It is abundantly clear that Sophie, an energetic college student trying to earn some money on Rover, could not be more motivated to take phenomenal care of your cherished companion. About: Growing up, I have always been around animals. I currently have a dog and two cats of my own that I love unconditionally. I have house sat for families with a variety of pets. About: I have cared for many pets in my life (a dog, cat, tortoise, 4 birds, 2 fish, and 9 hamsters to be exact) so my love for animals is a huge part of who I am! I currently live with my Ragdoll cat, Myko, and he is my bestie. I have taught him tricks, we go for walks on his leash or in his stroller, and we start and end every day with playtime. This time, we loved getting photos of our cat weaving her way between Em's legs, nuzzling her face, etc. during twice-a-day visits. We were so glad to know that our kitty was fed and watered and that she had used her litterbox and it was not filthy (the rest of the house was quite dirty and messy, and we are very sorry about that and grateful that our catsitter fulfilled her obligation despite that). About: I've had dogs in my life since I was a middle schooler. Between my family dogs and dogs who have lived in my home since then I have been responsible for at least 7 dogs, of all shapes, sizes and demeanors. I've kept moody Dachshunds, energetic Shelties, even tempered Retrievers and even rescue Pitbulls. I love hiking and getting outdoors, and bringing a canine friend along. I currently have one dog of my own, a peppy rescue mix, and he is my best friend I am available to dog/house sit very regularly. I am an ecological land designer working most days from home with the exception of days where I need to do a site visit or connect with my team in person. I can pretty much work from anywhere with a good internet connection, so most days would be able to be around in case your dog needs more frequent walks or attention. In addition to dogs I love other pets and plants! If you have house plants, a veggie garden or other plants that need some watering or attention while you're away I'll be able to help in the department as well! I work from home most days, so I am able to be flexible around a pets needs regarding feeding, walks, and medication. Ocassionally I do have to leave home for work, and that is typically up to 4 hours. We have one dog at home and since we don't have a yard, we typically take him up on the ridge to walk, or to the Red hill Dog park or San Quentin beach. These are great places to have some fun exercise

Most of my friends and neighbors ask me to take care of their pups whenever they travel and it’s something that brings me a lot of joy! I work from home so my schedule is flexible. About: I currently have a chocolate point Siamese female nine year old cat with beautiful blue eyes. I don’t allow her around any dogs and she is always kept away in a separate room until the dog has left. When walking, adventuring out is essential to broadening a dogs territory and decreasing the occurrence of aggression. About: I’ve been a pet owner for most of my life, and always loved animals. I just lost my dog Jessie, and love to spend more time with other dogs. I’m home a lot and love to take care of other dogs. Weekends I’m home, and have time to take dogs to the park for play or a long hike. I’m home also after 4:30 pm most days. I’m a school teacher and have summers off. I’m currently working only as a pet caregiver so I have plenty of time to tend to your pet! I have class on Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. I live in a very dog friendly apartment building. Dogs are allowed on furniture. They will get frequent walks (morning, afternoon, and evening) and potty breaks (every 2-4 or 4-6 hours depending on dog) and I will set alarms for meals/medications.

About: I love being around these animals as they give so much. My family and I have raised 6 guide dog puppies annd three breeders, over the last 14 years. Right now I help take care of 3 dogs who have been or are still working for Guide Dogs for the Blind. I have multiple days a week free and would like to take care of more animals. I would love to help in the feeding walking or bringing to veterinary care of any animal who's owner finds it necessary to supplement their own time due to constraints. I'd see myself primarily in the role of exercising or being a daily companion to these animals

I'm available most days for dog sitting, walks or just drop in visits and would love to provide your pup with fun-filled, active days. I am available every day although my teenagers are with me Sunday through Wednesday. I may go out to do errands but can always change what I'm doing to meet your pets needs. Walks, overnights and everything in between are great on weekends. I live in a condo in the canal. We have plenty of outside space and use it frequently. There are plenty of dogs in the neighborhood and they can socialize at your discretion.

“Our Luna girl stayed with Adam and Julie for over a week and this was herfirst stay with them. We did do a meet and greet a couple months before the actual stay so we had an idea if Luna liked Adam and Julie. Luna is normally a fairly reactive young puppy like adolescent with frequent barking and lungeing at people and dogs that distress her which can be many people and dogs. We went to their home for the meet and greet and Luna was fairly comfortable with Adam and Julie right off the bat. That was definitely a good sign. Two months later and Luna now 2 months older and more mellow has her stay with Adam and Julie. We picked Luna up after our trip and she was happy, playful, and reacted like she had a good stay. Julie and Adam gave us a full report and it seems everything went well. We got a daily picture of Luna sent via text which made us very happy to connect with her. Thanks to Adam and Julie for taking good care of our girl while we were on vacation.”
