“What Elaine lacks in phsycial space, she makes up for 10 fold in love and effort. I rarely have others take care of my big doggos, but they were cared for so well with Elaine. She sent pictures and put my mama heart at ease. Knowledgeable, patient and followed our dogs particular needs to a T. If you need a sitter, she's the gal to go to!”

“As usual, Carolyn was awesome and my Vito had a great time! I feel very confident and comfortable leaving my baby with her! I love getting the pictures during his stay with her!”

“Kelly was great! She kept me well informed of how Reggie was doing and sent lots of photos. Her home is perfect—with a big backyard and other dogs to play with. And bonus, she sent us home with homemade dog treats, a very sweet touch! Thank you, Kelly!”

“Elaine took really good care of my frenchie. She kept me updated by sending daily pictures and videos of my fur baby. She also messaged me with updates and questions about my dog eating habits, etc. I was able to enjoy my weekend getaway knowing that Luni was in good hands. Thanks for taking great care of Luni.”

My home is set up for our two dogs and has plenty of space for visiting pups to play both indoors and outside in our fenced yard.

I really love my dogs and I know how it feels to leave your dog with someone else so I will make sure you get daily pictures if you like. I'm currently just enjoying the summer and looking towards watching your fur baby. I don't work at the moment. I stay home all day as well. I have a fenced yard. I will make sure your dog stays in the same room as me so I can keep an eye on them at all times. I don't like cages. but if cages are needed than I can :)

“We were truly blessed to find Becky. From the minute we walked in to her house we knew she was the one to watch our sweet Addie. Addie is an eleven year old yellow lab and this is the first time in many years she has been separated from us. Let’s just say she had as good of vacation as we did. We were so pleased with the care and attention she received. Becky sent us pictures and even videos every morning for the eight nights Addie was there. Many text messages reassuring us she was doing great. I could go on, but we (very) highly recommend Becky and will never think about anyone else keeping our baby girl.”

About: I provide attentive, personalized care for your pets, ensuring their comfort and safety while you're away. Drop-Ins: During my visits, I take several photos of your pets and provide detailed updates on their behavior and the tasks I've completed. This keeps you informed and reassured about their well-being. Walks: For dog walks, I make sure to secure your dog with their leash, collar, and/or harness before locking up. I prioritize your pet's safety by staying on grassy areas or white pavement to protect their paws from hot surfaces. Availability: I am a full time nursing student as of August 2025 through 2027. I have a cat and dog of my own. A lot of my availability is dependent on the week, so please reach out so I can review what you need and let you know my availability asap. It doesn’t hurt to ask :) Home Care: I treat your home and belongings with the utmost respect. A meet-and-greet helps us both feel comfortable with your pet, possessions, and access to your home. I'm usually available for these meetings upon request. Feel free to reach out if you're interested in my services! I have a cat and dog, so overnight stays may not be available. Please let me know how I can assist you and when I can be of help. I will treat your pets as my own! I use Rover as well for my pets occasionally and expect the same from others. It takes a lot to trust others with your fur babies!
“Very highly recommended! Very attentive to my dog’s needs and communicated very well giving me instant updates of everything! Additionally, provided access to pup camera to monitor while I was away. I left my puppy last minute with medication. Giovanni administered the medication as instructed and on time sending me updates and photographs! Giovanni was also very flexible drop off and pickup times. Again, highly recommended will rebook again!”

“Chelsea did an amazing job taking care of our dog she is very approachable and attentive to any requests. We 100% recommend her and will consider her for future needs when looking for someone to take care of our dog.”

“Joshwa was great, super accommodating last minute and very communicative. I really appreciated all the pictures and videos for our peace of mind. Yogi looks like he had a great time with their dogs.”

“Kenna has been an absolute blessing! Huck (my dog) loved playing with Gunner (their dog). Kenna is prompt, reliable, trustworthy and she updated me while I was out of town which was very comforting. I don’t know what we would have done without her! Thank you for making Huck feel like he was part of the family while we were away.”

“Melissa took great care of our two senior cats, including one that requires daily insulin shots and has potty issues. She followed our routine like a champ, spent time with our babies, and ensured that we didn't come to a stinky house. :) Would definitely recommend her!”

