“Couldn’t say enough positive things. Perfect sitter for my big boy who is dog aggressive/easily triggered. I had never left him alone before and honestly felt stuck. But the time came and I didn’t have a choice. He has dog sat Rex twice now. I'm grateful to have found a sitter like Greg who gave me peace of mind knowing my big boy was in good hands. Rex was excited to see him which let me know he was being good to my boy. Thanks Greg!”

“We boarded our pup Yuna with Jane for 5 nights while traveling internationally. We usually leave her with family so we are pretty new to Rover but we instantly felt at ease after a meet and greet with Jane and her sweet dog Mochi. Jane sent tons of updates, photos, and videos and was super easy to communicate with. Yuna looked so happy running around their big backyard, going on walks, and playing with Mochi everyday. I honestly think she was sad to leave! I highly recommend Jane and would definitely book again.”

“We made a last-minute booking with Albina to care for our dog because our original sitter cancelled on us. She was very responsive and sent photo updates of our dog daily. I could tell that he was very loved. She even sent him home with some homemade dog treats! We were overall happy with our experience and will use Albina again.”

“Lisa was absolutely amazing with our puppy. She’s incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely caring—you can tell she really loves what she does. She kept us updated with photos throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind, and she was always super quick to respond whenever we missed him and wanted a check-in. It made the whole experience stress-free and honestly enjoyable. We’ll 100% be booking with her again!”

“It’s clear that Sojeong is a dog lover and is a kind, loving person because the moment Poppy met her, she immediately fell in love with her and my dog knows these things. ;) Sojeong and her family treated Poppy to multiple walks each day, lavished her with attention, cuddles and playtime, and they even took her to the dog park and treated her to a pup cup. I was worried Poppy wouldn’t want to come home after all this love. Sojeong is so great about asking the right questions and sending texts/videos multiple times a day. I am so grateful to Sojeong for taking such wonderful care of her! If I could, I would board my human kids with her too. She is so loving and trustworthy and I feel so lucky to have found her!”

“Yulia asked very thoughtful questions in preparation to Stella’s stay, she was also very communicative throughout the stay sending me constant updates and pictures.”

“lisa was great with our fairly last minute holiday boarding request. i got a ton of daily pics and they were great at making sure she followed her various routines.”

“Tamar watched our French bulldog, Kuma, for a week and did a phenomenal job! She made sure he was comfortable in her home and sent us tons of adorable photos every day, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear she truly enjoyed spending time with Kuma and treated him like her own. She even made sure all of his belongings were cleaned, washed, and returned in perfect condition. We couldn’t have asked for better care and will definitely book with her again in the future! 🐶✨💕”

“Fantastic pet sitter who took exceptional care of my cat! She sent plenty of photos throughout the stay and it was clear my cat was happy and comfortable. Very attentive and professional - would highly recommend Irina’s services to any pet owner.”

“Janice was amazing taking care of Poro! She has such calming energy and my velcro child took a liking to her and her family immediately. That alone put my heart at ease and would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“My dog absolutely had the best possible care with Lisa and her family. He is special needs and requires more attention than the average dog and Lisa went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker. Besides providing me daily updates and photos, she went out of her way to make her home safe and comfortable for him. They also helped him move around the home and play with other dogs, which is made hard for him due to his disability. He absolutely loved his stay and I loved the thoughtful care he received. Thank you so much for everything! Absolutely the best!!”

“Bertha took such wonderful care of my nervous little pup. I felt very comfortable leaving my baby with her. She is very kind and kept my baby as comfortable as possible while I was away. Thank you!”

“Julia watched my dog Kit for almost 3 weeks and she did a fantastic job. She kept me updated and sent pictures and video of Kit having a great time. I knew she was well cared for so I could relax on my vacation. Julia went above and beyond what I expected, and I highly recommend her. I chose her initially because I could tell she is a true animal lover and she absolutely is. Thank you Julia, until next time!”

