Our pups were excited and relaxed at our meet and greet and returned for their first stay tugging at their leashes to go back . They got daily walks, a nice shaded grassy yard to romp around, and Kazue provided frequent pictures and updates. At the end of their stay our boys were excited to see us, but also stopped to give goodbye kisses to Kazue🥰 as We know they will miss her and be happy to return .”

About: I've had cats since I was 5. My grandparents also has a farm so I have lots of experience with farm cats and feral cats. I've also worked for 10+ years with a local rescue, raising kittens only days or weeks old until they are old enough to be fixed and adopted - feeding them milk on a regular schedule and then weaning them onto wet food, then dry food, also teaching them how to be a cat by interacting with my cats. During the course of my volunteering I have also been taught various first aid treatments as well as how to administer medications and injections.

About: Hello, I am lexington a recent college graduate and I am trying to save money to go to vet school as well as get experience with different dogs or animals. I have experience with giving dogs shots and where to place the different kinds of shots on the dog or cat. I have worked with many different breeds at the butte humane society. I started out going twice a week to 3 times weeks for 6 hours weekly just to walk dogs and hang out with cats. I got up to 108 hours for a unit course which was cool. I have also helped with wags and whiskers events such as moving the dogs to the pen area so they could get adopted. I have also grown up with animals my whole life, since my first animal was when I was two and he was a black cat named mine. Full availability till the 27th of may and then I am available after 5:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Open availability on the weekends though. I would love to hang out with your animals since it makes me a happier person. I can feed them, clean litter boxes, play with the animal, I can also lay with the animal while watching tv with them. I can do heavy lifting if needed.

I'm extremely protective of my pups and was worried about leaving them, but once I met Lynn and saw how she was with my little guys and with her own "babies", and how secure her yard was, I felt completely at ease and comfortable leaving them in her care. I didn't bring their food with me because we weren't leaving them overnight and they won't eat when we're not there. She made them chicken! which of course they ate right up. This woman LOVES dogs. I feed the pets twice a day.I walk the dogs every 2 to 3 hours. I bathe them once a week depending on how dirty they get. I make sure that they are fed two times once in the morning once at night and make sure they are taken out to go potty every 2 to 3 hours!

About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Sadly, I lost all my clients and contacts save one in the Camp Fire as my client base was in Paradise and Magalia. Since then, I have taken care of my own little furbabies and ever so often cared for the Chihuahua/Pug/Terrier mix of the one remaining client from Paradise. For my clients in Paradise and Magalia, I did both drop-ins and overnight stays. (My favorite memory was staying with two little lovely Dachsies for three weeks!) Before moving, I taught my dog a few tricks like sitting, giving me her paw, lying down, not pulling on the leash, and staying in one place. I loved her very much and cared for her as if she were my child, so it won’t be hard for me to care for and love your dog as my own. I have always grown up around dogs, no matter their size or breed. Although I’m not a mom, I tend to have a strong maternal instinct when I’m around them. I currently am going to college and am not working any other job so I am pretty flexible on scheduling at the moment. If a visiting dog is not comfortable around other dogs, my home has separate rooms and spaces where pets can be safely kept apart whenever necessary. Their comfort and safety always come first. Because I care for one family at a time, I can give each pet personalized attention and follow their usual feeding, walking, medication, playtime, and bedtime routines as closely as possible. For care in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the home itself. During drop-ins or house sitting, I provide fresh food and water, potty breaks, litter box or yard cleanup, medication when needed, playtime, affection, and any other care instructions provided. For walks, I focus on safety, exercise, and letting each dog move at a pace that suits their age, energy level, and comfort.