“Absolutely enjoyed knowing Kari was watching my 4 kittos. She sent daily updates and pictures to let us know they were doing okay while we were gone. Crockpot especially loved getting loved on by her. (She sent us some belly rub pictures.) Even our more shy cats were doing good. When we came home all were in good spirits. Would rehire her, and I do recommend.”

“Makyla was amazing! She was always quick to respond when I texted with questions and she went far, far above and beyond while visiting our two cats. This was our first time with Rover, and Makyla brought us tremendous peace of mind during our out-of-state trip! Our cats were calm, healthy, and happy when we returned, which is a fantastic endorsement of Makayla’s care - they typically get edgy in our absence, but Makyla clearly has the magic touch of a pet whisperer. We’re definitely sticking with perfect Makyla for all future travels!”

“Elaine went above and beyond to take care of my two boys. She did such an amazing job taking care of them, saying thank you isn’t enough, Elanie is such an amazing person,I would 100% recommend her to everyone I know with pets. And will be rebooking with her again.”

“Our cats met us on our return with smiles on their faces. Food, water, and cat boxes were filled properly, can't ask for more. Shylynn will become our go to for any future trips.”

About: I have had a cat since I was 10, they quickly stole a spot in my heart. I grew up with dogs but since getting a cat gravitate in their direction. So much love for cats of any size, age, and breed. I am currently a senior at UWL and have an on campus job. I have plenty of time to dedicate to the fur babies.
“John dropped in on our Bengal cat Murphy daily during our vacation in the Caribbean. We met face to face beforehand, and John was a nice, normal guy. Super responsive to text. The app notified us every time John started the drop-in visit and when it ended. John always fed, changed water, cleaned the litter, played with and pet Murphy. He sent me three or four pictures each day, and commented on how Murphy was doing. When we came home, everything was perfect, Murphy was happy, and John came by to return the key at my convenience. Five stars, you couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.”

“Rachel was great!! She was friendly and watered my plants and took in my mail, she made sure peanut was doing good on each visit. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!! I would definitely have her watch over lil peanut again!!”

“Laiza is the best our pups were exhausted when we picked them up, the updates with video and pictures were fantastic as we were so nervous as this was the first time leaving them alone being so far from home in Canada. Laiza was so personable from our first meet and greet as well through this visit truly an amazing person who loves dogs. We our spoiled and certainly don’t feel we would be comfortable with anyone else looking after our pups what a great experience for us as well as our boys.”

“Oh my goodness, Paulette was absolutely fabulous. My stay across the border was extended by several hours. She was so professional and took such a great care of Gidget.. She’s kind and so knowledgeable about pet care. Her home and yard are set up so perfect. Gidget had a wonderful day. I’m sure she will sleep great tonight.💕”

About: I love all types of animals and have had dogs and cats since childhood. Caring for pets has given me lifelong experience, compassion, patience, and dedication. Pet care is my full-time job, so I am present and attentive throughout the entire time your pet is in my care, ensuring constant supervision, safety, comfort, and companionship. I have a secure, fenced yard with plenty of grass and sprinklers, giving pets a safe, fun space to run, play, explore, and stay active.
About: I’ve fostered dogs since I was in fourth grade, sometimes multiple at a time. Varying in size and age, sometimes cats as well as dogs. I am currently a junior at UWL and work an on campus job. I am going to school full time and my job does block off some of my time but I am willing to work my schedule around the fur babies. I live in the dorms so I will not be able to take the dogs into my home but I can easily take care of them in your home and easily crate if necessary. They will be provided with plenty of love and attention.
“We had such a wonderful experience with this sitter for doggy daycare through Rover! They were even taken on walks, which we really appreciated. The sitter was communicative, kind, and clearly cared about making sure our pups felt comfortable. Their little boy absolutely loved playing with and cuddling our dogs, and it was so sweet knowing they were getting extra love and attention throughout the day. Our dogs came home happy and relaxed. We enjoyed receiving photos of them while we were away too. We would absolutely book again and highly recommend!”

“Great experience! Giovanni was available on short notice, and took the time to do a meet-n-greet. Overall excellent job caring for my pup. Rocky had a great time, and I appreciated receiving photos and updates throughout the day. It’s such a relief to have found a reliable local sitter that Rocky enjoys spending time with. Very happy with the experience and will definitely be booking again!”

