Your doggy will recieve a good amount of outdoor time and have an active and stimulating day. I’m comfortable with your dog sleeping in bed with me but respect if you prefer them to sleep in a crate. I am available full-time four days out of the week. I am available to go on walks/hikes with your dog during the week and/or weekends. I would be available for overnight stays during the weekends. I have a fenced yard, and I can easily crate your dog if needed. Your dog would be welcome to come inside our home. Your dog would not be left unaccompanied or unsupervised in our home. About: I had a beagle from age 6 to 22. From 22 to 36 I had a Maine Coon. I currently have 2 cute ginger cats and a fat grey and white cat. Everyone was a rescue! I own a small business and work from home. I can get to your home in the Elk Grove area very easily and quickly to visit with your critters. We prepare fresh meals for our cats. We haver cat backpacks and crates to transport them around. They like to visit outside and pretend they are still wild. One likes to explore. The other two are afraid of their shadows.

About: I've been housesitting since 2010, mainly cats and dogs. Multi-pet houses don't bother me and I'm good at keeping with your fur kids' schedules. I have and RVT license that is current and have been an RVT for over 10 years. I took a break from housesitting to work at animal hospitals, including a 24-hour critical care hospital in the ICU. Medications and medical treatments are no problem for me. I have an open schedule and am comfortable with either staying at your home for your pet's comfort, or I can visit everyday to make sure they are cared for. I adjust to their wants and needs and stick to their schedule. I'm low stress and understand that sometimes pets just need to warm up to you. As for my personal pets, there's four cats with totally different personalities that run the house (I just live there).

“Jenna took amazing care of our dog Whiskey while my partner and I were on vacation for two weeks. Whiskey was staying with my parents but we needed someone to give her some exercise. Beyond giving Whiskey her regular walks, Jenna was a great communicator, and also went above and beyond. On her second walk, Jenna noticed that Whiskey seemed a bit off. (She had just had a foxtail removed a few days prior). Jenna went out of her way to communicate what was going on and even called Whiskey's vet to make sure there was no medication she had been given that might be causing tiredness or confusion. All ended up being fine, but I really appreciated that Jenna was so attentive, and it made my partner and I feel very reassured that Whiskey was being taken great care of while we were out of town. I live with my elderly father who enjoys meeting new doggy friends. 24 hr supervision since I work remotely! I’m an early riser and enjoy morning walks. Your doggy will recieve a good amount of outdoor time and have an active and stimulating day. I’m comfortable with your dog sleeping in bed with me but respect if you prefer them to sleep in a crate. I work remotely so I have no issue staying at your house as well!

I am able to care for not only dogs, cats, and rodents, but a wide variety of reptiles, birds, and invertebrates! I don’t offer boarding at my home, but I am very accommodating. Whatever your furbaby needs at home, i’ll be able to provide! I can take your dog for walks, clean up accidents, feed, give medication (as long as instructions are provided) and give them quality play time! I am also able to clean up litter boxes, rabbit cages, hamster cages, and other small critter cages. If you are needing live feeder insects daily for your reptilian friend, I am able to pick those up daily for them!

Every dog is allowed to have a personality just like every human is allowed to. With that being said, I am comfortable caring for pets with all kinds of personalities. I do have a fenced in yard with no current animals in the house, however I find it best for me to stay in the dogs normal environment vs bringing them into a new one. I am open to discussing if you prefer I keep them at my place, but heavily prefer staying at your home with them.
