“We have never left our dog for a long period of time. Adrienne put our minds at ease and set up a meet and greet for us before hand so Lola could meet her and her dog. She made us feel very comfortable and sent us several pictures during Lola’s stay. Our dog seemed very happy and loved while we were away. You can tell Adrienne has a real love for dogs and we would definitely recommend her services. We will be booking again in the future?”

He was very attentive, making sure Gus was comfortable & happy! Look forward to booking with David again in the future! Thanks so much! ❤️”

“We booked Hilary last minute because our usual sitter became unavailable. We had a trip to Italy planned, and I was so stressed to leave Pebbles somewhere new while being out of the country, but HILARY WAS AMAZING!! We fell in love with the way she cared for Pebbles instantly. She had no problem with her feeding times, walks, crate needs, and even eye medication. She sent us SO MANY fun and cute pictures of Pebbles while we were out of the country that I felt super reassured. She was flexible with the pick up time (we know how LAX can be), and even willing to take an additional emergency contact while we were out of country. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anyone kinder, more loving, or more communicative. I will definitely request her again, and I am so glad Pebbles found a temporary home there. Thank you for everything!”

“Javier is so friendly and personable. Malia stayed with him for 5 days and I didn’t worry about her for a second. He constantly sent pictures and assured me she was happy and well taken care of. I picked her up and she was a happy girl, so I know she was loved on. ❤️ Thanks, Javier!”

“My dog, Belle is looking forward to seeing Lisa and staying in her home again. No separation anxiety like the first dog-sitting experiences. Lisa is very caring and responsible lady. I am happy that Belle finds her second home.”

About: I grew up with cats most of my childhood, yes I was that kid that would bring stray kittens home and care for them until my parents would find out. I currently care for my 8‑year‑old cat Luna. I handle feeding, litter maintenance, playtime, and grooming, and I’m familiar with common cat behaviors and routines. Even shy or stay‑at‑home cats warm up to me quickly, and owners trust me to keep their pets comfortable and content.
“Karen was excellent. She visited the cats before the visits, provided great updates and photos, attended to our cat’s medication and helped us feel good about leaving them alone in a new house for the first time. Highly recommend!”

“Brittany was so amazing! She took care of our two cats for 10 days while my roommate and I were out of town. We got daily updates and lots of photos that made us feel so much better leaving the kitties alone.”

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for cats—right now I have an orange cat at home who’s full of personality! I’m familiar with their unique behaviors and know how to create a calm, comfortable environment for them. Whether your cat is social and playful or prefers quiet companionship, I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you're away. In addition to cat care, I’ve also looked after my brother’s three dogs (a Bernadoodle, a Chihuahua mix, and a German Shepherd), so I’m used to managing different temperaments and routines. I bring that same patience and attentiveness to every pet I care for, no matter the species.

About: I currently have a cat and have years of experience caring for animals. As a cat owner, I understand that every cat has a unique personality and comfort level. I am patient, attentive, and respectful of their boundaries while still making sure they receive plenty of care, affection, and enrichment. I'm comfortable with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, playtime, administering basic care, and monitoring for any changes in behavior or well-being. My goal is to help your cat feel safe, comfortable, and stress free while you're away. 🐱💕
“Lisa was beyond amazing. She made us feel comfortable and at ease going back home for the holidays knowing that our cat was going to be taken care of. We started off with one visit a day but Lisa also offered to check on her twice since it was our cats first time being alone for so long. She kept us updated every step of the way and sent all the pics. ❤️”

I’m calm, dependable and happy to follow your cat’s lead, whether they want cuddles, quiet company or plenty of space. I know cats each have their own personalities, and I’ll make sure yours feels safe, cared for and respected while you’re away.

About: I raised my 2 mini schnauzers from puppyhood through their twilight years and loved every second of it. We made many other dog friends along the way, including the occasional sleepover. I work remotely from home, so it’s easy for me to adapt to whatever schedule your dog is used to! I travel for 2-3 weeks in the year around (but typically not during) holidays. My apartment complex is gated with great walking areas for the community’s many pets. A public park is just next door with hiking trails for higher energy pups. I also have extra beds, crates, leashes, bowls, and toys if you forget yours or prefer not to haul them around.