“A great experience that was easy, flexible, worry and stress-free. Amon and Adam work from home and adore doggies and treat them as their own. Our pup had loads of human and happy pup interaction. Plus, sunshine, backyard sniffing and neighborhood walks outside. Inside filled with cozy beds and fuzzy blankets. Looking forward to Phoebe’s next stay.”

“This is my second time booking with Daria, and once again, they exceeded my expectations! My dog absolutely loves them, and I always feel at ease knowing my pup is in such caring and capable hands. She provides regular updates, photos, and truly treats my dog like their own. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for pet makes all the difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and loving dog sitter. Thank you again for your outstanding care!””

“This was my first time leaving my Noodle, my 2 year old Goldendoodle, with a dog sitter. I was a bit nervous but Sevan made the experience wonderful! He has a large space with a backhouse where the dogs stay inside when it's hot outside. Noodle stayed for 2 nights. Sevan sent updates, photos, and videos multiple times per day. Sevan made us feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about dog safety and wellbeing. Highly recommend!”

“Marc and Lori were so wonderful to my Freddie. It was the perfect home away from home. They kept me updated with lots of fun photos, they are extremely responsive and even sent Freddie home with Christmas presents. I would highly recommend!’”

“Aimee, Earl and Toby are AWESOME!!!! My normal sitter had an emergency and I had to travel so I reached out. They were so kind and accommodating and we scheduled a quick meet and greet right away. Goldie had a blast and feel asleep as soon as she got in the car. Thank you for being amazing. I will definitely book with them again.”

“Crystal did a GREAT job watching Ochi while we were out of town for the weekend. She sent plenty of pictures and let us know how he was doing. We are excited to have her watch Ochi again sometime. Thank you, Crystal!”

“I cannot recommend Alina enough. I am a first time cat mama, and this was my first time leaving her for a long vacation. By the end of the first visit, I knew Luna was in great hands and that she would be well taken care of while I was away. Alina was fantastic with providing detailed updates, and also provided plenty of photos of her time with Luna. I will definitely be rebooking with Alina whenever I am away.”

“Ru is so kind and loving with our cats, they immediately accepted her into their tribe 😻. Her communication is great, and she was very accommodative when my schedule changed at the last minute. Ru is our “go to” cat sitter. Thanks!!!”

About: While most of my experience is with dogs, I’ve also cared for cats for friends and neighbors over the years. I’m happy to help with feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and making sure your cat feels comfortable while you’re away

“Sojeong and her family took excellent care of my 13-year-old cat, Smokey. It was his first time being boarded, and I can honestly say he returned home happy and content. From the beautiful videos and pictures that Sojeong sent me daily, I could tell he was lovingly cared for and received the perpetual attention he craves.”

“First time Rover user here and Eliana helped me with the app and put me at ease when taking care of my cat. She was very communicative, took great photos and left adorable notes that I looked forward to everyday. Will absolutely book again”

“I was so happy to have Karen look after my two kitties for a long weekend. She communicated with me every day and sent plenty of pictures. I could tell from all of the playtime pics that they warmed up to her very quickly. I would not hesitate to book her again.”

“I was so impressed with Michelle and Liz. They played with my (very active) cat and I was never worrried for a moment. I felt like my cat was being taken care of by a friend. This was the first time I left my cat alone with ANYONE and I was very nervous about how she would do but I got pictures of her cuddling and playing with Michelle and Liz and I felt so relieved every day. I would definitely use them again. They were a godsend.”

“Lilit is simply amazing- highly recommended. She has out most care and attention to details and a passionate care for the pets. Thank you again for taking care and bonding with Koby & Toby- they are looking forward to the next booking already!”

“Barbara is the best sitter! She takes care of my cat Lancelot every time we travel. She gives him a lot of love and affection, and will go far and beyond to take care of unexpected things that happen when you travel (like plumbing issues). Thank you, Barbara!”

“Raleigh is always so kind, helpful and easy to work with. Our kitties love her and we never stress about going on trips thanks to her wonderful care for our animals.”

