About: I have always been an animal lover. Since my teenage years we had dogs and cats in the house. Over the last 20 years I have lived with and cared for 2 dogs and two cats. Sadly 3 of them have passed on at this point, and It's just myself and my 16 yr old husky mix Suki now. I am only employed on a very part time basis, so I have a fairly open and flexible schedule for dog walking, home visits and boarding on most weekdays, and some weekends. I have a fenced back yard perfect for pets to hang out in, and there is also a covered area in the back yard if the weather is rainy. I would also allow them inside the house, but not on furniture :). I am a very active person, I walk my own dog at least twice a day, and would be happy to walk even more with yours!

I'm retired now and I don't have any recurring responsibilities so Im pretty much available, all the time. My daughter also lives here with me and she really , really , really loves animals. And she's excited that signing up for this , we can't wait. We have a large , three bedroom home with a den and fenced in backyard , and have a specific area in our den for animal care. I also have two large cat cages in my home where each of my cats sleep, but if needed, they can sleep in the same cage and the other one can be used to provide your pet some privacy, with their own food and water dishes. I have many many many interactive cat toys so even while i'm working, they can play with the toys that are attached to my desk and walls, along with scratching posts.

About: I have experience working at a vet office, and worked dogsitting overnights and drop ins throughout my college career. I've had animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and even horses, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs, and have one of my own who is one of the loves of my life! I'm happy to drop in multiple times per day around my work schedule (I work from home 9am-5pm) and I have an hour lunch which I use to visit dogs (or really any other animals) on my lunchtime rounds. If your dog needs help learning to socialize, my dog may be the perfect match, he is very easygoing and always eager to make a new friend. We go to the dog park frequently and he is used to playing with small dogs as well as some bigger breeds. I have experience with animals large and small, and I have a horse so giant breeds are still a breeze. I'd love to meet you and your pets! I have an open schedule for drop in visits and walks, and am available most weekends. Whether you are looking for a daily dog walker or a vacation sitter, I can help. I believe each pet requires an individual approach so that they are comfortable and happy during our visits. I strive to figure out what the pet needs to feel comfortable early on during our meet and greets so that I can keep them healthy and happy while you’re gone.

Sadly 3 of them have passed on at this point, and It's just myself and my 16 yr old husky mix Suki now. I am only employed on a very part time basis, so I have a fairly open and flexible schedule for dog walking, home visits and boarding on most weekdays, and some weekends. I have a fenced back yard perfect for pets to hang out in, and there is also a covered area in the back yard if the weather is rainy. I would also allow them inside the house, but not on furniture :). I am a very active person, I walk my own dog at least twice a day, and would be happy to walk even more with yours!

Weekends I have more flexibility during the day and can watch your companion overnight on saturday and sunday if needed.
