About: My appreciation for cats became very apparent when I was in the first grade and received my very first cat in encyclopedia. It was a tragic loss when my playmate a cat that we had, passed unexpectedly. I have always been team cat, and hope to share my love for cats with you. I have pet sat for many families that have had either only cats or both cats and dogs. With as many cats as we have, it is important to keep the surrounding areas near their cat litter boxes clean, but especially the cat litter’s themselves. I will make sure that my clients cats litter boxes replicate that of their owners. I understand it is very easy for cats to look elsewhere to use the bathroom if they feel their little boxes seem altered. I take pride and making sure that my cats and all cats that are in my care receive the same attention that their owners possess. I am a huge advocate for leaving cats in what I like to call, “in their own element” which is at their own home. Traveling with cats can be very stressful and can often this disorient their routine. I am not opposed to boarding cats in my home, but I would really like to push for leaving cats at their own home and me continuing their routine as best as I can. I love that cats have all different personalities and are all unique in their own way even if presented with a litter of cats. They are all different . I am no longer a groomer but that job has taught me so much, not only did it teach me how to maintain a safe and clean environment for our dogs/cats it also has taught me how to show companionship, and love towards an animals to help bring their anxiety down, which I think is really important when taking care of an animal you need to have patience and not rushing an animal. I would love to get the chance to get to take care some fur babies and show some love 🐱🐶I’m I am a stay at home mom and I do have a lot of time on my hands and I thought that pet sitting would be a great opportunity for me to work with animals again and just enjoying the company of having a pet around if it’s for a day to a week my family would enjoy every second of welcoming your dog/cat in our home I will always keep the area clean, where the animal is. Most of all, I pride myself on treating every animal I meet with gentleness and consideration - my top priority is making your pet feel safe and happy while I'm looking after them. I am not currently employed, so my schedule is wide open to look after your furry family members! As I have 3 cats of my own, I am used to adjusting my daily routine to the needs of the specific pets in my care. I have house-sat and pet-sat overnight and through drop-ins for many friends and family members for the past 10 years. When possible, I prefer to meet with a client once before they leave so they can introduce me to their pet and show me where/how they are fed. I always keep my phone handy to take notes on special care instructions like when your pets usually eat, how to enter the home (if applicable), when they prefer to take their walks (if applicable), etc. If a meeting is not possible, I ask that a list of detailed instructions be provided to help me best serve your pets' needs. About: At the shelter, I’ve walked dogs of many different ages and sizes and am comfortable handling them, ensuring they stay safe, happy, and well cared for. I currently work a part time job in the afternoons and evenings, but I’m available to walk dogs any time in the mornings. This allows me to provide consistent, focused care and exercise for dogs at the start of the day, helping them stay happy and healthy. I’m flexible and willing to coordinate with pet owners to fit their pets’ individual routines. I make sure pets are always in a safe, secure environment, whether in my home or theirs.
