About: I've owned dogs and helped in their care since I was young. I've pet sat for friends and neighbors as well. My current dog has been trained by me to be a service dog, so I'm good with puppy training, as well as patience. I also take care of our elderly pugs grooming needs, such as nail trimming and coat brushing. I am currently at home often, so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your pet. I'll be able to make many runs over to check on your pet, or be able to stay with little to get in the way. If there ever is anything in the way, I will always be straight forward and communicate. I have a fenced in backyard and 3 dogs who are all very friendly. I never leave them alone and will always have an eye on them, so nothing goes wrong. I'm able to dog proof areas that may have problems, and keep anything dangerous well put of reach. I'm also able to have secure spaces incase dogs need to destimulate away from others. About: I've had and taken care of kitties since I was a kid. I myself currently have 11 kitties in my home including foster kitties. We bought a house with a big glass room that is being made into a kitty heaven. It come off of our kitchen. If needed I can close the glass sliding door so they can be separated if your kitty doesn't get along with other animals or likes to stay too themselves. About: I am a former dog trainer at Dog Gone Amazing training and boarding in Reno Nv for the past 4 and half years. About: I've had large dogs since 1997. Currently I have 2 amazing dogs. A 3 legged great burnese, and a 1.2yr old burnese Mt. Dog. They are sweet and wonderful dogs with great manners and are super dog friendly. I also have 2 cats. Rick and Morty. They are a pair. Also very sweet and affectionate once they know you. They are indoor/outdoor 24/7 but avoid dogs. The love of my furry friends reflects who I am. I have 5 acres. This allows my dogs to mostly roam free as they stay close to home. It gives other dogs the opportunity to have a place to run around and play with other good dogs. There are also multiple leads amongst the property, as well as a gated and covered outside area if your pet isn't used to either of those situations. I spend almost all of my days working from home. So other than the occasional errand, I'm home. Otherwise, I exist for you and yours. My pets have water and food at all times. It's under a covered area so they are able to stay in the shade if they like. Otherwise my dogs are free to roam as they generally stay on the property. My property is not fenced. However with this undertaking dogs can be placed in the covered area when needed. They can be leaded if that's what you want. As well they are welcome in the house at any time. Your pets are free to relax anywhere they like. My dogs are very sweet and friendly. My 3 legged dog is not one to get to excited as he only has 3 legs. For the right dogs, my property is a paradise.
About: I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, easy and "difficult". I am very adept at walking and caring for reactive dogs who can have a hard time with other dogs and/or humans, and do my best to avoid any situations that can trigger reactive behaviors. I'm also happy to help keep up any training routines, I'm pretty proficient in general dog training, but I know it always comes down to the individual dogs for what works best. About: Hi, I’m Virgo (formerly Jeremy)! I’ve been dog sitting my friends’ dogs for about 10yrs, and working for a dog trainer for about 2yrs. (My parents tell me I’ve loved dogs my whole life, but I can only partly confirm.) A few things I like about dog sitting is discovering their personalities and learning how to interprete and anticipate their needs. I’m not intimidated by high-energy/high-intelligence dogs either! About: Since I was old enough to pull myself up by the hindquarters of the family dog, I have shared a special connection with animals. Well versed in the needs of our furry friends, no pet is too much for my care. Experienced in special need care for animals - including but not limited to insulin administration. I also have formal training as an assistant vet tech and have volunteered at the ASPCA for years. Since I am currently self-employed with reliable transportation, my schedule is extremely flexible. I have two dogs and two cats that I care for daily, but they are low maintenance and do not require much time. Boarding will be done on 5.5 acres in Freshwater, set back in the woods with plenty of land for your fur-baby to roam free. We have gated, open top areas as well as a temperature controlled garage set up if your pet needs isolation or time away from the other animals. When walking, during drop-in visits, or on overnight stays in your home, I will adhere to all requests and ensure your furbaby enjoys themselves in your absence!
About: I have always been an animal lover. Since my teenage years we had dogs and cats in the house. Over the last 17 years I have lived with and cared for 2 dogs and two cats. Sadly 3 of them have passed on at this point, and It's just myself and my 12 yr old husky mix Suki now. I am only employed on a very part time basis, so I have a fairly open and flexible schedule for dog walking, home visits and boarding on most weekdays, and some weekends. I have a fenced back yard perfect for pets to hang out in, and there is also a covered area in the back yard if the weather is rainy. She was observant enough to alert me to possible ailments stemming from their walk like, sore paws or a rash from where their harness rubs. She noted that one of our girls peed more than normal. I was a little apprehensive about someone else walking my dog because she is still a young lab in training, Amy understood my concerns and made me feel comfortable with her services. On the days Amy would take Penny out, she constantly sent me updates with photos and videos of Penny playing with other dogs. Penny was also very well behaved with Amy, which was my concern, and that she listened to Amy.
