“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Usually my neighbors will feed my cats while I’m on trips, but one of my cats crossed the rainbow bridge recently, and it gave me such peace of mind that Meru was not alone and had ample sweet and caring company with Yuhong and her husband. About: The first time I took care of a cat was with my bf and fell in love at first sight and decided to have two cats and want more. I know from experience having two cats and meeting eachother can take time to warm up and not to stress them out but I have a safe space to hide if needed. I feed them 3 times a day, clean litter everyday, and will discuss care instructions, routines, and any specific needs.
About: I have more 10+ years walking and babysitting young and senior dogs (5 years on Rover). Since I was 7, I cared for dogs, cats, turtles, goldfish, parakeets, chickens, rabbits, and mice. About: I have cared for animals on my ranch in Acton, CA for over 30 years. I get along well with them because of the mutual trust and respect developed between us. I am adept at maintaining safe, clean living environments and noticing any problems which may crop up. Since I am retired, this means I can check in on your dogs boarded at my facility on a regular basis. My premises are double-fenced for the security of client dogs. Dogs have plenty of water, and I feed them according to owner specifications. Wading pools are provided in the summer, and there are adequate shelters for dogs to stay in out of the weather when they choose. Any extra exercise desired by the owner outside of the exercise dogs give themselves in the large enclosed areas are arranged for between the client and myself. I will be happy to give high energy dogs extra exercise by playing fetch with them a few times during the day. I will also spend time reassuring over-anxious dogs by just being with them.
