Lori & Frank treated my dogs like their own — they showered them with love and attention and took exceptional care of them. They sent adorable pictures and kept me updated (without being annoying about it) while I was out of the country for 9 days. They have a lovely cozy dog-friendly home, and a very nice fully fenced yard. They are both super kind dog lovers and also responsible adults so you can feel comfortable leaving your beloved pooch or pooches in their care. Just the best.”
“Sophie, with a lifetime of experience taking care of dogs, was wonderful with our yellow Lab. Her home has an ample backyard area and is quite welcoming to dogs. Her Boston Terrier plays very nicely with others. Our Lab got lots of love and attention from Sophie, including regular walks in the low-traffic neighborhood near Dominican U. It is abundantly clear that Sophie, an energetic college student trying to earn some money on Rover, could not be more motivated to take phenomenal care of your cherished companion. She did so with our 4 year-old Lab.”

“Lydia is great! She helped us walk Nova while we were on a trip and had my mom staying with Nova. My mom cannot handle Nova due to her reactivity to other dogs, squirrels, and cats. Normally they would just play in the back but our yard was too flooded to permit it. Lydia jumped in to help on very short notice and in the middle of some crazy weather. She was punctual and took Nova out on a different walk each morning that we needed her. She is communicative, responsible, and took good care of our spoiled princess baby. I highly recommend her!”

About: I have always watched dogs and pet sat for people in my neighborhood, as well as for friends whenever they went out of town. I truly love both big and small dogs, and I enjoy spending time with animals of all personalities and energy levels. I am currently a college student and student-athlete who recently went through a very intense surgery. As part of my recovery, I am focusing on walking more because it has been great physical therapy for rebuilding my strength and mobility. Dog walking and pet sitting feels like the perfect fit for me right now because it allows me to stay active, continue healing, and do something I genuinely enjoy. “We got pictures of Saba on adventure hikes and playing with other dogs every other day - which we love to get when away. Saba is very social, so we were really happy that Jesse had daycare dogs or walking groups each day so she could play with dogs and get her energy out. She boarded at his house for 4 nights and came back exhausted, an owners dream. He has a backyard with play space which we actually went to see when we dropped her off. She did come back with a bit of a limp which we are assuming is from a lot of play time and didn’t eat her food like normal, which again could’ve been from missing us. We’re not looking into it, but make sure your dog is ready to play! Otherwise, his communication was great and was very quick to respond and adjust schedule if needed on our behalf. Will probably look into doing walks with him in future S well.”