About: Hi, I’m Lacy! I’ve been caring for animals since I was 9 through 4-H, where I learned how to care for animals like family. I’m now a dog mom myself, and when I’m not helping people around Yuma as a Realtor, I’d love to help care for your pup too. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone new, so I’ll make sure they feel safe like they’re my own. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because my schedule is pretty open for the most part. I’m happy to work with each pet’s routine and make sure they get the care, attention, and love they’re used to. I’m very open to caring for pets in their own home, where they may already feel most comfortable. I’m happy to follow their normal routine with feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide.

“Becky was fantastic with us and our little girl from beginning to end! Fantastic, responsive communication, patient with our concerns and questions and loving care for our baby. We have every intention of using her again during our stay in the Yuma area!”
“Amazing care for my puppy. Lezlie was so understanding with any changes in my schedule and amazing with my dog. It was a new environment for him but Lezlie made him feel so cared and loved. She will definitely book her to care for my puppy again.”

Adventure-ready dog walkers - Bard

About: I have been walking and house sitting dogs and cats since I was about 15 years old off and on just to help my neighbors out (I’m currently 21). I’m very comfortable with animals and understanding of their weird quirks as I grew up on a farm. I have owned and fostered many different sizes of dogs, from Pyrenees to Chihuahua, I love them all! I originally from Yosemite, CA but I just moved to Arizona and would love to help anyone with their pet needs. I have just moved to Arizona from California and am new to the area but very eager to explore! I can be available day or night to be with your animals. I have my own car and no kids (just a husband lol) so I don’t have too much that’s holding me down! My husband is in the Marine Corps working in ATC on base. I will be completely respectful of a clients home and leave it just as it was found. I would also be completely respectful and caring towards any animal. My last job was as a housekeeper so I am no stranger to keeping a place tidy! I have pet sat for many neighbors and friends since I was 15 years old and am very comfortable around animals. For an animals safety and care I would love to send pictures, videos, or even FaceTime when it’s convenient for the client!
“Kari was great!. She took amazing care of my dogs and always kept me updated with how they were doing, what adventures they had, etc. She took the time to meet and greet with them twice and they really liked her and enjoyed her company. She also listened to everything I had to tell her about my dogs and their schedule. I was able to go away for a few days feeling confident they were in good hands, and did not have to worry about them while I was away. Thank you!”

About: Every pet I've had in the past was a member of my family and very much loved. I don't have a pet at the present time. I am retired so I have plenty of time to help pet owners with anything they might need. Keeps me busy with a purpose. I provide all types of care and meet and greets are required. I don't do puppies unless it's house sitting. FYI: If you book during a non-federal holiday (i.e. Palm Sunday, Easter, etc.) and also if travel is more than 20 miles from me, my prices might be adjusted upwards to accommodate. I have a fenced front/back yard, a large grass common area and a community dog park/run for pups to run and play in without a leash.
“Lana was a great dog sitter for my babies. She went an extra mile to keep them safe from the hot weather and safe at home. When I came I could tell they were happy and well taken care of. :)”

About: Always had pets growing up, primarily mid to large sized dogs and random critters. While I can't currently own any of my own, I would love to hang out with and give some attention to yours! Right now my schedule is 8 days on, 6 days off. So essentially, all day every day every other week I can be available for walking and sitting, or just home visits mid day to let pets ourlt for potty breaks etc. I do not currently have the ability to bring any pets to my home, but depending on the set up at the home of the client, monitored backyard runs or leashed walks would probably be the starting point of interacting with new pets.

About: With 10 years of pet care experience, I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. I currently have two large dogs, so I’m confident handling strong, high-energy pups as well as those who need a calmer approach. I’m attentive to routines, feeding schedules, and making sure each pet feels secure and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets consistent attention throughout the day. Between caring for my own dogs and client pets, I’m used to planning my day around walks, feeding times, and play. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I also treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping everything clean and secure while you’re away.

