When I checked around too many places offered to keep her in a crate but she has never been crated before so we did not want that. With this family she had the run of the house and yard and slept on their bed at night which she does at home. My only fear was that at the end of her stay she would not want to leave. But she was glad to come home and during my trip I had peace of mind and no worries that she was in good hands. Highly recommend this family to take care of your dog. I will when I travel again!”

About: I’ve always loved animals and grew up with dogs! I have experience caring for dogs with a variety of personalities, ages, and needs. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual routine, whether that means keeping up with an energetic pup, providing extra patience and care for senior dogs, or giving a nervous dog time to feel comfortable in a new environment. I’m also comfortable with administering medications when needed and making sure every pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and, most importantly, lots of love! I work from home three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to care for dogs throughout the day. I’m able to give them lots of attention, regular potty breaks and walks, playtime, and companionship rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I live in a comfortable apartment in a quiet, residential area that’s perfect for daily walks and getting some fresh air. There’s also a dog park nearby for dogs who enjoy socializing and playing, as long as it’s a good fit for their personality and comfort level. About: I have a 9 year old lab mix at home in Seattle I’ve raised since she was a puppy. Over this past summer I volunteered at my local shelter every week helping out the shelter dogs and cats. I am currently available for boarding all days of the week as I am home full time. I am not employed at the moment and my boyfriend Hans works from home so we’ll always be home for your fur baby. That means we are able to provide constant care (3-4hrs away from the pet at most). We have a gated driveway and our yard is completely fenced. It’s a half acre fenced on a 2.5 acre lot. About: I've shared my home with two to four dogs since coming to LA 15 years ago. Because I work from home, your pup gets a calm, dog-savvy human nearby all day — frequent yard breaks, play, and belly rubs instead of hours alone. I'm comfortable with puppies, seniors, medications, and high-energy dogs. I feel time together and attention is what bonds both humans and dogs, and seeing them go from anxious and confused to a happy member of "the pack" is one of the more rewarding parts of taking care of them, so I prefer stays long or frequent enough for your pup to feel at home with me and in my home, but I'm also always willing to cover a tight spot or step in for a day of daycare. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so your dog has company and supervision for the entire day — regular walks, play, and potty breaks, not long stretches alone. I offer boarding and daycare and take only up to three dogs at a time, and mostly for medium to long term boarding, so it's a calm environment without a ton of new dogs coming and going. I'm glad to keep your dog's normal routine for meals, walks, naps, and bedtime. I always mark as unavailable any days I have travel or major time commitments that will keep me away from home for more than an hour or two, so they will have constant care while they're here. Your dog will have free range of my 3 bedroom home, detached studio, and very large, securely fenced backyard full of fruit trees. I don't have pets of my own right now, so your pup gets the whole space and my full attention. I'm happy to crate or set up a quiet separate area if that's what your dog is used to, and I keep things calm and low-stress. My space is easily partitioned to allow dogs to eat, nap, or hang out alone in peace if that's what they prefer. I have a doggy door for dogs who like to let themselves in/out at their leisure. (it's about 50/50 whether they figure it out and make use of it lol) I converted our detached 2 car garage into a recording studio, where I work, so we have the quietest place in town in the event we have to make it through fireworks or if your pet prefers quiet or isolation. Both the house and studio have their own separate HVAC systems, so they'll definitely stay comfortable. I don't generally use kennels or crates, but if your dog prefers or is used to using one, by all means bring it along. I have always slept with my own dogs, so happy to co-sleep with yours if that's what they're used to, but also glad to maintain whatever rules you generally set for them in regard to being on beds/furniture. I have found even "reactive" and "solitary" dogs very quickly acclimate to a more social environment (it usually only takes 3-4 hours) and I never leave them together unsupervised until they're demonstrating clear friendliness to each other. Many dog parents bring their pups over just for this kind of socialization, and it's great to watch a dog that "hates all other dogs" running and playing in the yard with the group after snarling at everyone just a few hours before.

My apartment has a doggy park as well as a state park across the street so there are plenty of opportunities for your fur baby to run and play. I like to take the doggies I wach out often, just to get them use to the environment as well as make sure there are no accidents. For dogs with high energy, I love to go on runs and play games just to keep them stimulated. Again working from home has allowed me to care for your dog all day long with dog parks and national parks close by.

About: I’ve been petsitting for 12+ years and fostering animals for 8+ years! I have taken care of many dogs under age 1 as well as senior dogs. I also have experience fostering kittens (as young as 2 weeks old) and cats! I am fluent in both Korean and English! Also, one of my family members is a veterinary assistant :) My home is condominium, and the floor is hardwood. I have a small patio area inside my house. I also have a small grass area for the residents — it’s located outside my house but inside the condominium complex. Pets are always welcome to sleep on bed or relax on our furniture! Usually, we take the pets out for potty breaks 4 times a day—first one in the morning, second one around noon, third one in the afternoon, and last one at night, right before bed. We also use the small patio area for potties if they need to potty more frequently. I take them on walks in the afternoon! For cats, I clean the litter box as soon as I see that they used it. I also have plenty of toys, treats, and cardboard scratchers! My parents and I will be available to take care of your pets full-time! My family (5) is also available to take care of the pets most of the time! If you do not want your pet/pets to interact with other pets, I can separate them upstairs and downstairs. At least one person will be available upstairs and downstairs so the pets are not left alone! Our condominium complex has two doors/gates (front and back) . I look forward to sitting your pets!
About: I've had large breed dogs my entire life and volunteer regularly at shelters to help.socialize the animals to be more adoptable. My last rottie had leukemia and I cared for her throughout chemotherapy so have experience with many related health challenges. I recently exited my corporate career after 15 years of travel and computer work. I'm taking a break to recalibrate and spend more time outdoors being active. About: I’ve been taking care of every size and aged dog since I was 6. I am perfected at playing any animal game and I have a pool your doggo can swim in! I will obviously go in with them. And if they just need a good cuddle, I’m their girl! It is a ritual. I treat them like they are my child. Every day is about them, me, and my family. Love is there. Thanks I spoil my animals (in a healthy way of course). I give them what they need whenever I can. I lay on the ground with them if needed as well. And I LOVE it if they sleep on my bed with me at night!
“We boarded our fur baby, Mano, with Tyler for two nights during our vacation. We were a bit concerned because Mano had never been boarded before and had diarrhea 4 days before the start of his boarding. However, Mano did one day of daycare to get to know Tyler earlier during the week, so we knew Tyler was a fantastic sitter. Throughout Mano's stay, Tyler gave us updates with the cutest photos of Mano and was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. We requested change of the drop-off time due to a family member wanting to meet us at the resort earlier that morning, and Tyler had no problem changing the time one day before the drop-off. We were 23 minutes past the pickup time due to the valet forgetting our car and the insane traffic in SoCal. Tyler was so accommodating with all the uncertainties. We feed Mano homemade food in a special food bowl made for French Bulldogs. Tyler cleaned all of Mano's food containers and food bowl when sending him back to us. Tyler respects your pet's unique needs and routine, which is very important to us. He also takes the best photos of your fur baby. I really appreciate Tyler's calm personality and his ability to match Mano's energy level and needs. Mano can be a total couch potato (he is a Frenchie), but it was evident that Tyler took him out on plenty of walks. Mano came back with bigger calluses on his front paws, which meant he got plenty of exercise. We will definitely book with Tyler again.”
