About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. When the neighbor's dogs broke through the fence and attacked him, I was the one who flushed and cleaned his wounds, changed his bandages, and nursed him back to health after he came home from the vet. He became diabetic when he grew old and I gave him his insulin shots. I also had an outdoor cat, and pet sat for a neighbor who had an iguana, fish, water turtles, and cockatiels. As an adult, I adopted a pit-mix rescue and we enjoyed obedience training, going to the dog park, car rides for a pup cup, going for walks, and playing tug-of-war. Last year, he was diagnosed with an oral tumor and he needed lots of extra care during his last months. He needed medication 3 times a day, a specialized diet when it became difficult for him to eat kibble, and eventually hand-feeding for him to be able to eat at all. He passed away 14 years old. I wouldn't trade one minute. I'm currently working part-time in the morning and would love to spend my afternoons with animals. If you need someone to care for your pet mid-day, we're the perfect match. I provide care where your pet feels safest - in their own home environment. Please leave me detailed instructions so I know where to find their food and food bowl, leash, toys, medications, etc. If you have spacial boundaries for your pet such as not being allowed on the couch or bed, in specific rooms, or if they are outside-dog only, etc., please let me know so I can respect and enforce those boundaries.

Growing up, I also owned a Chihuahua and spent time dog walking for others ever since I was a kid, which helped me learn how to work with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with active puppies, shy dogs, and dogs that need extra attention and reassurance. What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I currently work part-time as a delivery driver, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to stay close to home throughout the day. Because of that, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, exercise, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. I care for my own two young dogs every day, so pet care is already a major part of my routine. When I'm not working, I spend time walking, training, playing with, and caring for them. My flexible schedule allows me to adjust my day around the needs of the pets in my care and make sure they receive the attention, supervision, and affection they deserve. Safety is my top priority when caring for pets. In my home, dogs have access to a large, securely fenced yard where they can play, exercise, and explore safely under supervision. I also have a large crate available for dogs who are crate-trained or need a quiet place to relax. If a dog needs their own space, I can separate them using a dog gate and provide a comfortable area in my home where they can rest safely. I always monitor interactions between pets and make sure each dog is comfortable and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. I believe consistency helps pets feel secure and comfortable while their owners are away. My goal is to provide a safe, calm, and caring environment where every pet feels at home.

About: I've taken care of family and friends pets for around 6 years. All different breeds, sizes, and ages of dogs. I personally have always had cats. I will always make sure your fur-babies are taken care of. I am currently on summer break. So I am available for any hours of the day and all seven days of the week. So I am available to check on your pet a few times day, if needed. I do not offer for pets to come to my house. But I will treat your fur-babies like my own.
