“Sophie, with a lifetime of experience taking care of dogs, was wonderful with our yellow Lab. Her home has an ample backyard area and is quite welcoming to dogs. Her Boston Terrier plays very nicely with others. Our Lab got lots of love and attention from Sophie, including regular walks in the low-traffic neighborhood near Dominican U. It is abundantly clear that Sophie, an energetic college student trying to earn some money on Rover, could not be more motivated to take phenomenal care of your cherished companion. She did so with our 4 year-old Lab.”

“Five star +++ experience. I almost hate to leave a review because we want them all to ourselves! Lori & Frank treated my dogs like their own — they showered them with love and attention and took exceptional care of them. They sent adorable pictures and kept me updated (without being annoying about it) while I was out of the country for 9 days. They have a lovely cozy dog-friendly home, and a very nice fully fenced yard. They are both super kind dog lovers and also responsible adults so you can feel comfortable leaving your beloved pooch or pooches in their care. Just the best.”

“Lillie was wonderful, and I would highly recommend her! It was our first time leaving Bear with her- she sent lots of photos and videos which gave us peace of mind. Bear has issues with anxiety but came home a very happy boy! Thank you Lillie!”

“Nancy is the best. Super attentive, super friendly and very clearly LOVES DOGS. She will treat your pooch like the most important being on the planet. Nancy, thank you so much - we all miss you already!!!”

“Emily and Mark took amazing care of Kobi and I know he had such a good weekend with them from all the picture updates they sent us. We went to Yosemite this weekend and it was really nice to know that Kobi was under such good care. They took him on a bunch of long walks and brushed him and all! They even left us a nice picture and note in his bag when we picked him up which was really nice. We most definitely will be booking again with them if we end up needing a sitter at all. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Veronica and Bowie took great care of Kinley while I was away. Lots of photos and updates kept me up to date on how things were going and let me know she was getting cuddles. I really appreciate the clear communications and great care.”

“We were very happy with the care our dog received. Mila was communicative, attentive to our instructions, and clearly took great care of our dog while we were away. It gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was being handled so well. We’re grateful to have found someone we can trust and would gladly book with her again.”

“Rafi delivered such professional service, offering to pick up and drop off our pet even when we had not requested that service. She also created a safe and accommodating home for our dog, helping it become part of her pack so quickly. We were blown away by Rafi's innate ability to put animals at ease: our usually nervous pup approached her immediately and got into her car without assistance after only meeting her once.”

“Stephanie is amazing! We’ve left Rainbow with her a couple of times now, and each time has been such a great experience. She’s super responsive, sends tons of cute photos, and always keeps us in the loop. You can really tell she loves animals and treats them like family. We feel so lucky to have found her—thank you, Stephanie, for taking such great care of our girl!”

“Hsiaolei provided Lulu the absolute best attention and care. They were extremely attentive to her needs, taking her on loads of hikes because she is an energetic dog. The photos she sent us during our time away showed Lulu visibly smiling, whether on her pad by the fire or out on a walk. I highly recommend Hsiaolei!”

“Nadya is an absolute gem!! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and easy to work with! She kept us updated and sent photos each day. We were able to enjoy our vacation so much thanks to her incredible care :)”

“We were worried that our Mimi would be very anxious away from us - but she fit right in to Deborah’s home and we were able to enjoy our time away knowing she was truly cared for. Deborah was great at communication too and seeing Mimi’s smiles in the pictures was wonderful. Definitely will ask Deborah again if the need arises. Thank you!”

“I recently had Madison house sit and pet sit for nearly two weeks, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She took wonderful care of my cat, playing with him multiple times a day and regularly sending pictures so I always knew how he was doing. It's clear she genuinely loves animals. I came home to a happy, relaxed cat, just as I had left him. Madison was also incredibly responsive throughout the stay. Any time I had a question, she replied quickly and put my mind at ease. She also left the house in great shape, which I really appreciated. Leaving your pet with someone new can be a worrisome experience, but I never felt anxious once with Madison. I was completely at ease knowing my cat and home were in such capable, caring hands. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive pet sitter, and I will absolutely be hiring her again without hesitation.”

“My crew absolutely loved Sharon and her positive energy. The photos she sent were pronominal, the communication was great. We will be hiring her again. Alsó appreciated her attention to detail when learning all the different routines and behavior patterns with my little ones. Thank you.”

