About: Hi there! I’m Barr, a wife and mother with a lifelong love for animals. We have a sweet 15-year-old Jack Russell named Indie, and I honestly can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t have a pet. Animals have always been a huge part of our family, and our compassion for them is one of the reasons we chose a vegan lifestyle. I also worked as a veterinary assistant for two years, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets and supporting their health and well-being. As a mom, I’m now looking to earn a little extra income while doing something that truly matters to me—spending time with and caring for animals. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. “Pam was awesome with Otis! Our normally anxious little fellow immediately warmed right up to her. Pam has a calm, relaxed personality and is very experienced with caring for dogs. She more than met our expectations, paying close attention to all of our instructions, taking Otis for daily walks and even allowing him to stay in his normal routine by sleeping in bed with her. Pam's home is very clean and tidy and yet also dog friendly and pet welcoming. She reported Otis took a real liking to her husband as well. Pam kept in contact with us, sent a picture and we felt confident that he was in good hands! We will definitely be booking Pam again. So glad we found her!”
About: I have worked at a doggy day care that serviced over a 100 dogs and 30 cats at a time. As a kennel tech, I took care of the animals. I played with them, gave them enrichment, training, ect. I have 1 year experience selling pet food. I learned a lot about dog and cat diets and food sources. Currently i'm available 24/7. This is what I do full time. So the animal will have 24/7 attention. Special circumstances will apply, weekend adventures or what not. Anytime is negotiable. Every animal will be treated as my own. Dogs will sleep in the house. “Yolanda is genuinely fantastic!!! First of all, she’s so kind and you can tell she truly loves animals and people. She came and met our furry family and was very attentive to the details of how to care for them. Prior to our vacation, she checked in and was very communicative and excited to come and stay. I sent a few videos via the app on some updated protocols with the kitty meds, and she was on it! While she was here, she sent sweet pics of our kitties and kept us posted. Our cats are “elders” and needs meds, and she did a great job handling all of it! She left our house spotless and communicated prior to heading out as well. About: Lived with cats as well as taken care of friends cats for a little over 9 years. For friends drop in visits, I would at least try to hang out for a couple of hours so we can get to know each other and really build a relationship. Please let me know if you have any specific grooming goals or tools you would like me to utilize. My approach is to love and play with your cat but also, intuitively understand your cat’s behavior and cues. My goal is to not to dominate the space with my presence but, let your cat have space to interact with me if they so choose.
About: I've had cats since I was 5. My grandparents also has a farm so I have lots of experience with farm cats and feral cats. I've also worked for 10+ years with a local rescue, raising kittens only days or weeks old until they are old enough to be fixed and adopted - feeding them milk on a regular schedule and then weaning them onto wet food, then dry food, also teaching them how to be a cat by interacting with my cats. During the course of my volunteering I have also been taught various first aid treatments as well as how to administer medications and injections.

About: Ive grown up with dogs of all kinds. I have experience training and breeding ranch dogs in Texas and live in a forest setting on the summit giving dogs the opportunity to run free safely. Im currently working part time and am consistently home during the week and holidays. I have a very active dog of my own who gets multiple walks and play time all day. I live in an apartment surrounded by a large wooded area with no ticks or excessive bugs. We are close to highway 80 for ease of travel and have river access in the yard and a private neighborhood for safe walks.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was just a baby, all my family members have had puppies and doggies and can always rely on me to watch them when they’ve needed it. On days that I am not working I would love to be walking or sitting dogs! I usually go for morning and sunset walks everyday so I would be happy to have a friend join me! Also am available to watch dogs while you’re away on vacation, just not at my house because I’m not allowed to have pets in my apartment. About: I have worked at a doggy day care that serviced over a 100 dogs and 30 cats at a time. As a kennel tech, I took care of the animals. I played with them, gave them enrichment, training, ect.
