“Lori is the most compassionate and caring dog sitter I’ve ever met. My dog was injured while I was out of town, and she picked up and took care of my dog with such kindness and compassion. She communicated with me all throughout the day and night until I was able to make it back home. Ziggy & I are so grateful for her. I couldn’t recommend a sitter more!!! She’s amazing!!!”

“Sophie did a great job with our 1 year old dog. She was a great communicator with consistent updates and pictures throughout the stay which gave us confidence in her wonderful care of our pup!”

“Veronica and Bowie took great care of Kinley while I was away. Lots of photos and updates kept me up to date on how things were going and let me know she was getting cuddles. I really appreciate the clear communications and great care.”

“We can’t sing her praises enough! Emily was so sweet and welcoming to our Javier. He’s a new rescue for us and she is his first sitter. She sent so many updates showing him making himself right at home. When we picked him up she ran one of his toys out to us and he ran to her. THAT’S how at home he was there. She’s fantastic!”

“We were worried that our Mimi would be very anxious away from us - but she fit right in to Deborah’s home and we were able to enjoy our time away knowing she was truly cared for. Deborah was great at communication too and seeing Mimi’s smiles in the pictures was wonderful. Definitely will ask Deborah again if the need arises. Thank you!”
“Alex and Bri were great! Our dog Casper looked super happy and content in their cozy home. Sent tons of pics and provided timely updates. Would consider using them again as a boarding option.”

“Derek and Stella were communicative and super easy to coordinate with. They took great care of my pup and I’d happily book with them again in the future!”

About: Growing up, I have always been around animals. I currently have a dog and two cats of my own that I love unconditionally. I have house sat for families with a variety of pets. From taking care of cats, dogs, geckos, and chinchillas, I have found myself to be very responsible person and loving towards all animals, giving them all the attention they need. Being a very active person, I will always give your pet plenty of exercise.

“Tammy was great, she has a nice pet friendly home, with a dog appropriate backyard. Fenced, grass, shade, room to walk around and sniff. We interviewed three the day we met Tammy. I was sure from the first ten minutes she would be our choice. Her own dog was sweet and calm and adorable. She had a nice personality, answered all our questions and we just felt comfortable in her home. We will be using her again. You can't go wrong with leaving you dog with Tammy. Thanks for taking care of our child. I mean dog, Tessa.”

“Once again, Cody enjoyed his stay. Thanks for taking such good care of him! Wenxin and Cham sent regular updates and made sure our dog felt at home. Appreciate that they take him to the dog park and give him lots of treats and cuddles.”

“Pascal absolutely loved his stay and came home worn out from playing and snuggling! We got lots of updates and felt good knowing Pascal was in absolutely fantastic hands! 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“Bianca is fantastic! We have a senior dog and Bianca goes above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. After our dog’s first stay with her, we immediately booked our next one with her because of how great she is. Our dog is clearly so much happier staying with Bianca than when we used to take her to the kennel. Highly recommend!”

“This was our third time having Pepper stay with Shelley and he had a great time as usual! She provided updates and took great care of our little guy. Pepper was happy and relaxed upon his return.”

“Drake had such a wonderful time with Tula. I loved the updates throughout his stay, which gave me comfort knowing he settled in ok and was having a good time. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing their dog watched, especially since Drake can be reactive to strangers and other dogs. She was very understanding and handled him with a ton of care.”

“Fabiano was great, we boarded our dog with him and his dog for a week after doing a meet and great where we noted our dog got along with both of them. Fabiano was always on time to meet us for pick up and drop off, committed quickly, and kept us updated frequently with how our dog was doing, along with several pictures throughout.”

“Last time we went away, we used a non-professional catsitter who , due to a family emergency, was only able to visit once in 4 days. This time, we loved getting photos of our cat weaving her way between Em's legs, nuzzling her face, etc. during twice-a-day visits. We were so glad to know that our kitty was fed and watered and that she had used her litterbox and it was not filthy (the rest of the house was quite dirty and messy, and we are very sorry about that and grateful that our catsitter fulfilled her obligation despite that). Thank you so much, Emily!”

