Our dog had never been in doggie day care or boarding (2yo) and Grant helped to supervise her very closely, allow a gradual introduction with other dogs and make sure not to allow any aggression from any other dogs. He exercised the dogs outside and let them stay outside if they wished during daytime instead of crating at all, which was great! Grant also sent pictures and videos to ease my worried mind. “Amanda was very gracious towards our very naughty puppy. Apparently, some of the nervous behaviors that we don’t see at home came out with an unholy flourish at Amanda‘s home. But I appreciate the fact that Amanda gave us a full and honest report (which is helpful for us to gauge the areas he still needs significant training) and was very kind about the negatives. The most important thing, though, was that he settled down in the car almost immediately. Our dog is a very nervous dog, so if he has had a rough time at a dog sitter, we know right away because he whines and whimpers all the way home. After leaving Amanda‘s house, he winded for about 60 seconds and then went to sleep. Hallelujah! Thank you, Amanda, for the top quality care you have given to our very low quality puppy. I am especially grateful that Amanda was willing to take the puppy at the last minute, because my husband had a hospital procedure and I had completely forgotten about making arrangements for the dog. About: I have cared for and loved animals since I was a little girl. I was raised in a house with dogs of all types and have continued to have them in my life. I have two rescues, a 6-lb sweet female chihuahua and a 30-lb shy male terrier mix, that love to be around other dogs but who also are submissive to and respect other dogs’ needs for their own space. Having been a zookeeper and vet tech, I have worked on training various critters, as well as cared for elderly animals that need special attention or medications. I work from home with my husband full time and we are always ready for fur baby snuggles on our couch and bed. We also live near a canal and trails, so dog walks are very frequent in our home. Because we live farther away, we are also willing to come do pickups to keep you from having to drive to us, but we understand completely wanting to see where your pups are staying. I work from home nearly full time except Tuesdays, but my husband is home full time everyday. I am an early riser and can do early walks/pickup/potty breaks. As we are working on house projects due to this being a new and first home purchase, we are home a ton on the weekends too. If I am staying at your home, I can arrange to be there constantly because my husband is home to care for my pups. I don’t have a fenced yard, but live very close to a dog park that is fenced. I also have a canal trail right off my driveway and we walk our two dogs on it all the time. My two babies are extremely sweet and friendly with other dogs. I am an extremely tidy and organized person, so whether your pup stays with me or I come to your home, I can guarantee I will always leave things as good or better than I found them. Also, if you have any last-minute travel issues, I can almost always adapt to host longer to make sure you don’t have to stress about what will happen to your pup.

Her dog was the perfect match for my dog. I think my dog has a new bff. The backyard is a dream for an active dog. There was plenty of room both inside and out for my dog to roam around and sniff. She made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. I can’t recommend her enough. My dog had a great time. When I picked him up he was very happy and relaxed. He shows his stress and there was none just a very happy and tired dog from all the playing he did. He snored the whole way on our long drive home. I will definitely use Tale’A when we are back in the area. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy. “Grant was FANTASTIC! Our dog had never been in doggie day care or boarding (2yo) and Grant helped to supervise her very closely, allow a gradual introduction with other dogs and make sure not to allow any aggression from any other dogs. He exercised the dogs outside and let them stay outside if they wished during daytime instead of crating at all, which was great! Grant also sent pictures and videos to ease my worried mind. I HIGHLY recommend Grant as a dogsitter!!”

“Justice was a perfect dog sitter! We were up in the area for a sporting event for my son & just needed to board our 6-month old collie for a night since the hotel didn’t allow pets. Justice was communicative throughout & my puppy loved having her kids around. She even got in a play date w/ another dog. About: I have worked at a doggy day care that serviced over a 100 dogs and 30 cats at a time. As a kennel tech, I took care of the animals. I played with them, gave them enrichment, training, ect. I have 1 year experience selling pet food. I learned a lot about dog and cat diets and food sources. Currently i'm available 24/7. This is what I do full time. So the animal will have 24/7 attention. Special circumstances will apply, weekend adventures or what not. Anytime is negotiable. Every animal will be treated as my own. Dogs will sleep in the house. We have 1 acre to run around on in the day. I'll be here all day.
“Amy and Justin were amazing with Daisy! They were incredibly flexible and were able to take her a day earlier than originally planned, which we really appreciated. This was Daisy’s first stay with them after a meet-and-greet, and she had the best time and she came home completely worn out from all the fun!