“Nathan and Lisa did an excellent job with the cats and went above and beyond helping us with a potential water leak while we were away. We would definitely recommend them!”

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for cats—right now I have an orange cat at home who’s full of personality! I’m familiar with their unique behaviors and know how to create a calm, comfortable environment for them. Whether your cat is social and playful or prefers quiet companionship, I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you're away. In addition to cat care, I’ve also looked after my brother’s three dogs (a Bernadoodle, a Chihuahua mix, and a German Shepherd), so I’m used to managing different temperaments and routines. I bring that same patience and attentiveness to every pet I care for, no matter the species.
“Brittany was so amazing! She took care of our two cats for 10 days while my roommate and I were out of town. We got daily updates and lots of photos that made us feel so much better leaving the kitties alone.”

“Another great visit with Alex. We were away for about a week and came back to an apartment that looked like we never left. I genuinely don’t know how he does it. The cats were happy and relaxed, honestly like they didn’t miss us at all, which says everything. He stayed on top of all the feeding instructions we left, which we really appreciated, and made sure everything was handled exactly as requested. He also kept us posted on little things around the apartment, including the Roomba, making sure it was emptied, reset, and charging so it could keep running while we were gone. That level of attention makes a big difference. We always feel at ease leaving our home and pets with Alex. Really grateful for him and all the care he puts into it.”

About: We are not ready to own a pet full time just yet but I would love to help other owners with their pets. I do have children my youngest being 6 so they do have to be children friendly but I also have a safe space your pet can be separate from them when they want or need to be. I grew up with all different types of animals my whole life as well as worked taking care of, full time, a rescue that consisted of 16 cats, 5 dogs and 5 horses. So I am very familiar with animals and their needs. This is the first time I have not had a pet in my life which is why I decided to join this app. Hope to see you and your pets soon!! I am a licensed real estate agent and mother to three beautiful children. I am available at various times to watch and care for your pets. I love to be outdoors and going for walks. I live in an apartment complex, in the building that sits in the back. I have open space and an outdoors community area where your pet can go for a walk or use the bathroom. I also am comfortable working in others homes with respect to their belongings and personal preferences.
About: ~ I consider myself a compassionate caretaker in as much as I do. ~ * Although I have only had two dogs of my own: a Spaniel-mix (rescue) & Terrier-mix (from a litter) I took upon a role of part-time caretaker, by helping to feed, walk, and bathe our dogs. I enjoyed using a k9sportsack to carry our smaller pup on extended hikes when terrain was tough. I hope that your pet can enjoy their time with my family and myself - as I believe we are keen to sense a pet's basic needs. Personally, I know of fun &/or calm places to take pets on brief outings outdoors, including trails &/or parks. I also take time to clean up along the way, or afterwards. Please feel free to browse my Facebook (Max Allan Mosesman) or Instagram profile (maxmosesman) where I post my most frequented routes, travels, & hobbies. If your pet does end up booking a stay with us (please schedule a Meet & Greet beforehand in order to meet us and our environment so that we can best prepare for your pet's booking as per their individual needs & preferences). Our home is small to medium sized, and good for up to 1-2 pets maximum (if they are already house trained), to take naps within, and/or sleep overnight. Our Backyard, half-grass/half-patio is also on the small to medium scale, with fencing on all three sides. The outdoor yard has side access (to a Garage) with two gates (one is removeable) along the way. Both front & back yards contain flowers, herbs, and fruit-bearing trees that you or your pet may find pleasant to be around. Currently, we are only accepting small to medium sized dogs that are already well-trained & socialized. If this description matches what you are looking for - then we hope to help you and your pet out soon enough! I currently work/volunteer part-time - which gives me about every other morning to take your dog outside on a specific hike (if deemed suitable & appropriate), as well as check in on them throughout the day for basic feeding and breaks in the backyard. Currently we have five members to our household, and each person does a part to help out with boarding pets, which includes some combination of feeding, walking, playing, bathing, and 'light' grooming. We are open to any & all suggestions that specifically pertain to your pet and will to our best to make adjustments accordingly.