“Melina was great! Very flexible with my last minute drop in request. My dogs loved her and she took great care of them. Went above and beyond in a rain storm to make sure their paws were dry and the floors were not muddy. Checked in regularly and made me feel at ease knowing my dogs were taken care of.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats for neighbors, friends, and family for several years, and I also have a cat of my own who I love dearly. Because of that, I understand how important it is for cats to feel safe and comfortable in their own space. I’m experienced with feeding, cleaning litter boxes, playtime, and being patient with shy or independent cats while their owners are away.

“My crew absolutely loved Sharon and her positive energy. The photos she sent were pronominal, the communication was great. We will be hiring her again. Alsó appreciated her attention to detail when learning all the different routines and behavior patterns with my little ones. Thank you.”

“This was Kat's first time sitting for our kitten Peanut, and she exceeded our expectations across the board. Communication was excellent — she shared regular updates and sent us genuinely fun photos that we loved getting throughout the trip. When we hit an unexpected schedule change, Kat was completely accommodating and made it a non-issue. The house was just as clean as we left it. She followed everything we asked, from the litter box routine to stripping the bed before we got back. Most importantly, Peanut was visibly happy and well-adjusted when we returned — you can always tell when a sitter has actually engaged with your pet, and she clearly had. Peanut was so comfortable with Kat that we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We will absolutely have her sit for Peanut again. Highly recommend.”

I don’t allow her around any dogs and she is always kept away in a separate room until the dog has left. I feel like cats are so special because they bring you so much unconditional love and affection and are so pretty and adorable. What’s their not to like? They really are angels on earth.
“Amber did an amazing job caring for my cat Moo. Although he’s very easy he requires medical food and diabetic injections, not easy! But Amber did a great job and Moo was totally relaxed when I returned home. Will definitely be contracting her for future visits.”

“Elena was responsible, caring and kept us updated through her stay with our cat Jedi. In addition, when we came home, our house was immaculate condition, better than when we left it. I’d highly recommend Elena and we will be re booking her for future cat sitting jobs.”

“Pat was an incredible help for my family! Pat helped with drop in visits to take care of my cat while my husband and I were in the hospital to give birth to our baby! Pat was flexible and understanding of the schedule changes, and most importantly she gave us a peace of mind — her updates and pictures of my cat Risa showed clearly that even though we had to leave her for almost a week, she was doing great and I didn’t need to stress! All of that in an extremely bad heatwave — Pat made sure to turn on fans and bring Risa to a room with AC on. Pat also made sure to text both my husband and me on Rover, so we both could get the updates. She checked in on us too, which we appreciated! In the few days that Pat helped us we felt like we had a trustworthy and caring friend and that something that is so rare to find! Thank you, Pat!”
About: Hello; I'm a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years experience caring for and living with all dogs big and small. I'm flexible, reliable, and love walking, hiking, and staying with pets. I currently work part-time for a San Rafael based non-profit (I'm a counsellor for people on the spectrum, and am on-site 6 hours/day M-F), but have all other hours open to devoting to your pets. I'm able to stay with and care for animals (both short and extended term), and am also available for drop-ins, walks, and hikes. I've cared for many pets and homes (both long and short term) for over a decade. I love taking dogs out to the trail, the beach, and the park, and also have experience with various walking, medication, and care routines.

About: Hello, I am experienced in pet care. I am in school studying animal science as I am working on becoming a veterinarian. I have much experience in pet care! I work at a pet resort! Dealing with hundreds of dogs, cats, and clients. The pet resort is attached with a vet clinic as well, as I am often there interacting with vets and vet techs, learning day by day new ways to make clients and their pets most safe and welcomed. I have been working with animals all my life, but professionally for a couple of years. I started off with bees! Becoming a beekeeper was the biggest reassurance, I want to help all lives, no matter how small or big. I then worked with the pet resort, this taught me so much, including body language, medical aspect of pets, feeding habits and the importance and gut health, how to navigate stressful and difficult situations, communication between clients, and so much more. I deal with puppies, kittens , mature, and elderly pets.

“Veronica was an amazing cat sitter for my boys! Her communication was excellent from start to finish—she kept us updated regularly and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear she truly paid attention to our cat’s specific needs and preferences, which meant so much to us. She even went the extra mile to pick up some packages and deal with unexpectedly running out of their food. On top of that, she was kind and gentle with our cats and gave great daily updates. We would absolutely trust her to care for them again and highly recommend her services!”