About: I adopted my first own dog in 2012 and cared for him until he passed of old age in 2024. He was a half English half American bulldog. Now I have a French bulldog, an 8‑year‑old cat and a guinea pig. I understand dog and cat behavior and routines really well. Friends and family have trusted me for years to feed, walk, and give meds to their pets and I treat every pet like part of my family. I understand the true purpose of walks for dogs and always let them take their time sniffing and exploring so they feel mentally stimulated and relaxed. I’m a full-time stay-at-home mom, so I’m home most of the day and available any time, any day. I’m used to juggling different feeding, walking, and playtime schedules, and your pet will get lots of attention and company throughout the day. I follow your feeding, walking, and crate routines so they feel safe and consistent. I’m calm, patient, and experienced with seniors and more nervous pets, and I always keep a close eye on them to make sure they’re comfortable and secure.
About: I have 10years of animal care experience, walking, talking, and hanging out with both large and small animals. I have experience with the fun, lovable family member types as well as the trained, agility and discipline types of dogs. I am capable of following existing discipline regimes as well as showing up and letting the animals be themselves. Animals bring me joy and I would be honored to be a part of your pets life, even for a short time. I am currently building my own business so I have a lot of flexibility within my own schedule. I do like advanced notice but as we begin to build a regular relationship I will be open to last minute requests. When I am in your home, my job and my focus will be your pet. I will asses their comfort and safety level with me, giving them space where needed but ensuring I know where they are and what they need at all times. Not only do I take any job I have seriously, these are not just animals but parts of your family, and I take as much care whether I was watching a human baby or a fur baby.
“I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Emin. He was very responsive and even hiked with Lila in the rain! Has a very calm energy and handled my dog’s intensity very well”

About: I've taken care of dogs for a long time. Extended family members have dropped off their pets with me when they are away on holiday. I enjoy playing with them. I work from home so your pet will have supervision at all times. Typically I walk my dog, Mochi, once in the morning. Sometimes I play fetch with her around noon if she's up for it. I feed her on schedule daily. I have a large fenced yard and one friendly dog who will enjoy a playmate, as you may see in the first photo of Mochi with the pavers and grass. I make sure that there is always fresh water available for Mochi and that she gets regular outdoor breaks.
“Michelle and Elizabeth are the best! They have been so great with my pup Simba. Super reliable, communicative, prompt, friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you both so much and happy holidays!”

About: I've spent a lot of time around animals and truly enjoy caring for them! My brother has three very different dogs—a Bernedoodle, a Chihuahua mix, and a German Shepherd—so I’ve gotten hands-on experience with a wide range of sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Whether it’s a few hours or a few days, I’ve helped care for them with everything from walks and playtime to feedings and snuggles. I also have an orange cat at home, so I'm very comfortable with feline friends too! I'm patient, gentle, and know how to read pet behavior to make sure they're feeling safe and happy. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or a senior in need of slower care, I’ll treat them like my own. I don’t have a fixed work schedule, which gives me a lot of flexibility! My availability just depends on current bookings, so feel free to reach out—I’m often able to accommodate last-minute or custom requests. I’m happy to work around your pet’s needs and find a time that works best for both of us. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and preferences so they feel secure and cared for. I’m respectful of your home and make sure your pet has everything they need—from fresh water and meals to playtime and cuddles. I keep a close eye on behavior and energy levels to make sure pets stay safe and happy, and I’m always happy to provide updates so you feel at ease while you’re away. My own orange cat has taught me how important a calm, loving environment is, and I bring that same energy to every pet I care for.
About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember, from growing up with a cat to horseback riding, owning a horse, helping care for other people’s horses, walking friends’ dogs and having dogs of my own, including a German shepherd and two dachshunds. I currently don’t have pets, which is a big reason I’m signing up for Rover. I miss having animals around and would love to help care for yours. I’m an avid walker and hiker, so getting in my steps with a furry companion sounds wonderful. I’m comfortable with both larger and small dogs, and I also love cats, whether that means cuddling, giving them space or simply making sure they are well cared for. While I’m new to pet sitting through Rover, I’m a responsible, competent and trusted animal lover. Having had my own dogs, I know how much it means to find someone reliable and kind to care for your furry family members while you’re at work or on vacation. I’m a semi-retired freelancer with a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the day. I prefer early morning through mid-afternoon visits, but will try to be accommodating according to your schedule. I don’t have a fenced yard and am not able to host pets in my home, but I’m very happy to come to you for drop-in visits, cat care and neighborhood walks. I love getting outside with dogs and am equally happy to to spend indoor time with cats.