About: Carly grew up with cats and they have always held a special place in her heart. The cats of her childhood were a somewhat wild things that would roam around her backyard in Tahoe most of the day, checking back in to deliver presents of dead chipmunks and birds, and to cuddle. She’ll never forget delivering the kittens of her cat, Callie the Calico, when she was about 13– a formative experience in her young life. Carly frequently took care of other cats in her neighborhood when their owners went out of town, and is familiar and fluent in the gentle dance of getting to know a new cat, establishing trust and boundaries. We do not currently have a sweet kitty in our lives, and so would cherish the opportunity to care for yours.
“Edward is great! He’s on time, conscientious and reliable. He took extra effort to find our cat who is very shy and was able to find her and send pics. Our cat was comfortable enough to be seen on the last day, which means she felt safe with him - a testament to animals liking him. He was even able to sweep up a bit on the last day. Thanks Edward!”

“Once again Tania was absolutely amazing. We have a very spoiled, special needs cat and Tania always follows all of our instructions and requests with a smile. We also have a lot of plants that need attention - during a heat wave while we were gone she ensured everything was watered and still green when we returned. We can go on vacation and truly relax knowing our fur baby and our home is in good hands.”

About: I grew up with dogs and know firsthand how much they become part of the family. Our beloved dogs, Bonbon and Bambii, were like siblings to me, and I loved spending time with them on walks, hikes, and playtime adventures. Although I don't currently have pets of my own, I miss that special connection and would love the opportunity to care for and spend time with your furry companions. I also have experience looking after my sister's dog, Toast, and always enjoy giving pets the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I will treat your pets with the same love and care I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and being around animals. I love starting my mornings with a walk, hike, or run, and I'm available between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM for dogs who need exercise, fresh air, and attention before the day begins. In the evenings, I enjoy going on walks after work, usually from 7:00 PM onward. This gives me dedicated time to focus on your pet, whether that means a relaxing walk, playtime, or simply keeping them company. Having grown up with dogs and caring for my sister's dog, Toast, I understand that pets thrive on consistency, affection, and quality time. Caring for pets doesn't feel like a chore to me, it's something I genuinely look forward to and enjoy incorporating into my weekly routine.🐶🤍 When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize keeping them comfortable by maintaining their usual routine as closely as possible. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special preferences. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and exercise while also respecting their individual personalities and needs. I believe communication is important, so I am happy to provide updates, photos, and messages to give pet parents peace of mind while they are away. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets feel secure and cared for in their familiar surroundings.

“I have two beloved cats with separation and stranger anxiety. I get a little anxious too- when I have to leave them in someone else's care. :) Diane was wonderful! She responded quickly, communicated well, and her professionalism and easygoing nature helped ease my worries about leaving. During her visits with my cats, Diane's gentle yet thorough care ensured that they were safe and well cared for in my absence. She also shared notes and images after each visit. I would book her again and can highly recommend Diane!”

About: I've grown up with cats and understand how unique their personalities can be, whether they're laid-back and independent or super affectionate. I'm calm, patient, and I always try to meet them where they're at. I've done drop-in visits and helped with feeding routines, litter boxes, and playtime; I'm happy to follow whatever care your cat is used to. With my background in pet training, animal CPR certification, and future veterinary goals, I'm always focused on ensuring your cat feels safe, cared for, and completely at ease-even if they've got a little attitude.

About: Lifelong cat lover with hands-on experience caring for cats of all ages, personalities, and needs. I understand that every cat is different—some love attention and playtime, while others prefer a calm, quiet presence and care on their own terms. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to details like feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box cleaning, medication routines, and keeping your cat comfortable while you’re away. I have experience with shy cats, senior cats, multi-cat households, and cats who need extra patience to warm up. I pay close attention to behavior and appetite so I can quickly notice if something seems off. I also know how important updates are when you’re away, so I’m happy to send photos and messages for peace of mind. Your cat’s safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I’ll care for them as if they were my own.

About: Hello everyone! I grew up with cats in the house hold, and currently take care of three lovely kitties in my own home! I have a lot of personal experience with my own cats as well as getting to know the kitties my friends and family owns. I have had a lot of time to pay attention to the different body languages that cats use to communicate, as well as what their different vocals mean/indicate. Cats can take extra time to open up and I think it is well worth the wait because of how rewarding it is to establish trust! Rest assured I will care for your fur baby like they were my own, and send you lots of silly pictures while you are away :)
“This is the second time I have had Daisy’s help with my cat Fresno. Daisy is incredibly kind and warm, and is very reliable. Daisy was responsive to my texts, sent photos and was very open to all details concerning Fresno’s variety of needs, including giving him medicine. If Daisy is available, you should definitely use her! I am totally happy with how she took care of Fresno.”

“Liza was great. She was able to watch my cat even without much notice. Though I was not able to meet her in person first, after chatting with her I was confident she was the right choice. I loved the pics she sent of my pet. I would definitely rehire her and recommend her to anyone.”

