About: My family has had cats as pets from before I was born. I have 2 cats myself. One is named Kk and the other is named Tommy, whom is special needs. He had a thrombosis that caused one of his legs to lose circulation. The vets answer for me was I needed to put him down. I cried for a whole weekend and then started wondering if there were other options. Using my psychic abilities I came up with amputation. When I asked if they could amputate his leg they immediately said yes! And now I have a 3 legged cat. I love him so much and have gone to the ends of the earth for all my pets. Kk is my fat princess. She is beautiful and so soft. She is my daughters emotional support animal but she has gone away to college so I got to keep her. She loves me so much, she stares into my soul and purs and drools on an everyday basis lol.

About: We are an active family living beside miles of National Forest Land. Our quiet neighborhood is very convenient for pick up and drop offs. We are the first neighborhood you hit coming into South Lake Tahoe and the last one out of town. We are a magnet for dog sitting in our neighborhood, but we also have volunteer experience at our shelters and Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care. Luckily, I work from home which means I get plenty of time to play fetch, go on hikes, and snuggle with your four legged companions. I currently work from home, so I will have plenty of time with your pups. I prefer to be outside for fun so it’s the best of both worlds. I have a fully fenced in back yard. About: I have grown up with pets all my life and constantly took care of, walked, fed, bathed my dogs & cats. My dog had puppies a few times growing up and I was responsible for caring for the mom and all the babies until they were old enough to leave. I absolutely love dogs & cats and have so much fun walking or sitting them! I always house sit & watch my friends dogs and cats when they are away. I am their go to person to ask. I work part time for accommodation so I am free most of the time to dog walk or sit! I only work part time hours. If you have a fenced in yard I would take them out to play or use the restroom! I also would take them on walks or if you want I can take them to the dog park or dog beach! Happy to do whatever makes you feel comfortable! If you need the dog crated I can do this as well. I got a text with pictures a few minutes after I left their house the first day, and saw pictures of Honey having fun. I received many wonderful pics both days we booked, and they were so so accommodating with last minute requests . Stephanie is quick with text responses. About: I have owned a dog years ago. Miss having them around. I am only a dog aunt now. I am very active and love walks, runs, playing on the beach. I am working half days. I work 8-12 M-F. I usually ride bikes, walks, or hike after work. Pretty active lifestyle. Available on weekends full time. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for pets, including a dedicated guest room where they can sleep. Air conditioning is available during warmer weather to ensure your pet's comfort. I also offer in home pet care and can travel to your residence if preferred. Pets in my care receive plenty of attention and exercise, including two daily walks, one in the morning and one in the evening. While I do not have a fenced yard, I am located less than 10 minutes from Kiva Beach and am happy to take dogs there for additional outdoor time and enrichment

I love being outside, enjoy longer walks, and I’m currently training for an ultramarathon—so your dog will always have a willing, energetic walking partner. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, energy level, and any special needs so I can keep their day feeling familiar and stress-free. I use leashes on all walks unless otherwise requested, avoid unsafe areas, and closely monitor weather and trail conditions here in Tahoe.

“Brett was awesome with my dog Scout. He was a great communicator and flexible with drop off time. Scout had a great time hanging with Brett at home watching sports and even went on two different hikes in the area. Scout came home exhausted and happy. Would definitely use Brett again !!”