“Lisa and Michelle are the BEST sitters for our dogs. Our dogs always enjoy their time playing, snacking, and resting with their lovely pack. Thank you thank you!”

“Jessica was AMAZING with my dog Daisy! Daisy is usually very shy and doesn’t approach strangers but she ran to Jessica as soon as she saw her and was very excited to spend the day with her. Such a great sign! Jessica also took Daisy to the park which I really appreciate! I would 100% book again ?”

“Jonalyn was fantastic with my dog! She sent so many photos and kept Mocha busy and got her tired, which is hard to do. Mocha is usually nervously reluctant to separate from me, but every time we went to Jonalyn's, she got so excited. Definitely booking again!”

“Thank you so much Albina!! It was very last minute and bullet had a good time. You were very communicative and the drop off and pick up was very quick. If I was in your area, she would be regular there.”

About: From hamsters and lizards, to cats and dogs, I have been a devoted pet parent (and aunt) my whole life. I absolutely adore my Shiba Inu and treat her like the princess she is. I would be honored by the opportunity to walk or hang out with your dog and provide anything they might need. I have experience with training as well as pet-sitting and checking in on dogs of friends and family. I am currently a freelancer and work from home. I can be available with short notice mornings, afternoons, and sometimes evenings. Just let me know and we can work something out (: I live in a home with a fully fenced yard. My dog loves to play out back and on the front lawn. There's plenty of room indoors as well.
About: What’s the most important thing all dog owners want to know before entrusting their dogs to a stranger? Well first of all I’m from Jersey. I’ll play with your dog, make sure they’re happy, take them on a walk, not lose them, and feed them only what you tell me to feed them. No human food, I promise. Unless of course that’s in your list of food to give them. Of course hydrate them as well. I know the do’s and don’ts of a dog’s diet since I have 2 of my own. I’ve also been fostering dogs on and off for the past 3 years. I am known to be reliable and responsible, so I can assure you that you can rest easy with leaving your dog(s) in my care. Or if you have a cat, I also get along super well with them since I also have 2 of my own! I work from home so I do have some flexibility or if you need eyes on your little one for long hours I will also be able to do that. I do have 2 cats so I have pet gates up to separate my cats from any dogs. The dogs get free roaming of the living room which tends to be enough for my two dogs plus any friends they’ve had over. Routine in my home is key. At your home, I’ll stick to your routine and respect your house rules. Whatever you require, it will be respected.
About: I have pets of my own. I see pets as part of family so the care I provide is same as for my fuzzy love bugs, lots of luv and snuggles and maybe some extra treats if permitted ;) I know what’s it like to be away from your fuzzy friends so I will provide regular updates if you wish so. Available on weekdays/ weekends- mostly flexible schedule. Can stay overnight if needed, available on holidays. Can stop by for short time to check on your pets, play with them and feed them. I am available to stop by, walk/feed and care for your dogs or cats. I am also available to stay overnight if you are traveling and need full time care for your pets.

My goal is to help every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I adore animals of all kinds and would be honored to care for your furry family member! I work from home with a flexible schedule, which makes it easy to care for your pets when you need me. I am always on time and communicate often. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your baby in your home. I can even send photos and keep you updated throughout the day. (I should mention that I am also a professional pet photographer!)