“This was Kat's first time sitting for our kitten Peanut, and she exceeded our expectations across the board. Communication was excellent — she shared regular updates and sent us genuinely fun photos that we loved getting throughout the trip. When we hit an unexpected schedule change, Kat was completely accommodating and made it a non-issue. The house was just as clean as we left it. She followed everything we asked, from the litter box routine to stripping the bed before we got back. Most importantly, Peanut was visibly happy and well-adjusted when we returned — you can always tell when a sitter has actually engaged with your pet, and she clearly had. Peanut was so comfortable with Kat that we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We will absolutely have her sit for Peanut again. Highly recommend.”

“Susana is an expert at taking care of dogs! She was so kind and sweet with our nervous dog, and helped him feel comfortable right away. Her home is set up to be a dog paradise, with lots of room for dogs to play and relax safely both indoors and out. We will definitely book with her again!”

“Staying with Noey is like the best day at dog camp, ever. She’s the friendliest dog lover who truly enjoys hosting play dates with her own two beautiful little furry guys. 5 stars for Noey. Best Rover In The Bay Area!”

“Poppy looked so happy and comfortable when I came to pick her up. Kyla is such a dog lover, and I would absolutely recommend her. I am very picky about my dog sitters, and she is one of the best!”

“Franklin had so much fun and came back home happy and tired from all the activities he did with Heidi and Lars family. They send a lot of pictures and a detail information about what they did with him and what Franklin did. We are happy with them!”

“Kellie & Nate were so great to work with! They welcomed our dog in right away like he was part of the family. He got along super well with their dogs and really enjoyed their fenced yard. We really appreciated their caring attention to detail -- our dog can get an upset stomach easily, so it meant a lot that they made sure he didn't get any outside food etc. When we picked him up he was a very happy dog, which was such a good sign since he can get very anxious at times. So glad we got to meet Kellie & Nate, and hope we get to book dog-sitting with them again!”

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I maintain a calm, respectful environment and do not host any guests while I am staying there. I do not drink, smoke, or party; I focus fully on the pets’ care, safety, and consistency in their normal routine. In my own home, dogs are treated like part of the family. “Christina and her husband were so great to work with! We really appreciated their amazing communication from the moment we requested to book. We also loved how they sent cute photos and videos of our dog so we knew he was having an amazing time! They took excellent care of him and made sure he got plenty of potty breaks. Our dog also got along really well with their dog, which helped him to be less stressed during his stay. We really appreciate Christina's help, and would be happy to book with her again!”

“Nadya was so kind and took great care of our puppy, sending photos and videos throughout his stay. We’ll definitely be reaching out again next time we’re in town and need someone to take care of Appa for the day! Thank you, Nadya!”

“We needed a last-minute sitter for our 2 pups, and we’re so grateful Lucia came to the rescue! I’m always nervous about leaving my dogs with strangers because they need some time to acclimate to new people. I didn’t want to drop off my dogs and leave right away, so Lucia agreed to walk the dogs with me before I left. She was very good with interacting with my temperamental dogs and letting them come to her when they were ready. Lucia also has a large backyard, which was good for the dogs to run around. I highly recommend her and would be happy to leave my babies in her care again. Thank you so much, Lucia!!”

“Poppy ran happily to Sophie when I dropped her off after only meeting her once during the meet and greet. That says a lot since Poppy is an anxious little girl. She looked very happy when I picked her up as well. Sophie sent updates and photos and was very sweet and easy to work with. I highly recommend her!”

“So glad we met Edward! He took great care of our labradoodle, who can get very bad separation anxiety when we're away. I liked how Edward was thoughtful about bringing his dog outside to introduce her to our dog, and took them for a walk together right away so they could get to know each other. Edward's dog was very sweet and well behaved, and got along great with our dog. We are so thankful for Edward's help!”

“Hir and Mitchell were absolutely wonderful with Sheba! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me outside, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident leaving her in their care. It was clear right away that they are true animal lovers. They took Sheba on a walk right away and kept in great communication with me throughout the time she was with them, which I really appreciated. Everything felt easy—from finding their place to coordinating drop-off and pick-up. I’m so grateful to have found them. Highly recommend!”

“In our first meeting and walk Susannah was communicative, reliable, friendly, and clearly a true dog lover! My (reactive) pittie took to her immediately and they had a great walk together. I appreciated how carefully she listened to my instructions and asked about my dog's potential triggers. I look forward to using her services in the future.”

