Personalized care for your dog or cat - Gazelle

“Tina was awesome! She took my dog on hikes and sent photos. She was thoughtful and sensitive to his personality. She has a good understanding of dog psychology and even worked with him on some of his bad habits. I highly recommend her!”

“Natalie and her children were great hosts to my two Cairn terrier's. I would highly recommend her and use her services again. I really appreciated her frequency in texting and sending pictures of my dogs while I was gone”

“Michael kept our dog safe and well cared for while we were on vacation in Shasta. Our dog got plenty of love, attention and exercise. He was great communicating how the dog was doing. Would definitely use his services again”

About: My whole life I’ve been around animals and caring for them. I love all four legged fur friends and I treat them as my own always. I work seasonally at the local ski park so I am available always during spring and summer. Any weekdays, weekends, or holidays, just message and I’ll answer any questions you may have always. I have a fenced in property, I don’t have any pets at the current moment, but the neighbors have two dogs that are friendly and they are also fenced in.

“Patience was super amazing with our kitties and very responsive. They were taken care of so well and I appreciated all the pictures. She took wonderful care of our home and will definitely call on her again! Thank you!”

“Everything went perfectly with Tina taking care of my beloved elderly kitty. I immediately felt comfortable having Tina in my home. She is very personable and I love talking to her. She really knows cats and took care of my cat's prescription medicines perfectly. My cat's care is complicated and I was so happy that Tina didn't hesitate to text me when she needed clarification on anything. I trust her completely and I am so happy to have found her. Thank you Tina!!”

“This was my first time using Rover and Lacey was an incredible sitter! I used her for three drop in visits over Thanksgiving and it was such a seamless experience. She communicated updates actively and my kitty loved getting to play with her each morning while we were gone. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again!”

About: I've been checking on neighbors cats since I was a kid, and later began cat sitting for family friends and coworkers as an adult. Love getting snuggles and playing, and I'm usually pretty good at winning over the shy ones!

About: I’ve been a cat owner for my entire life and I love them and love being around them. They warm my heart, and are great companions.

“Tina was truly the best dog sitter we could have asked for. Our 1 1/2 year old yellow lab Bakabon was lucky to have her take care of him for the day during our vacation at Mt. Shasta. She kept us up to date during the day sharing pictures of Baka swimming in the lake and she also took him for a 5 mile run as well. Her 10 yr. old dog Mitus and Baka became good friends as well by the end of the day. Once again I can’t reiterate how great she was with our beloved Bakabon.”

“Natalie and her kids made Moby feel very happy and easily able to let me leave him from the first instant. He was well cared for for the 8.5 hours he was there. Moby usually shows anxiety when we first leave him (even though he’s always fine after we have left) so this immediate rapport and happiness came as a surprise and big relief. I would recommend her to anyone.”

About: Loving pets and caring for them since childhood fosters a profound sense of responsibility and empathy in individuals. The nurturing relationships formed with animals contribute to emotional development, teaching valuable life skills such as compassion, patience, and commitment. These early experiences often shape one's perspective on human-animal interactions throughout adulthood. Relocating to a new town presents unique challenges, particularly for individuals who work from home. The absence of familiar social networks can lead to feelings of isolation. However, pet ownership can serve as a significant source of companionship, enhancing emotional well-being and providing opportunities for social interaction within the community. Moreover, the presence of pets in a home office environment can increase productivity and reduce stress levels. Engaging with animals during work breaks fosters mental clarity and rejuvenation. Thus, embracing both remote work and pet companionship can facilitate a smoother transition into a new locale while promoting overall life satisfaction. The ownership of a large land area provides ample space for personal activities and the well-being of pets. Specifically, two dogs can either share a sleeping arrangement with their owner or utilize a crate for rest. This flexibility enhances both companionship and security in the human-animal relationship. Sleeping alongside dogs emotional bonds and can contribute to reduced anxiety levels for both parties. Conversely, using a crate offers dogs a designated safe space, promoting independence and comfort when needed. Thus, the choice between these arrangements reflects individual preferences while ensuring the welfare of the animals involved.

“Patience is kind, responsible, and exceptionally responsive. This was my 9 yo dog’s first time ever at a sitter. He was a bit nervous at first, but Patience put him at ease and he had a great time both days. An hour of chuck-it provided lots of exercise :) highly recommend this pet lover as your next pet sitter.”

About: I have worked with dogs at a dog shelter and have walked them, fed them, bathed them and much more. I always watch my families dogs when they are out of town and make sure they have everything they need. I am in college but it’s all online so my time is completely free. I am available almost every day!! I don’t have a job right now and this would be perfect for me. I do have one dog who is very friendly towards all animals. I have a fenced yard but my land is very big so they can roam around and have a blast with my dog and make friends. That is if you are considering having them stay at my home. If I’m caring for the animal in your home they will get lots of attention and the things they need.

“Tina was gracious enough to come pick up my puppy Sydney for a walk & initial meeting before their full day together (doggy day care) ! She is so thorough asking about your fur baby, explaining her plans and if there will be other dogs/cats around & what they are like. Sydney came back tuckered out from their walk-a sure sign of a happy pup who had a great walk! Thank you, Tina!”