About: Hi! I’m Elizabeth 🐾 I’ve grown up caring for animals of all kinds and have a deep understanding of how important consistency and routine are for their well being. I provide dog walking, drop-ins, and pet sitting with a calm, attentive approach keeping your pet’s normal routine intact while you’re away. I’m very comfortable with larger breeds and pets that need both exercise and mental engagement. I’m skilled at reading animal body language to help ensure everyone stays safe and stress free. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and flexible. With very open availability, I’m able to adjust to your needs and give your pet the focused care and attention they deserve while you’re away. ✨ Sit N Stay Pet Care.. where your pet feels at home 🐈🐾💛🌵🦴 I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting when it’s most convenient for you, and our 4 legged companions. They are priority. With an open schedule, I am able to keep your animals regular routine. I understand the importance of providing personalized care for your furry family members in their own environment. I follow your instructions closely to maintain your pet’s routine, ensuring they feel safe and secure while you’re away.
About: I don’t accept hugs or kisses (only from fur babies). I will not book you again if you don’t respect my personal space. I rarely do last minute bookings (even if you are an established client). I do meet and greets at the park. I will observe your dog and also how you interact with me and your dog. After our meet and greet, I will provide my home address. Starting 2025, I will be taking time off for my birthday, my husband’s birthday, Valentine’s Day (and weekend), the second day of the county fair, the month of November and December (I will be preparing for a full marathon), as well the first week of January. Please check my calendar for availability. Unexpected life events or situations may arise. Thank you for your understanding .🙏🏼😊🥰❤️ I am not a trainer but I will give your dogs all the love and attention as if they were mine ❤️. You can read my reviews to find out what my clients think of my services. Please also look at all the pictures (I have over 300 pictures posted) so you can get an idea of what your dog will experience at my house. If you decide to go with a different sitter, I hope this information helps you. The care of your best furry friend matters. Don’t go with mediocre care just because it cost less. Do a meet and greet, schedule a day (or multiple days) of daycare or a night of boarding to see how your sitter interacts with your dog during the booking. There has only been one Rover sitter that has met my expectations (for boarding). She doesn’t live in Yuma. Whenever I have an emergency, I have to travel 5 hours to take my dogs to her. It is worth the drive. I only accept dogs that have all their shots (including Bordatella for kennel cough). I let all dogs roam freely around the house. If your dog is not potty trained or urinates out of anxiety, I will provide diapers. All dogs need to be picked up before 8pm (I rarely make exceptions depending on the situation). I wake up early and work hard all day with the fur babies so please respect my time. If you talk to me for long periods of time at drop off or pick up, I won’t book you anymore. I rather spend my time with the dogs. This is not mean. The dogs have taught me to be honest and authentic. I will also not provide service if your child is behaving like they are at a playground. This is not a park or a child care center. Please do not message me constantly, spy on me, or come look for me at my house to convince me to provide dog sitting services. This is a violation to my privacy. Please read all details. If you are new to Rover, you save $20 with promocode: LAIZAG47087 The following description is to help those who are new to Rover. Boarding-over night stay at my house Day Care-up to 8 hours Home drop-in visits(does not include a walk)- 30 min to an hour home visit to check on dog(s), administer medication, play with them, give them affection and make sure they have food and clean water. I highly recommend one hour so I can spend enough time with your dog(s) and prevent them from getting anxious. I will not book any adult dog that is expected to hold their pee for more that 8 hours during the day and for more than 12 hours at night. For puppies, my policy is not more than 4 hour during the day and not more than 7 hours at night. Your dog’s comfort is my priority. Walks -30 minutes to an hour walk (I highly recommend an hour walk if your dog is alone most of the day). This will prevent them from getting anxious. *The total cost of service includes a one time Rover fee (that money goes to Rover). *Rover takes 20% percentage of my pay. *Extended stay fee is automatically added if you drop off and pick up time are not the same (I receive 50% of that fee). This is to compensate sitters for their extra time. *Please do not send me your phone number or ask me for my personal number in an attempt to make a deal outside Rover. Rover can track the conversion. I think is important to have our meet and greet first. My rates won’t change. I will not book anyone who is hostile, aggressive, acts entitled or doesn’t respect my work or time. *once you send me a booking request, I will set up a meet and greet. The meet and greet is to decide if we are a good fit for each other. Meeting is NEVER more than 20 minutes. I respect your time, please respect mine. *if everything goes well at meet and greet, we can both accept booking. Rover will ask you to enter you