“Edward was great with my two dogs. One is a one year old and the other is 12 years old. He was great at communicating with me when he got there, sending pictures of the dogs and when he finished the walk and how the dogs did. I would definitely recommend Edward for waking your dogs.”
About: I have been a animal lover for as long as I can remember! I got my first dog, Daisy, when I was 7 Years old and quickly found a passion for caring for animals. My family and friends have relied on me over the years to walk, feed, and love their pets. I even spent a few summers volunteering at the Humane Society in Marin County. During the pandemic I got my second dog. With the extra time on my hands, I focused on training Autumn. This training included socializing with other dogs and humans, introducing different environments and sounds, leash training and learning basic commands like siting and healing. My First dog is now 14 years old and requires a bit more senior care, this includes giving proper medications and more often bathroom breaks. I have a wide range experience with dogs of all ages and needs. I just moved back to Novato after graduating from UC Berkeley this past spring. My availability is flexible and would love the opportunity to care and play with your pups! I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. My goal is to create a safe, positive and loving environment for your pup.

I prefer to take care of your fur family in your home, where they are most comfortable. Since I recently retired and I can fully focus on providing optimal care for your loved ones. I treat your pet as I treat mine. They are a part of the family. I’m a passionate and experienced pet sitter and dog walker committed to ensuring the well-being and happiness of every pet entrusted in my care. Whether it’s providing photo updates for pet parents, a neighborhood walk to get those zoomies out, or just being a calming presence for shy dogs and cats, I strive to make sure you and your pet are both happy with my service. I have a flexible schedule with plenty of time to care for your fur family as my own. I am active and love the outdoors, making walking and hiking my daily routine. Often accompanied by my husband, your dogs and/or cats as well as other pets will receive extra attention. I am sensitive to the way dogs and cats respond to new people . I take the time to understand their personalities taking the time to establish trust. I am currently training a puppy with the basics. It is such an honor realizing how important creating good habits are for a healthy and happy fur family! You can count on me for a tailored service that matches your pets' requirements and reflects the extraordinary care I extend to your furry family.
“Demaris was great and sweet with Bowie. She was also super flexible since our timing was a little off. We would recommend her to anyone looking to find short term care for their pup!”

“Olive absolutely loves her regular walks with Lisa. I appreciate how communicative Lisa is with us, and getting our photo updates of their excursions. Thanks for making Olive happy and her parents' schedules easier!”

About: I’ve been a pet lover my whole life! Growing up, we always had a family dog, and now I have my own furry companion, Leo, who I’ve raised since he was just two months old (he’s 8 y/o now). In my free time I love caring for animals, I volunteer at the Marin humane society as well! So I’ve learned how to care for all types of dogs and their different behaviors, personalities, and temperaments! ☺️ I currently work Monday - Friday but I am able to walk your dog after work on the weekdays or I am pretty open on the weekends & holidays! I treat every clients home with respect, and watch their pet as if that pet were my own! I love animals and I am happy to be able to watch them in my free time.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats in the house. From middle school to high school, my family and I fostered cats/kittens inside our home. I have experience with senior animals and low to medium medical needs animals. I am working part time! I have the most availability all day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but I can work on the weekends with enough planning. I prefer to keep your pet in their own home, to help reduce their stress. If we decide to board them at my home, they will have access to a fenced in backyard, two dogs (one of whom is senior), and a senior cat.

Thank you!”
“Stella had great time staying at Noey’s, I don’t think she wanted to leave!! Noey sent tons of pics of her and Stella playing and interacting with the other dogs. Noey gave me peace of mind knowing Stella was safe and taken care of. I highly recommend her!!!!”

“Tyrion was the happiest with Nahir and Mitchell. They were in touch constantly during Tyrion’s stay, and provided regular updates. Will definitely book with them again :)”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always loved taking care of them. I have a dog of my own and have helped care for pets of all kinds, from neighborhood pups to family cats. I’ve participated in dog training classes, I’m certified in animal CPR, and I’m currently a pre-veterinarian major studying biology. So this isn’t just something I enjoy, I’m truly passionate about it. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I always try to make them feel safe, loved, and understood. Whether it’s a walk, a check-in, or just some company while you’re away, I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own! As a college student, I have a pretty flexible schedule. I have lots of time during the week and weekends to hang out with your pets. Walks, check-ins, playtime, I’d be so excited to do any of these with your furry friends. I love being outside and active, so spending time with animals is honestly the best part of my routine. I’m super mindful about keeping pets safe and comfortable, whether I’m in your home or out on a walk. I always follow care instructions closely, and I’m trained in animal CPR, so I’m prepared for emergencies (just in case!). I’ve also taken pet training classes, so I know how to read behavior and respond calmly if a pup gets nervous or overly excited. My goal is always to make your pet feel secure and happy, and to leave you feeling totally at ease, too.
