About: As a lifelong dog lover, I’ve been caring for dogs since childhood, growing up with Labrador Retrievers and learning firsthand the importance of patience, consistency, and affection. Over the years, I’ve helped whelp litters, fostered rescue dogs (including one who became a beloved member of our family), and cared for dogs of all ages and temperaments. My home is peaceful and dog-friendly, shared with my sweet mixed-breed dog, Prema, and features a large, securely fenced yard for safe play and exploration. I’m currently working from home, part-time, and teaching yoga at a nearby gym a couple of days a week, so your sweet pet would rarely be home on their own. My single-story home has a large, fenced yard where your dog can roam freely to play, take a sunbath, or chase butterflies. My 32 lb dog, Prema, will keep your dog company on daily walks and at home. The home has a doggie door, so your dog is free to roam in the house and outside. The doggie door is locked at night. Ideally, you would supply you dog’s favorite bed (although we have extras) a collar and leash, and preferred food with instructions on feeding timing, amount, etc. I want your pet to feel happy, safe, and have fun while here. 🦮

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life from large to small. From the time I was born we have always had a dog. All three were raised from the puppy stage so I have experience with all age dogs. I also grew up with a rabbit when I was younger and have been around cats all my life also. My dog is getting older so he's usually good for about 3 miles and can't really do strenuous hikes. He loves the beach so we also take a late morning beach walk. Aromas also has a lovely dog park now, so if your pup is social that's a fun place to go. For more athletic dogs, there are some incredible hiking trails in this area. Afternoon chores start normally around 5, when I walk the property and feed and check on my goats and emus. This is more play time for your fur baby, as we watch the sunset and settle in for the night. Where does your pet sleep? They are welcome on the furniture or my bed. I also have extra dog beds for those pets who like their space. I have a completely fenced yard with plenty of space to roam. With the exception of a couple of 2-3 hour windows 2 to 3 days per week, your pet is never alone. I do have stairs so if your pet needs help going up and down, I will block the stairs so there are no accidents.

My cat passed away last year and I am not yet ready for a permanent addition to my home. I am working full-time, however I have hybrid schedule. In the summer I work one day in the office and the rest from home. About: For walks: I'm very experienced at dog waking. I can handle big and small dogs. I can move at any pace on walks including running. I like to let the dog set the pace. I will typically ask owners what commands they use with their dogs so I can help keep them trained and have them heel on walks. I always avoid other dogs just in case. And on hot days I plan my walks in advance and leave water out for the dog on the route before I start the walk. For drop ins and sitting: I will comfort your dog while you are away as well as feeding them, walking them, and playing with them. I can also give medications orally, but I can't inject any medications. I'm currently a student and since all my classes are online, I will have plenty of time for your pets. I'm free every day, but Thursday and I'm not free Saturday after 6pm I will comfort your dog while you are away as well as feeding them, walking them, and playing with them. About: I have been taking care of pets for over six years. I have cared for fish, cats, and dogs. I have a big dog myself so large dogs do not scare me. I am great with animals and am more than willing to do house sitting, day time check ins, walking, bathing, etc.! I am about to graduate from school so I will be home all the time and will be able to stop by for house visits or to hang out with pets all day. Though for things like walking dogs would prefer to do that in the morning in order to beat the heat! I have a large fenced in yard with one dog to keep others company. My dog is crate trained and is non aggressive. In the house there is no chemicals or other harmful substances that pets could access. Additionally most cabinets and such are baby proofed so cats or other small pets would not be able to get in or trapped.
