About: Hi I’m Serena! I’m currently in my master’s program at CSULB! I work hard and give so much love to every single one of my client’s fur babies depending on all their needs. I've grown up with 5+ dogs in my lifetime and taken care of dogs and cats of every kind and size since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me with their pets while they were on vacation to walk, feed, and administering their medication (both orally and injections) to their pets. I've taken animal CPR and have lots of experience with senior care with three senior dogs. I’m current attending college at CSULB but I am available in the mornings and evenings for drop in visits. For overnight or extended stays I am available Sunday-Saturday. I will care for them in your home and follow the instructions given to feed and drop in visits. If they are allowed outside, I will go outside with them and keep an eye on them both day and night. I will never let them outside on their own due to safety reasons. If discussed and allowed to housesit, I will keep your pets company for hours doing my quiet hobbies (Reading, drawing, etc.) since my pets tend to dislike being alone in the house for long periods of time.

We couldn't do the meet and greet beforehand like I usually like to do because of how last-minute everything was, but Matthew was so easy to work with from the start and was really great with the pups. My two dogs are rescues with sometimes challenging temperaments, but Matthew handled them so well! About: I’ve been pet sitting for 20+ years and have yet to meet a dog I don’t enjoy. I love their unique personalities and caring for them. I have a light work from home schedule, so I’ll be with your dog most of the time (with the possible exception of a quick run to the store/errand). I have a dog of my own who I walk, hike, play with, and take to the dog park regularly. I’d be happy to have another pup to take on outings, if appropriate. I have a fenced balcony and live in a very peaceful, walkable area. My house is open to the dogs (except for the kitchen, which I’ve blocked off because my dog will jump high to grab snacks). About: I have experience walking my neighbors 10 year old dogs, as well as house sitting and dog sitting for them. I also teach kids ages 3-12 how to swim at the Long Beach yacht club. I spend my time studying for my bachelors, reading, and self studying French. None of these require a specific location so it works well with sitting. I spend lots of time with my pets and cater to their every need. They hold the title of pet, but they are animals just as we are that deserve attention and a close eye.
About: I am a proud dog mom! I’ve provided dog care for friends, family, and neighbors since I was 12. I love playtime and walks with our four legged friends! My schedule is extremely flexible, making playtime and walks a main priority for the pups! I Can start boarding typically after 3-4pm but can always move things around if needed. I am very attentive and responsible when it comes to ensuring a safe environment for our four legged children. Making sure they are always where they need to be and in clear sight is a top priority.
About: I have had dogs my entire life - as a kid and adult. Throughout my life I have had a Lab, Dalmatian, two Boxers and a 3.5 lb. Yorkie. I love dogs at all stages from puppy to seniors. I have trained all my own dogs with lots of treats and positive praise. I make sure I understand your pets needs, motivations, behavior patterns and safety concerns before I accept any pet assignments. I promise to take care of your dog as if it were my own. I promise...they are our fur babies. I am available Monday through Friday and some weekends. I am flexible and can work most hours of the day. I am reliable -- once I commit, you can count on me showing up on time ready to go. Your dogs safety and wellness is my priority. I will discuss any triggers your dog may have beforehand. I always carry water (hydration is key) and plenty of poop bags. I will treat your dog as if they were my own.

About: I have cared for my own dogs from puppy age til senior age and even through hospice care. I know how to administer meds and special foods including Sub Q fluids for illnesses like kidney disease and EPI. I am dedicated to making sure your pets are well taken care of because they are apart of your family. I go the extra mile because pets are the epitome of unconditional love. I am currently working full time from home, and take care of my senior dog with EPI needs. I enjoy being a foster periodically when I have time. I currently live in an apartment, and prefer to crate to keep dogs comfortable and provide a safe space while they get acclimated to the change in their environment. I live close to many nice areas for walking and also the dog beach for more exercise.
