Knowing their routine helps me get to know them better! 🥰 I have a fully enclosed yard with a 6 foot chain link fence all the way around and there are no places to escape from our yard. We have 4 sweet dogs that will keep your pup company during their stay. You are welcome to bring a blanket or bed for your pup (at your own risk) Please don’t bring an expensive one as there’s a risk of getting chewed, torn, or peed on etc by other dogs at daycare. We have beds so you don’t have to bring one unless you would like to. This is their little vacation and we do our best to make it a great one for them 🥰🐾

About: I have cared for large, medium, and small dogs for 15 years. I also have cat care experience. I studied animal science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, so I can also care for livestock and various species of animals more than cats and dogs as well. I have a BS degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Science, a master's in Agriculture and currently working on my doctoral degree. Currently, Fall 2026, for my day job I am a high school teacher who teaches classes in veterinarian sciences, livestock management, plant science and horticulture, floral design, and landscape design. I adopted a senior dog years ago and he was the best dog ever, up until his very last day in December, 2023. Our household has water snails, fish, three cats, a dog, and a pig! I have experience with rabbits and hamsters and other small pets, and I have experience with special needs animals. My longest boarding to date was 5 months for a senior cat with Cerebellar hypoplasia. My schedule recently changed, so I am available on most days for drop-ins and walks. I also offer boarding, house sitting, and daycare. We are a very animal friendly household. I have a fenced yard and a kiddie pool so your doggos can play and keep cool! My piggy will be there to keep your baby company and I have a 14 year old kid who loves to snuggle and play with all your pets! Cats will enjoy their own space so they can feel comfortable ☺️ !!!Important Notes!!!: I love watching and caring for your snuggle bug(s)! However, I have to sleep too. If you can't pick up your pet before 7pm, one additional day of boarding or doggy daycare will be added to your booking. An additional fee will be added for dogs over 40 pounds. Dogs under 1 year and/or "bully breeds" will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. By booking with me, you acknowledge that if your puppo damages property, you are responsible for any cost of repairs or replacement. When damage occurs, it is usually caused by pets that do not crate or have high anxiety when left alone for even short periods. My policy on dog breeds and sizes is in place because of two separate incidents. First, I lost a beloved pet to a boarded Rover doggo on Christmas morning, 2020. Having to put my little pig Minnie in the freezer after being attacked on Christmas morning was a horribly traumatic experience. In June 2023 I was attacked by a 110lb Rover dog at a meet and greet and had to go to the hospital. If the owner had not been present, I would have been killed. These are incidents that I will not risk repeating. Thank you so much for understanding!

“My dog loves Mike. Yesterday was the first time Tuna stayed over night at Mike's house. He is knowledgable about dogs and also master at communication with dog's owners. He has his steps to make sure my dog would be safe and comfortable under his care. The house is clean and safe. He was really gentle with her. Tuna was anxious since I left her there after a long drive. But Mike handled her so well. He allowed her to be on his lap, his bed, even his office desk. Full time attention!
