Duke seems pretty happy too when he goes there as not only do they take good care of him but they also have 3 dogs so he has buddies to run around and play with. About: I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue since I was ten years old. I took care of cats, dogs, birds, and even some livestock. About: My grandmother has had dogs before I was even born, so growing up around them definitely gives me an advantage on how to treat, and care how the sweet things. Im currently working part time at a restaurant, while doing college online so I have more of an open availability during the week and longer hours. While helping my Grandma at her farm, helping her care for all sorts of pets has helped me with my experience and help care of pets safely and know what to do and not to do. I always make sure their body language seems safe, I never want to make an animal scared or uncomfortable, and treats are a must!

Likewise I have the time and energy for those dogs that need a little more play time. I have a neutered schnoodle that is mature enough to chill but also enjoys a play. I work part time from home. It is not a large garden, but it certainly offers a dog enough space to stretch their legs, chase a ball or just chill on the patio.

I’ve dealt with bigger breeds like German Shepards and Pitt bulls, smaller breeds have always gotten along well with my demeanor. About: I have a lot of education with dogs. In high school I attended a Scroc Pet boarding class and also went to Animal Behavior College. I worked at Pet Boarding and Spa in Lomita, California. I volunteer at the Lancaster Animal Shelter where I have fostered puppies that were underaged and bottle fed them and potty trained them. I am very familiar with humane animal restraint. I am familiar with all dog breeds . I have taken care of dogs for most of my life. I have distributed medicine to dogs often. My family have always adored animals and there was never a time where we didn’t have pets throughout my childhood, whether they were cats, rats, guinea pigs or fish! I will always arrange a meet and greet before agreeing to board any new dogs in our home to ensure they are comfortable and compatible with Dolly and any other dogs boarding at that time - all of the dogs safety and happiness is my main priority. We have a fully fenced garden with a mix of natural grass, concrete, dirt and pebbles so plenty of terrain for the dogs to explore. We also have lots of space for play time indoors and allow for plenty of cuddles on the sofa when the dogs need a chill!
