and at ease while they’re away. For walks, I prioritize safety by using secure leashes and harnesses, paying close attention to the environment, and adjusting the walk based on the pet’s energy level, age, and weather conditions. Above all, I treat every pet as if they were my own and aim to make their time with me feel fun, comfortable, and full of care.
About: I own a pup of my own, an adorable Morkie that’s 8 months old. I have also taken care of others’ dogs, cats, and homes in a multitude of experiences! I have experience housesitting, dog sitting, cat sitting, and baby sitting! I am currently not working for the month of July so my schedule is very flexible and available to meet your needs! Each pet gets their own room (unless there are multiple from the same household) in a sanitized area, complete with cozy bedding, toys, and anything specific to their care. For dogs, I have a spacious, secure backyard where they can enjoy playtime and walks. I take the time to ensure they’re comfortable, relaxed, and loved while they’re away from home. When caring for your pet at your home, I stick to their routine, including feeding, medication, and plenty of playtime and affection. I respect your home and any guidelines you provide, making sure your pet feels safe, secure, and cherished while you’re away. And if you’d like, I’ll gladly share photo or video updates with you!