About: Consistency is key to dealing with animals. I never take a passive/beta stance. Leash training is a part of the service I provide. I do not have issues with socializing aggressive and/or rescue pets. I am very available to consult pet owners on a proper diet and exercise. Weight management is important for longevity of life. My primary concern is the well-being of your pets. I am currently walking 11am-4pm, M-F. I have room for small socialized dogs in my midday group. Open for sitting/overnights, and looking. Have excellent sitting reviews. I will feed and walk your dogs, as that is essential. I have experience in medication admin and basic first aid. “Nadya was so kind and took great care of our puppy, sending photos and videos throughout his stay. We’ll definitely be reaching out again next time we’re in town and need someone to take care of Appa for the day! Thank you, Nadya!”

“Lori and Frank were incredibly warm to me and my dog! They welcomed him with open arms and gave him so much love - I was able to happily be without him knowing he was in great hands with Lori and Frank. They loved his idiosyncrasies and did everything they could to make my dog comfy - he can’t wait to go back and I will definitely use Lori and Frank regularly!”

“Poppy ran happily to Sophie when I dropped her off after only meeting her once during the meet and greet. That says a lot since Poppy is an anxious little girl. She looked very happy when I picked her up as well. Sophie sent updates and photos and was very sweet and easy to work with. I highly recommend her!”

“Amber was great! She took the trouble to come over for a "meet and greet" with Leo and Bailey the day before her job, which not only established a relationship in advance but gave us a chance to discuss the drill with them in unrushed fashion, ahead of time. Amber has a great chill way with dogs and is a reliable and cheerful person to work with. Would definitely use again.”

“Reliable and very willing to offer suggestions to otherwise impossible situations. I feel very lucky to have found such a positive and capable sitter. When my beloved dog is in Jesse's care I have nothing to worry about.”

About: I was raised in a home full of dogs and cats. We took in any and all strays. Even had a pet duck that lived to be 12 years old. I have bottle fed puppies that the mom dog was too spoiled to care for and my English Bulldog taught me so much about how to deal with a dog with medical challenges. I'm patient and kind. I'm currently working as an assistant TK teacher and I only work part-time so I have plenty of time to watch over your fur babies. My apt is safe and I can take them on neighborhood walks or hikes. I'm fully capable of taking care of dogs or cats in my home or yours.
About: I’ve been a pet owner for most of my life, and always loved animals. I just lost my dog Jessie, and love to spend more time with other dogs. I’m home a lot and love to take care of other dogs. Weekends I’m home, and have time to take dogs to the park for play or a long hike. I’m home also after 4:30 pm most days. I’m a school teacher and have summers off. I’ll be home full time from June 14 through August 12. I live in Marin in a condo which has a balcony, close to great trails, and in a wonderful and quiet Neighborhood. Love to spend time in nature.

I treat every dog as if they were part of my own family. I also like to send photos and updates so you can see how your dog is doing and feel peaceful knowing they are being well cared for. “We ABSOLUTELY recommend Emily!! She was communicative, dependable, and gave our Luna such great care! She was consistent, kind, and helped our 1yr old dog, who can be a handful, gain confidence and build on her manners while walking on leash. I felt at ease knowing that my dog was getting great care while I was away! Thank you!”
“Janaki did a great job for us . She arrived on time and was able to make friends with our dog that has a bad tendency to over react when greeting newcomers, but Janaki was able to handle this well. We liked her photos on the walk especially charmed with phot of her holding two bags of poop.”

About: Does your furbaby need extra love and special attention while you are away? I am happy to help care for your furbabies with lots of love, adventures, and yes even training. I can ease both you and your furbaby’s anxiety by staying with them in their home and checking in with you regularly with photos and videos. Boarding your furbaby elsewhere is very stressful for them, especially considering the limited amount of care and physical activity. I will give them all the love and attention that they need and take them on adventures around the neighborhood (with your permission); it really helps to refocus and calm them down. Let's make sure your furbabies are as happy and comfortable as possible while you're away. I also provide basic training and understand common behavioral issues such as reactivity and separation anxiety. I love working with puppies, helping to socialize them and teach recall is critical at a young age. Be sure to tell me all about your pet's quirks and needs so that I can help. I have over 10 years of professional pet-care experience, plus I have cared for many types of animals. I took some time off from petsitting when I took on the full-time responsibility of caring for an elder dog. Our family’s Siberian Husky, Skye, was truly the best companion and adventure buddy. She lived a happy, active life for 16 years! She is dearly missed and will furever be with me in spirit. Now I am getting back into professional pet-care and I look forward to making many new friends, caring for your furbabies as tho they were my own. I work mostly remotely from home so I have the ability to stay with your furbaby in their home and give them the attention they need. When I am housesitting, I am also taking care of your home. I'll bring in the mail and water the plants. I always clean-up after myself and your pets before I leave so that you can come back home to a clean and comfy space. Just let me know whatever lil things you need help with while you're away. Happy to help!