About: I've taken care of dogs for a long time. Extended family members have dropped off their pets with me when they are away on holiday. I enjoy playing with them. Typically I walk my dog, Mochi, once in the afternoon. Sometimes I play fetch with her around noon if she's up for it. I feed her on schedule daily. I have a large fenced yard and one friendly dog who will enjoy a playmate, as you may see in the first photo of Mochi with the pavers and grass. About: I've spent a lot of time around animals and truly enjoy caring for them! My brother has three very different dogs—a Bernedoodle, a Chihuahua mix, and a German Shepherd—so I’ve gotten hands-on experience with a wide range of sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Whether it’s a few hours or a few days, I’ve helped care for them with everything from walks and playtime to feedings and snuggles. I also have an orange cat at home, so I'm very comfortable with feline friends too! I'm patient, gentle, and know how to read pet behavior to make sure they're feeling safe and happy. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or a senior in need of slower care, I’ll treat them like my own. I don’t have a fixed work schedule, which gives me a lot of flexibility! My availability just depends on current bookings, so feel free to reach out—I’m often able to accommodate last-minute or custom requests. I’m happy to work around your pet’s needs and find a time that works best for both of us. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and preferences so they feel secure and cared for. I’m respectful of your home and make sure your pet has everything they need—from fresh water and meals to playtime and cuddles. I keep a close eye on behavior and energy levels to make sure pets stay safe and happy, and I’m always happy to provide updates so you feel at ease while you’re away. My own orange cat has taught me how important a calm, loving environment is, and I bring that same energy to every pet I care for.

About: I adopted my first own dog in 2012 and cared for him until he passed of old age in 2024. He was a half English half American bulldog. Now I have a French bulldog, an 8‑year‑old cat and a guinea pig. I understand dog and cat behavior and routines really well. Friends and family have trusted me for years to feed, walk, and give meds to their pets and I treat every pet like part of my family. I understand the true purpose of walks for dogs and always let them take their time sniffing and exploring so they feel mentally stimulated and relaxed. I’m a full-time stay-at-home mom, so I’m home most of the day and available any time, any day. I’m used to juggling different feeding, walking, and playtime schedules, and your pet will get lots of attention and company throughout the day. I follow your feeding, walking, and crate routines so they feel safe and consistent. I’m calm, patient, and experienced with seniors and more nervous pets, and I always keep a close eye on them to make sure they’re comfortable and secure.
“Alison was quick to respond and worked with me well to find a mutually acceptable time to pick up Willowe. Willowe got in some nice long walks. Alison also thought of ways to leave Willowe comfortable when she dropped her off at home”

About: I absolutely love dogs. I've grown up with dogs all my life, sometimes with 5 in the house at a time. Along with taking care of my own dogs, I began dog sitting and dog walking for family members and family friends when I was 15. I love making dogs happy, getting them out of the house on walks, playing tug of war with them, or just cuddling on the couch. I am a full time college student taking mainly online classes so I have a good amount of availability. I am available Monday-Friday mainly all day, for the weekends I have limited availability but I can always be flexible. I think being respectful of what your boundaries are is most important. Every owner and pup is different and I can adapt well to the different needs for each one. I believe that being gentle and patient is a necessity when it comes to pet care. When walking or caring for your pet I will hold the upmost care for them.
“This was our first time using Rover and Chloe made us feel super comfortable. The communication was great and it looked like Shorty had a great time. Would 10/10 have Chloe watch our pup again!”

I’ve owned both dogs and cats throughout my life and I love both dearly. I’m tall and strong enough to handle and walk large dogs and am always very gentle with smaller dogs and cats.
About: My name is Jessica and I live a very active life taking care my three beautiful kiddos. I work from home so availability is open! Previously, I have owned large dogs including two german shepards, two st. bernards, and a chow/labrador mix, but I love dogs of every size! When I was younger, I walked to my moms animal hospital after school. It was my job to clean the kennels and feed the animals. So I spent many afternoons caring for dogs who were boarding at the hospital. We don't have any dogs of our own just yet so hopefully we can love on yours in the meantime! ! I hope we can meet the needs of your fur baby soon! Thank you so much!