I've always loved animals and as a child I wanted to be a veterinarian. I am a former clinical research nurse with 20 years of nursing experience who has been on disability for 10 years. I make sure that the pets are fed, have water, and go potty, (which means cleaning up after them.) Of course play with and walk the dogs. About: My name is Jessica and I live a very active life taking care my three beautiful kiddos. I work from home so availability is open! Previously, I have owned large dogs including two german shepards, two st. bernards, and a chow/labrador mix, but I love dogs of every size! When I was younger, I walked to my moms animal hospital after school. It was my job to clean the kennels and feed the animals. So I spent many afternoons caring for dogs who were boarding at the hospital. We don't have any dogs of our own just yet so hopefully we can love on yours in the meantime! ! I hope we can meet the needs of your fur baby soon! Thank you so much!
About: I enjoy providing my services to those pet owners who love their furry friends but don’t seem to have time due to responsibilities, I enjoy walking dogs because it’s good exercise for myself and for the dog to have fun. In my care your dog will never miss a meal, walk, or play time. Providing love and care for the dogs I should meet is my goal. My priority as a dog walker or dog sitter is to make sure the dogs are happy and the owners of the dog/s are happy with my services. I have patience and that is one thing I think most people need to be open too, to be able to care for animals in general and make sure they are cared for throughout the day or days. I do have a full time job but I’m available from 9am-2pm, I want to also motivate myself to go out and walk more. And be accompanied. I am very careful, I will make sure everything is safe for your fur babies. I am 100% attentive, responsible, and respectful towards others spaces.
About: I’ve been petsitting for 12+ years and fostering animals for 8+ years! I have taken care of many dogs under age 1 as well as senior dogs. I also have experience fostering kittens (as young as 2 weeks old) and cats! I am fluent in both Korean and English! Also, one of my family members is a veterinary assistant :) My home is condominium, and the floor is hardwood. I have a small patio area inside my house. I also have a small grass area for the residents — it’s located outside my house but inside the condominium complex. Pets are always welcome to sleep on bed or relax on our furniture! Usually, we take the pets out for potty breaks 4 times a day—first one in the morning, second one around noon, third one in the afternoon, and last one at night, right before bed. We also use the small patio area for potties if they need to potty more frequently. I take them on walks in the afternoon! For cats, I clean the litter box as soon as I see that they used it. I also have plenty of toys, treats, and cardboard scratchers! My parents and I will be available to take care of your pets full-time! My family (5) is also available to take care of the pets most of the time! If you do not want your pet/pets to interact with other pets, I can separate them upstairs and downstairs. At least one person will be available upstairs and downstairs so the pets are not left alone! Our condominium complex has two doors/gates (front and back) . I look forward to sitting your pets!
“Samantha is great! She took such good care of our dog, Javi! I received photos and updates on his walks. She made sure to follow all instructions on taking care of him-feeding him and making sure that he was walked and did his business as usual = ) Samantha made sure to keep our home secure when she left after the walks. I felt very comfortable with her having access to my home. Javi was very well taken care of and seemed very happy when we came home. I would highly recommend Samantha to anyone who may need a walker or sitter for their pets.”

“My dog, Belle is looking forward to seeing Lisa and staying in her home again. No separation anxiety like the first dog-sitting experiences. Lisa is very caring and responsible lady. I am happy that Belle finds her second home.”

“Rita is the best sitter ever! She’s incredibly informative and attentive. Anytime something seemed off or questionable with my dog, she was on it immediately. I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such caring and capable hands.”

“Absolutely loved my experience with Marcus! Super friendly and easy to arrange care with. He even dropped off my dog when I was busy. Loved getting cute pics of my pup while I was away. I'm definitely going back to Marcus for future boarding needs.”

“Heather was fantastic. Rio who is high energy was very happy. I can tell from the pictures and messages we received from Heather regularly. Rio went on long hikes and park walks and felt just at home with Heather and Billie Jean. Thank you Heather!”

“Rosemary is the best. She really went above and beyond for Yuki when Yuki wasn't feeling her best and her amazing communication really helped us feel at ease. She cares for dogs as if they are her own. Thank you so much!”

“I got super lucky when I chose Kristina and the family to watch my puppy while I went to Boston. They took great care of her and kept me updated every step of the way. I look forward to going back to them!”
“Neomi is a wonder dog sitter. She is very caring and observant. She took care my two dogs for two weeks. Both Misty and Sunny were sound and healthy. She was sending daily pictures and letting me know if there was anything unusual immediately. When there was an accident happened, Neomi handled gracefully and professionally. I was able to relax during my vacation and know Misty and Sunny were taken care of. I highly recommend Noemi for dog sitting.”

“Leah does a great job taking care of our fur babies. She is always attentive and keeps me up to date with messages and pictures. Highly recommend her!”

“Josie is amazing! Kind, thoughtful and an animal lover. Phil had the best week in her home and he keeps dragging me to her house. Very grateful and can’t recommend Josie more highly! Look forward to next time already.”

“Cindy and Hans were absolutely incredible with our dog, Cooper. From the moment we picked him up, it was clear he had completely fallen head over heels for Cindy… he followed her everywhere like her little shadow! It honestly warmed my heart to see how comfortable and happy he was with them. They treated Cooper like he was their own, and it showed in every way. When it was time to go home, I swear he looked a little sad to leave because he loved being with Cindy and Hans so much! As a dog parent, there is nothing better than knowing your pup is not just cared for, but truly loved while you’re away. We feel so lucky to have found Cindy and Hans. If you’re looking for people who will treat your dog like family, you couldn’t ask for better. Cooper can’t wait for his next visit! Sara & Ari”