About: Hello, I’m currently studying to become a veterinarian. Since I was a kid, I’ve always been surrounded by cats, dogs, and even birds. I do not shy away from any animal and feel a connection between them and nature. I understand the patience, time, and love a pet requires. I treat all pets with the same care and love as my own. I love going on walks, especially in a forested area. I love going on hikes, I believe reconnecting with nature is important for not only myself, but pets as well. I’ve always cared for animals, as of now I have pet birds. Basically my entire life I’ve cared for animals. Once I started to care for them professionally, my world opened up to so many new learning possibilities. Working with elderly pets and puppies, mature pets… it’s just such a learning process and it’s beautiful to be able to connect to them in such a meaningful way. I have worked in a pet resort, and as a beekeeper. This has solidified my confidence and trust within myself to care for your pet personally. I deal with hundreds of dogs, cats, and clients everyday working at the pet resort. I’m working part-time at the moment, I do have a flexible schedule. The only days where I am definitely not available are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. As always, I will be open to flexibility when available. I care for all pets with care and love. I understand no pet is equal, they all have their own personalities which means you need to find what works for each. This takes patience, but it is completely worth it. I make sure your pets are safe in their surrounding. This means against dangerous items they may be tempted to go near, etc. Your pets’ safety is my priority.

I am currently enrolled in school on weekends and trade school in evening. I and available during weekday mornings and afternoons to provide reliable dog sitting services. My cats are indoor-only, and my dog enjoys a large backyard for play. Due to my cats' territorial nature, it might be challenging to accommodate other animals in my home.

“Veronica and Bowie took great care of Kinley while I was away. Lots of photos and updates kept me up to date on how things were going and let me know she was getting cuddles. I really appreciate the clear communications and great care.”

Thank you!”

“Ellen did a great job watching our standard poodle! She was great with communication around pick up and drop off as well as regular updates. Our poodle seemed content and well cared for when we picked him up.”

“Lillie was wonderful, and I would highly recommend her! It was our first time leaving Bear with her- she sent lots of photos and videos which gave us peace of mind. Bear has issues with anxiety but came home a very happy boy! Thank you Lillie!”

“Molly and Stephen are the best! They sent me plenty of pictures. I was able to travel stress free knowing Duke was being cared for well. They were also super accommodating when my flight was delayed a few hours. Would highly recommend!”
“Ellen was an amazing caretaker for our dog. She made sure he was comfortable with her 2 dogs before we committed to a few nights of him staying at her home. She sent daily updates and pictures, which I always appreciate. She and her partner were the best company for our dog! Will call them again.”

“Sonia did an amazing job taking care of Mona for 2 weeks! Mona was so happy staying at her place! Sonia sends photos and update very frequently and responds quickly. She also did some training with her on leash walking and it’s very helpful.”

“Our dog had an amazing time with Diana! We got frequent updates on their fun adventures from the dog parks to running around her house and helping with homework (lol), and much more! Honestly our dog has been so well behaved after spending ~6 days with Diana. Highly recommend to everyone!”

“Sam was incredible! It was our first time leaving our puppy, and Sam took such great care of him! She sent us pictures and updates at least daily! Will certainly use her services again!”

“Julie and Adam were AMAZING! They took such incredible care of Axel and we could tell he felt right at home with them. They have a lovely garden that he was able to enjoy - and they even gifted us some delicious greens that they’d grown! What gems they are! Axe is looking forward to seeing them again soon.”

“Wonderful! Lily took great care of our corgi and took her to the beach every day and kept us in the loop with lots of photos and videos! Really grateful to have found Lily as a sitter and will be coming back”

“Nadya was great! Her place is a relaxing retreat for the dogs, lots of sunny spots to lounge in the yard. She sent great pics while we were gone. She was kind, friendly and responds quick to texts. Would definitely recommend her.”
