“They've done it again! My little Miss Lemon was so happy when I picked her up, she went right by me. This was her second stay. I wish I could put into words, the difference in her. She's a timid rescue girl. It's just me and her at home. The interacting with other dogs and people has changed her so much. She's my baby and I've never left her. When she's there Lauren sends pictures and updates which is so comforting. I can see the happiness. She thrives there! I'm going to do my best to give her "sleep-overs" for a couple days a month. About: I’m the lady who crosses the street to ask if I can pet your dog. I love all dogs, but big dogs have my heart. I confess, I’m also the lady that will remember your dog’s name, age and origins, but perhaps not always your name. Although I have the confidence and experience to befriend your big dogs, that shouldn’t suggest that I don’t love our smaller friends, as well. Big and small, I love them all❣️ I’ve been responsible for animals most of my life. Chiefly, I’ve had the privilege to care and own big dogs. Growing up, we had a Sheppard-Mastiff mix, and that’s when my love for big dogs began. In our house, we had a macaw, cockatoo, kākāriki, ring-necked parakeet, and a cockatiel, tropical/ saltwater fish, dogs, and cats. I continue to be a proud breed ambassador and have owned 4 Rottweilers over the years. I’ve been gainfully employed as a civil servant for 25 years. After my last Rottweiler passed away, I wanted to care for a dog again, but haven’t adopted quite yet. I enjoy hiking, outdoor activities, walking and traveling, and of course dogs! I’ve had the privilege to care for our misunderstood and sometimes reactive dog friends, as well. All dogs deserve love. I helped welp Belgian Malinois puppies and ensure they found loving, deserving homes. I joke that, “If the choice was between world peace or puppies, I would choose puppies.” I can’t wait to meet your doggie! Since I’m a civil servant, my schedule is consistent. About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. About: I’ve had dogs most of my life but we’re I’m living now does not allow them so I need the connection with dogs. I just recently retired and this is a perfect opportunity for me to connect with them. I am a retired carpenter who loves animals. I would like to help others, WALK their dogs or take care of their cats at their home. I am available Monday through Friday wifh scattered hours between 7:30 AM until 6 PM At this point in time, I only have a cat. So I clean the litter out feed the cat give him lots of loving, but need more association with other animals. Unfortunately, our dog passed away, and we have chosen to get another one. I have taken care of other friends animals, and walk their animals.

About: I grew up with dogs, currently I have an in door out door cat and have had bunnies as an adult as as well. I really enjoy playing with animals and always have since I was a child. My schedule is very flexible and I would be able to accommodate most requests with specific times that could be required to care for your pet I have a fenced in back patio that would suit a small dog. I live near parks that would be fun to walk to and play at for them.
About: I’ve had cats, dogs, hamsters, birds and rabbits my entire life. I’ve had special needs cats that require specialized care including giving fluids to a kitty with kidney disease. I’m educated in what to look for indicating signs of illness and am comfortable and experienced giving medications. I am self-employed so my schedule revolves around whatever pet sitting, dog walking or other services I have scheduled. I am not available to provide constant care at your house. I would be in and out all day because of dog walking and drop in visits. If you need a sitter to be at your house 15+ hrs a day please look for a sitter that can accommodate your needs. I have dogs and cats of my own, so I generally only pet sit for rodents and cats that I can keep in a separate part of my home. Dogs would have to have a pre-care meeting with my animals to make sure that they get along.

“They've done it again! My little Miss Lemon was so happy when I picked her up, she went right by me. This was her second stay. I wish I could put into words, the difference in her. She's a timid rescue girl. It's just me and her at home. The interacting with other dogs and people has changed her so much. She's my baby and I've never left her. When she's there Lauren sends pictures and updates which is so comforting. I can see the happiness. She thrives there! I'm going to do my best to give her "sleep-overs" for a couple days a month. About: I’ve loved animals since I was young and have been around dogs my whole life. I’ve had my own dog, Simba, since March 2021, and he’s very much part of my family. I genuinely enjoy having dogs around and getting to know their different personalities. I’m home full-time, so I’m able to give pets a lot of attention and company throughout the day. I enjoy going on walks, playing, hanging out, and just having a dog around while I go about my day. I’m also someone who pays attention to the little details and will make sure your pet’s normal routine is followed. I know leaving your dog with someone else requires trust.
