About: We hit the trails daily and have plenty of safe, secure space to exercise your pup. I'm currently taking on some gig work to supplement my grad school aid as I finish my degree. Time is as precious as the angels by our side, and I’ll treat your pup like my own. For your peace of mind, I maintain an active Wilderness EMT certification, and my trail kit always includes canine-specific tourniquets and first aid. Flexible schedule. We prefer early, especially before a summer crowd, so that there is some safe space for everyone to run off leash and feel the freedom we all deserve. Selectively accepting a few well mannered companions. We'll keep a good eye. I have a couple spare tracking collars if that is a concern for off leash activity.

About: We are an active family living beside miles of National Forest Land. Our quiet neighborhood is very convenient for pick up and drop offs. We are the first neighborhood you hit coming into South Lake Tahoe and the last one out of town. We are a magnet for dog sitting in our neighborhood, but we also have volunteer experience at our shelters and Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care. Luckily, I work from home which means I get plenty of time to play fetch, go on hikes, and snuggle with your four legged companions. I currently work from home, so I will have plenty of time with your pups. I prefer to be outside for fun so it’s the best of both worlds. I have a fully fenced in back yard. We have miles of national forest land down the street and my friendly pack will always make their stay more enjoyable.

About: I've owned Australian Cattle Dogs (red/blue heelers) my entire life. My beloved most recent 12 year old Red Heeler named Austin passed away last summer. I now travel too much for work to consider getting another pet myself, but would love to borrow some to get my four legged furry fix. I am self employed professional photographer with a flexible weekly schedule and I work from home, except when I am out photographing clients. I would love to be a trusted fill-in for your standards of interaction with your pal if our schedules align. Please note that I am NOT a good fit for pandemic animals that cannot be left unattended or have separation anxiety. If your dog cannot be left alone for a few hours at a time you'll need to look elsewhere. I have a fenced yard and a dog door for access. I would prefer to care for dogs in my home but open to house sitting also.

About: As lifelong dog owners ourselves, we understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. We have experience volunteering at the humane society, and have spent the last few years pet sitting dogs with different personalities, routines, and needs. Whether they need long walks, playtime, or just some cuddles on the couch, our goal is to stick to your dog's normal routine and treat them like one of our own. Dan and I both work in the restaurant industry, which gives us a flexible schedule. We work 3–4 days a week and often work opposite shifts, so one of us is usually home or available throughout the day. If we do work the same day, our shifts are in the evening, so we still have the entire morning and afternoon to spend with your pet. We make it a priority to provide plenty of attention, playtime, and love so your pet feels comfortable with us. We want every pet to feel at home while in our care. We have a fenced-in backyard and live just minutes from the marsh and beach, which gives us plenty of opportunities for walks, outdoor adventures, and playtime. If your dog prefers to be the only pet or does not do well with other dogs, we are happy to provide care in your home instead. We understand that every owner has their own routines and expectations, and we will always respect your instructions and your pet’s needs. At our home, dogs are welcome on the couch, are surrounded by toys, and can hang out in backyard to sunbathe and roam free. About: I have owned a dog years ago. Miss having them around. I am only a dog aunt now. I am very active and love walks, runs, playing on the beach. I currently am not working and have more availability until August 19th. Starting then, I will be unavailable 7:30-3 Monday-Friday. I enjoy taking dogs for a walk in the morning and evening time. I live a pretty active lifestyle. I don’t mind taking your dog for a hike. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for pets, including a dedicated guest room where they can sleep. Air conditioning is available during warmer weather to ensure your pet's comfort. I also offer in home pet care and can travel to your residence if preferred. Pets in my care receive plenty of attention and exercise, including two daily walks, one in the morning and one in the evening. While I do not have a fenced yard, I am located less than 10 minutes from Kiva Beach and am happy to take dogs there for additional outdoor time and enrichment

“Breanna and Dan were the ultimate dog sitters! Their home is close to beautiful trails, marshes and beaches so it’s like your pup is on a vacation of their own in Tahoe. They took Roo on multiple adventures on her short 24 hour stay and consistently sent me photos and updates. They were very quick to get back to me and coordinating our schedules and booking was super smooth. Roo seemed very at home, comfortable and loved on, I would highly recommend Breanna and Dan as your dog sitters. I will be booking with them for any future Tahoe adventures.”

About: We hit the trails daily and have plenty of safe, secure space to exercise your pup. I'm currently taking on some gig work to supplement my grad school aid as I finish my degree. Time is as precious as the angels by our side, and I’ll treat your pup like my own. For your peace of mind, I maintain an active Wilderness EMT certification, and my trail kit always includes canine-specific tourniquets and first aid. Flexible schedule. We prefer early, especially before a summer crowd, so that there is some safe space for everyone to run off leash and feel the freedom we all deserve. Selectively accepting a few well mannered companions. We'll keep a good eye. I have a couple spare tracking collars if that is a concern for off leash activity.
About: I have dedicated my life to the car of animals. I have been training dogs for 30 years. I have been involved with animals for my whole career. I own a Dogtraining company so my whole daily and weekly routine revolves around caring for and training dogs. About: Hello! I’m a local dental hygienist that will treat your pet as if it’s my own. I am a healthy balance of being active and outdoorsy as well as a homebody, so I am able to adjust my daily routine to meet your pet’s needs/wants! I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby! I work Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 to 5 and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 3. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, day care and overnight stays any times that do not fall within those timeframes. This was my first time leaving my new rescue pup who is very shy, he won’t let many people even get close to him and Shane sent me a video of them cuddling on the couch. ❤️ Shane was so kind and gentle with my pup.
