About: I can’t imagine living a life without being a dog mom. I’ve had dogs since my childhood and practically my entire adult life. I’ve had heartbreak from losing them because they were so loved. I’m retired and home mostly except for when I travel. I’m available to walk dogs and to play with them in fenced yard. I have a soft spot for all animals. My dog Holly is mostly an inside dog but always has access to fenced backyard through doggie door. The same would apply for any dogs I care for.

My best friend who was a Vet Technician at the time called me frantic about a kitten whose family chose to put her down rather than take care of the leg their son broke. About: I have taken care of many animals since I was around 12 years old. For years, people within my community have come to me to take care of, or spend time with their sweet (and sometimes not so sweet) pets while they were away, and because I am so used to caring for children, I have a special place in my heart for pets of all kinds. The writer’s strike likely will go on for months, so I am fully available now for full-time pet care and will still be available part time once the film industry is back up and running! I have always felt comfortable having pets on my furniture as well as in my bed, as I grew up with three “lap dogs” who crave constant attention and cuddles. I understand that not all pets prefer to be touched or held, but I like to give pet owners that option. :) I am a pretty active young adult, so I love dogs that like to go on hikes or walks around our nice, friendly neighborhood. About: I am currently a dog bather, used to be a dog trainer and have experience with multiple dog breeds and temperaments, I know how to approach timid dogs as well as puppies or older dogs. I am currently a dog trainer so I know how to care for dogs and their individual needs. My current dog has a lot of different medical needs as well. Depending on what the animal needs are, I make a specific care plan for them and follow it exactly. If it works, why change it? We always want what’s best for pets.

About: I can’t imagine living a life without being a dog mom. I’ve had dogs since my childhood and practically my entire adult life. I’ve had heartbreak from losing them because they were so loved. I’m retired and home mostly except for when I travel. I’m available to walk dogs and to play with them in fenced yard. I have a soft spot for all animals. My dog Holly is mostly an inside dog but always has access to fenced backyard through doggie door. The same would apply for any dogs I care for.
