About: I have lived all my life in the South Bay. I went to school in Rolling Hills, I went to College in Long Beach. I have worked in the Aerospace industry since the 1980's. In 2012 rescued a Pitbull from a abusive life. So I immersed myself in learning the Dog Whispers' training methods. I have had a dog ever since my third birthday. I have worked with Dachshunds, Schnauzer Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull's, Poodles, Shih Tzu, and Beagles. I believe all dogs have been given to mankind to show us how to live life. We had a great trip because I knew that my fur baby was happy and that Monica was caring for him like her own. About: I'm a mom of precious rescued pups myself and I've cared for animals for more than half of my life including volunteering my time at shelters, fostering dogs/cats until they found wonderful homes, and working with them to help socialize them with other animals. I’ve been with Rover now for 8 years and have loved working with my clients and their furry loved ones! I love and appreciate when my pet parents write out simple instructions of what their pups feeding amounts and routines are as well as anything they think I should be aware of like food allergies or sensitivities. That way I can easily keep track and no treats are given that may upset tummy. Also where they normally like to sleep when they’re at home. Knowing their routine helps me get to know them better! 🥰 I have a fully enclosed yard with a 6 foot chain link fence all the way around and there are no places to escape from our yard. We have 4 sweet dogs that will keep your pup company during their stay. You are welcome to bring a blanket or bed for your pup (at your own risk) Please don’t bring an expensive one as there’s a risk of getting chewed, torn, or peed on etc by other dogs at daycare. We have beds so you don’t have to bring one unless you would like to. This is their little vacation and we do our best to make it a great one for them 🥰🐾

About: I have had larger dogs my entire life and have pet sat for family for about 4 years. I love animals and am willing to work with dogs who may need extra help! I am currently a full time student at SUU and a part time employee. I’m willing to work with your schedule as long as your willing to work with mine! I respect the clients home, boundaries, and rules with their pets. Everybody has their own beliefs about how to care for their pet and I believe as a sitter my biggest responsibility after the pets safety is to respect those beliefs.

About: I have lived all my life in the South Bay. I went to school in Rolling Hills, I went to College in Long Beach. I have worked in the Aerospace industry since the 1980's. In 2012 rescued a Pitbull from a abusive life. So I immersed myself in learning the Dog Whispers' training methods. I have had a dog ever since my third birthday. “Thanks so much to Monica for boarding Sancho in your home for two nights while my boyfriend and I explored Joshua Tree. This was our first Rover booking, and it was perfect. About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats, and have been a huge animal lover my whole life. I’ve always been a sitter for friends and family in need and figured I might as well expand my services. I have a big home and yard, with plenty of grass and room to run. Our home is very pet friendly, and they pretty much are free to roam as they please. My husband and I keep the home clean, but cozy. We have kids, cats, and dogs and everyone gets along. We keep the upstairs blocked off so the cats have their own space to play and relax. There are tile floors for a cool place to nap, dog beds, cat trees, and plenty of toys. I’m a nurse and CPR certified, so your fur baby is safe with me. I only ask that your pet is friendly, and if you have a dog that they are a minimal barker as we like to keep our neighbors happy. I can help with potty training, bathing, and medicines too…whatever your pet needs. All you need to provide is your pets favorite food. I’ll take care of the rest. I work part time as a nurse, usually during the nights and my husband is a stay at home dad. I have plenty of time and energy to devote to your fur baby. I have a large home and yard with plenty of grass. There are also several dog parks within our community for your fur baby to play.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for the last 40 years—my own & others. I’m great with energetic dogs. Have also taken care of cats & birds & donkeys. I’m an author working on my second book, so my time is flexible. I have two dogs of my own but they don’t mind if I hang out with other animals. I have two dogs of my own—one from New York, the other a desert dog—so I understand the unique challenges of taking care of all types of dogs in this environment.
