“This was our first overnight stay we booked for Bruce through Rover. He has never really been away from us since we brought him home at just 5 weeks old, and now at a year and 3 months old, we were understandably a little nervous. We felt using Rover would be a much better option than boarding him at a pet hotel, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we could have made. We found Mollie on Rover and reached out to her. She responded so quickly that we were able to schedule a meet-and-greet the very next day. She took the time to get to know both us and Bruce, talked with us about his routine and personality, and even introduced him to her family. From that first meeting, we knew we had found someone special. During Bruce’s stay, Mollie kept us updated with messages and plenty of pictures. Seeing how happy, comfortable, and loved he was made it so much easier to enjoy our trip. Throughout the day, she shared the activities they were doing with Bruce, and it truly felt like he was part of the family. Honestly, I think he may have had even more fun at Mollie’s house than he does at home! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mollie went above and beyond in caring for Bruce, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. We will absolutely be booking with Mollie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like family.”

She cared for our 2 golden retrievers (Mia and Riley), Chocolate Lab (Hershey), and our Russian Blue cat (Olivia- who has special needs as she is a tripod kitty) so well and gave us the peace of mind knowing they were in a safe and loving environment. Laura communicates very well and at the right frequency to give updates on your babies and sends pictures to help when you are missing their sweet faces. I know her house must have been hair-covered by the time we picked them up (mine always seems to be despite roomba constantly running) but she was gracious and no complaints. I have over 15 years of experience taking care of my own, family members', and friends' dogs, as well one year of dog walking with over 100 dogs via the Wag app. I grew up taking care of an adorable toy poodle that I appropriately named Peppy. About: I've had pets my entire life. I understand that they're a treasured member of the family. I'm also a weekly volunteer at the LA County Carson/Gardena Animal Shelter. I've received extra training on animal behavior & handling. I love giving animals whatever type of attention they need and I'm extremely patient with them. I'm equally comfortable with dogs & cats (and pretty much everything except orca whales). Overnight stays, walks, giving medication, litter boxes, feeding, you name it. Petting animals is good for our mental health, so let's meet more pets! I work full time in an office Mon-Thurs with an hour commuteon each end. While I can do overnight house sitting, I'm gone all day (12hrs) at work so not available for walks/potty breaks. I work remotely on Fridays, so lots of flexibility. I have two extremely particular kitties at home, so unfortunately I cannot offer care in my own home. But I am happy to come to yours!

I have two kitties of my own, and I’ve been dog/cat-sitting for the last several years around my neighborhood :) I worked for two years at a cat fostering facility, caring for 25 kitties at a time (administering medications, cleaning up, feeding, etc.) I also work at Medieval Times with the horses (big fur babies), so I love being able to work in close proximity to animals! I work part-time in the evenings mostly, so I have mornings and afternoons free for walks, check-ins, and play time! He has never really been away from us since we brought him home at just 5 weeks old, and now at a year and 3 months old, we were understandably a little nervous. We felt using Rover would be a much better option than boarding him at a pet hotel, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we could have made. We found Mollie on Rover and reached out to her. She responded so quickly that we were able to schedule a meet-and-greet the very next day. She took the time to get to know both us and Bruce, talked with us about his routine and personality, and even introduced him to her family. From that first meeting, we knew we had found someone special. During Bruce’s stay, Mollie kept us updated with messages and plenty of pictures. Seeing how happy, comfortable, and loved he was made it so much easier to enjoy our trip. Throughout the day, she shared the activities they were doing with Bruce, and it truly felt like he was part of the family. Honestly, I think he may have had even more fun at Mollie’s house than he does at home! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mollie went above and beyond in caring for Bruce, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. She cared for our 2 golden retrievers (Mia and Riley), Chocolate Lab (Hershey), and our Russian Blue cat (Olivia- who has special needs as she is a tripod kitty) so well and gave us the peace of mind knowing they were in a safe and loving environment. Laura communicates very well and at the right frequency to give updates on your babies and sends pictures to help when you are missing their sweet faces. I know her house must have been hair-covered by the time we picked them up (mine always seems to be despite roomba constantly running) but she was gracious and no complaints.
