I’m happy he was allowed to roam free and sit on furniture just like at home. Although my dog may have been nervous to eat, Sheila did her best to accommodate Paxson. I liked that she had other dogs and a cat. I think this helps Paxson get comfortable and learn the ropes. I appreciate Sheila and her daughter Rhonika for taking great care of Paxson. I have experience working at an animal shelter, tending to their kennels and providing enrichment time. I have taken care for large dogs, medium dogs, and small dogs are my speciality. I have a double door gated area, no yard but I keep an eye on my dogs whenever they outside or I am walking them. My space is one floor and open so they are free to roam. When I am able to drive I take them to the dog park. I follow through with medical instructions whenever my pets or my siblings pets need to take antibiotics of some sort. Within the property I live in, there is one large husky/german sheppard mix that will hangout in the front yard as my sister works offsite. If your dog is okay with other dogs then they are welcome to play togeher. If this would not be feasible then I am able to relocate the husky mix to the backyard of the property.

I typically take at least 2 twenty minutes walks per day with Meeka, but am more than happy to have an excuse to take longer and more frequent walks if your energetic pup needs more outdoor time. Because my remote work 8a-4p schedule is flexible, I'm able to play, cuddle, and take frequent potty breaks throughout the workday to ensure your pup gets plenty of love.

About: Hello! My name is Dominique. I started working with animals in 2015. Working with dogs at a doggy daycare, moving on to rescues and vet offices then eventually dog training. I have experience using force free, and balanced training. My goal is to provide safe, structured and compassionate care for every pet. Pet care is just as much about the owners and their peace of mind in leaving their companions with me. Whether your companion is a senior with medical needs or an energetic puppy I have the experience and the passion to provide the enrichment, stability and comfort during their stay. For house sitting and drop ins my availability will be Tuesday- Friday 9 A.m-2:30p, and on Sundays and Mondays I'm available 9 A.m- 5 P.m. For hosting a dogs, because I’m currently working on making pet care a full time career through Rover my availability is up to whatever you need. I will only be hosting dogs from the same family or one at a time. In my home I like to have all supplies readily available for any enrichment or training purposes. This includes Toys, leashes, beds/cots, treats/kibble/food, any tools such as prong collars or e-collars if needed (this depends on clients needs/preferences), enrichment puzzles, cleaning supplies and medications for puppies and seniors. The agenda for the day will be structured around the clients and the dogs needs. A walk, training, or simply some companionship while your away. I'm flexible with what you desire and what your dog needs. I’m home most of the day besides stepping out for personal errands or appointments, so rest assured you companion will want for not.

I have a double door gated area, no yard but I keep an eye on my dogs whenever they outside or I am walking them. My space is one floor and open so they are free to roam. When I am able to drive I take them to the dog park. I follow through with medical instructions whenever my pets or my siblings pets need to take antibiotics of some sort. Within the property I live in, there is one large husky/german sheppard mix that will hangout in the front yard as my sister works offsite. If your dog is okay with other dogs then they are welcome to play togeher. If this would not be feasible then I am able to relocate the husky mix to the backyard of the property.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since high school as a way to help get rid of my fear of dogs. Starting out, I took care of pets from family, friends, and neighbors. Since then I have become closer to the pets I care for, making sure that they feel loved while the owners are away During the summer, I will be available during weekdays anywhere from 9am-6pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