credit card information to process your payment. The booking becomes official once the payment goes through. Some client find it helpful to bring their dog to day care before actually boarding their dog. This will help your dog become more familiar with me and our home. This also reduces the level of anxiety. It gives me us an opportunity to get to know each other. For large breeds, you must book a day of daycare before actually boarding your dog. It gives me an opportunity to see how your dog interacts with me and other dogs. This is to ensure all dogs are happy and safe. The following breeds must be crate trained (I can provide crate): Pit bull (or any Pit Bull mix), Boxer, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, American Bulldog, Bullmastiff, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow and Cane Corso. I will only crate them if I need to step out of the house (for a short period of time). These breeds need to be well socialized and exercised in order for me to provide daycare or boarding. I do make exceptions with dogs who have been traumatized in a crate. I will never put your dog in a crate if they go into survival mode. *If you are an established client and you are having issues with the Rover App, I can actually request booking for you (just send me a message in our latest conversation). I can also modify your booking (up to the booking date) in case you need to make changes. *If you are running late for drop off or pick-up (30 minutes to an hour), there will be no extra charge as long as you let me know in advance. I value your time, please value mine. *100% of the money you tip me goes to me. A tip is not a requirement. Thank you 🙏🏼❤️. *I'm usually not on my phone between the hours of 9AM and 9PM. I decided to try Rover as an attempt to be a full-time fur mom. I fell in love with the whole experience. All dogs come with a message of love and compassion. I am very grateful to my clients for their respect, kindness and trust. Dog sitting has allow me to meet some of the most beautiful people in the world. ❤️ I put my heart and soul into taking care of beautiful dogs. This is not a side job or a hobby. This is my full time job and I am proud of it. I know how hard it can be to find the right person to take care of our fur friends. I had struggles of my own. I was not able to find a long term dog sitter for my dogs. Luckily, I am now able to stay home with them. I am the daughter of immigrant parents. I was born in California but raised in San Luis, Mexico. I have a masters degree in Human Relations, a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and minor in Chemistry. I been married for 8 years. My husband is a veteran and he loves dogs. He helps me with the dogs on the weekends. You will see him in some of the pictures. In the past, I have mainly worked with children and teens (P.E Teacher and Academic Success Advisor). I have also had other jobs such as administrative Specialist, Community Specialist, Zumba Instructor, Substitute Teacher, Academic Advisor and Testing Coordinator. During Covid, I developed my own business mentoring children and teens (for emotional support). From all the jobs I have performed, dog sitting has been the most tender to my soul. I learn how to be kind and compassionate to myself and set clear boundaries with humans. 🥰❤️ My dogs will not be part of the meet and greet. I have learned to introduce dogs slowly (as well as toys). There is no rush. Dogs have different temperaments. Some dogs act differently around their owner and some dogs need time to adjust to each other. Your dog's comfort and safety are my priority. I will let you know if they don’t get along. You don’t need to be present. Thank you! I spend my day with the dogs. I even take them on car rides except when the weather doesn't permit it (high temperatures of 115 and above because you can’t even feel the AC in the car). I sometimes have to step out of the house to attend to a doctor's appointment, pick up a dog or walk a dog. It's never more than 2/3 hours. If your dog doesn’t like to be created, that’s totally fine with me as long as they are ok staying at home. I let dogs roam freely around the house but if you have specific instructions, I will make sure to follow your instructions. I don't take in more than 5 dogs at a time. This is to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all dogs. I will provide you with at least one daily update (with pictures). You are welcome to request more updates. Please bring dog’s food. This is extremely important because some dogs develop an upset stomach due to sudden food changes. If your dog doesn't like dry food, please bring frozen cook meals for me to warm up.

“Lana is perfectly an awesome sitter. She is very caring with our fur baby and our baby looked happy and comfy while we were gone. I recommend her for her loving care and compassion towards animals especially when it comes to your furry family member. Thank you Lana!!!”

“I was very scared to use this site,my Jessie is very spoiled rotten and he needs to be with someone around the clock,he's 14 years old.I did alot of review searching and I picked Laiza she absolutely wonderful loving, caring, and is on top of it.I felt so comfortable with her I never worried at all the whole time I will always use her if I can,Jessie just loved her ❤️”

“Kelly was great! She kept me well informed of how Reggie was doing and sent lots of photos. Her home is perfect—with a big backyard and other dogs to play with. And bonus, she sent us home with homemade dog treats, a very sweet touch! Thank you, Kelly!”
