Along with the pics and videos, Naiomie would tell specifics about Colby... for example, he would cry a little at bedtime when he couldn't physically see her and she would let me know the different things she was doing to try to help him settle. Even as far as making it so that he could see into her room to know he wasn't alone. I would HIGHLY recommend using Naiomie. I know when we have a need again, she will be the first person we call. She was very timely about sending me photos and videos of Fizzy along with updates so I would know how she was doing. Speaking of which, Fizzy was clearly very comfortable with Ana, which isn't surprising because Ana's love of animals came through in all her communications. About: We've had dogs for 14 years, 3 in total. More recently we got a puppy in 2025 and trained her ourselves: she now potties outside, plays fetch, is crate trained, and is an excellent car passenger and errand buddy. I work from home full-time and my husband works from home 4 days a week, and we both have generally flexible schedules. Our son is in school during the daytime. We only petsit when at least one of us is home, and we'll update our schedule to reflect that. We have a large, fenced-in background with grass and plenty of space to play. We have many mature trees which provide shade during the summer months. Pups will be outside frequently, and inside for naps and and breaks.

Out of the 3 pups I have had in the last 16 years , 2 of them are special needs and doing fabulously because of the attention and care they receive.
