About: I can walk the dogs in my neighborhood, i can feed them, bathe them if needed, and give medicine if needed. I love animals i have experience with dogs/cats because i have owned multiple throughout the years and i have volunteered at the Humane society of Ventura county which required me to walk, play, and comfort the dogs. About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life from little mutts to pit bulls so I understand the differences in behavior and needs but I just love giving them love. And just like humans some have been through things and just need a little extra care but I am a very patient person and dogs need us like we need them. I’ve babysat a couple dogs previously at their homes and a small dog at my own. I currently just stopped working so I can go back to school (it hasn’t started yet) so I wanted a job that is more flexible. So I’ll be available a lot! I do own a German Shepard who is an old man and isn’t fond of friends anymore but I have already dealt with a dog that didn’t want to be around him so he just goes inside to his room with his cage and my backyard and house is free for your dog to roam. I do give my dog extra love after too for being so good. If I do go to someone else’s house I of course just respect their rules and treat it likes it’s my own.

I am retired and my wife still works, empty nester, flexible schedule We have enclosed patio and parks near by I’d like to go to. About: I've been a pet-owner since I became an adult, also growing up with pets as a child. My first pet as an adult was my cat, Carpet, who I acquired in the aftermath of the 1994 earthquake. Carpet lived with me for 20 years. During that time my cat, Rocky (aka Rocky Raccoon), joined us as a kitten. And when my neighbors’ dog Roxy needed a home due to her adoptive dad's ill health, I took her in. I adopted Roxy, my Staffordshire Terrier, when she was about 5 years old. I took great initiative to make sure she and the cats got along. Carpet, being older, liked her own space, but after she passed, Roxy and Rocky became forever friends (much like Warner Brothers' Tom & Jerry)! Both Rocky and I were devastated when we lost Roxy in the summer of 2018 at 14 years old. Roxy had struggled with many health issues and had been losing the use of her hind legs for a couple of years prior to that dreaded day. Taking care of Roxy taught me patience and a strong will to match her own. I learned how to care for an invalid and still make her smile. I know the expectations of senior dog care. I know it's hard to leave your senior dog, or any dog, in the care of a new person, but I can assure you that your dog will receive love and attention tailored to his or her needs. For active dogs, we can take a stroll to the jetty or a walk along the beach...all steps from my home.... or play ball in the park or a nearby field...or my back yard which has a nice run! On July 7, 2025, my dear cat Rocky passed away at the age of 20 from Chronic Kidney Disease. I took very meticulous care of her after her diagnosis to help her live her best life while managing the disease. When she was gone, it was the first time in my adult life that I lived in a home without a pet. I have not been ready to get another pet of my own, but I so miss having them around. That’s why I have opened up my home and offered my services to other pet owners. I know how hard it is to find the right fit and a person you can trust. I hope to be the kind of sitter I would have wanted for my own pets. I would love to have the company of your companion while you are away and provide them with a nice vacation home. *Please note: i am happy to travel further for House Sitting bookings or have your pet come to me. I have a doggy door in the house and dog beds for your dogs use, although, I may allow them up on the couch or in the bed with me if that's what they are allowed to do at home. I have tennis balls and chuck-its for playing, as well as some toys, but best of all, the beach is only one short block away! We can take a nice long walk on the sidewalks or on the beach. My home has faux wood flooring (more of a tile laminate) and an area carpet. I have a nice cement back yard about 12 by 80 feet long where your dog and I can play and/or sun bathe. Your pet would be by my side and taken for outings if they are up to it. If they are not up for outings, they will have access to a doggy door 24/7. For cat parents, I also have cat beds and kitty toys as well as a place to set your baby's own litter box so they can have the smells of their own home! (Due to owner's allergies, some litter products may need to be swapped. Most clumping litters are okay.)

About: I’m good with dogs. I’m also very patient and interactive with them. No longer have my own but I’ll treat your doggie like my own. I’m am currently working nights during the week so I have time in the morning for some walks or some hikes. Weekends schedule always changes. Previously I’ve dog sat and at the same time house sat while clients were out of town. I’m very cautious and trustworthy as well very vigilant of my surroundings.

They came over before we left to check out the routine for Knox and where they would come in to get him for his walks/ dog park and even took him on a little walk to see how he would be. They sent pictures of Knox playing at the dog park and let me know when they picked him up and dropped him off. About: I've had dogs and cats my entire life I currently have two dogs a cat 4 parakeets 4 love birds a hamster and a fish. I'm an animal lover I currently work from home caring for a special needs sister. I'm free throughout the day and evening. I have a very open schedule and love to walk. I have a fenced front yard, the fence is cement and 5 feet high. I let my own pets out there and there are never any problems.

About: Dogs have been in my life since I was very young, I'm certified with ABC to be able to learn how to improve the lives of dogs. I absolutely love dogs. I'm currently working with the School District schedule, during the summer, specially during the 4th of July, and any other holidays I'm available. I know the importance of keeping our 4 legs furry family members safe.