I make sure that the pets are fed, have water, and go potty, (which means cleaning up after them.) Of course play with and walk the dogs. I would come to your home at intervals of 1, 2 or 3 times a day or if you or if you need I can stay at your home to care for your pet.
About: I’ve been petsitting for 12+ years and fostering animals for 8+ years! I have taken care of many dogs under age 1 as well as senior dogs. I also have experience fostering kittens (as young as 2 weeks old) and cats! I am fluent in both Korean and English! Also, one of my family members is a veterinary assistant :) My home is condominium, and the floor is hardwood. I have a small patio area inside my house. I also have a small grass area for the residents — it’s located outside my house but inside the condominium complex. Pets are always welcome to sleep on bed or relax on our furniture! Usually, we take the pets out for potty breaks 4 times a day—first one in the morning, second one around noon, third one in the afternoon, and last one at night, right before bed. We also use the small patio area for potties if they need to potty more frequently. I take them on walks in the afternoon! For cats, I clean the litter box as soon as I see that they used it. I also have plenty of toys, treats, and cardboard scratchers! My parents and I will be available to take care of your pets full-time! My family (5) is also available to take care of the pets most of the time! If you do not want your pet/pets to interact with other pets, I can separate them upstairs and downstairs. At least one person will be available upstairs and downstairs so the pets are not left alone! Our condominium complex has two doors/gates (front and back) . I look forward to sitting your pets!

“Cindy and Hans were absolutely incredible with our dog, Cooper. From the moment we picked him up, it was clear he had completely fallen head over heels for Cindy… he followed her everywhere like her little shadow! It honestly warmed my heart to see how comfortable and happy he was with them. They treated Cooper like he was their own, and it showed in every way. When it was time to go home, I swear he looked a little sad to leave because he loved being with Cindy and Hans so much! As a dog parent, there is nothing better than knowing your pup is not just cared for, but truly loved while you’re away. We feel so lucky to have found Cindy and Hans. If you’re looking for people who will treat your dog like family, you couldn’t ask for better. Cooper can’t wait for his next visit! Sara & Ari”

“Cathy is very communicative. She’ll send pictures of your fur baby along the way. In addition, she’s very accommodating to even the “hardest cat” to watch (one that is un-neutered currently). Highly recommend!”

“Margaret was great with our high energy pup. She was very attentive and kept him entertained with long walks and play dates around the neighborhood, keeping us up-to-date throughout his stay. I will definitely book her again.”

“Cynthia was amazing! This was my first time boarding our pup Barbour for a week and he clearly had a great time. Barbour had lots of friends to play with and Cynthia sent lots of photos and updates so I always knew how he was doing. He seemed to have so much fun I felt bad taking him home at the end! Would highly recommend Cynthia and I’d gladly book with her again.”

“My cat Frankie had such a lovely time in her home. I had to be away for several days, and I appreciated her updates and care for my fur baby. Highly recommend”

“Lilly established an instant rapport with our dog! She provided us with regular updates! She is very easy to talk to and really made us feel comfortable leaving our dog with her for 12 days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

“Olga and her family provided tremendous service for my Husky, Max. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to board their furry friend. She has a beautiful home with a perfect backyard. Max was very happy and relaxed through the duration of his stay and Olga kept me updated with texts and pictures. She is the best dog sitter around town! Max already misses them!”

“Leah took great care of our senior dog. She returned very happy and content. Leah gave great updates with photos and videos which was really nice. Thank you to Leah and family!”

“This was Arnie's first time boarding with a sitter, and he had a wonderful time with Loretta. He made a new best friend with another dog, and had such a good time that he didn't seem to miss us that much (I think he enjoyed his vacation!) Loretta shared pictures and commentary with us so we always felt in touch with Arnie. I was most impressed with her flexibility - our travel plans changed unexpectedly, and we needed to have Arnie stay with Loretta an additional day. She was very accommodating, and everything went smoothly. Loretta is very responsive to messages and obviously loves dogs! I would highly recommend!”

“Conner is great! Went out of town for five days and was not worried about Larry once. He was communicative, took Larry on some awesome hikes, and sent photos everyday. The entire process was stress-free! I would recommend him to anyone looking for boarding services!”

“Angelique was amazing! My dog loved being with her, she was well taken care of and I felt so at ease knowing she was in good hands. Would highly recommend!”

“Therese took great care of my pups Barry and Bella. She sent frequent updates and it looked like the dogs were having a great time. Will definitely request to book her again next time!”
