About: Been on rover for quite some time now 2018, I am now located in the Plumas Lake area. I am a CPDT but I’m shifting gears slightly and going to school for vet med to be a RVT. Your pets will be in good hands between myself and my wife who has 10 years as RVT. Coffee, let the pups out to potty, prep breakfast, head out for morning gym or appointment. Return by 12. Potty breaks and dog walk or bike ride for Sparta. Landscaping/yard work or In my workshop until sundown. Dogs eat around 5pm Yard is fenced in back and front. I will be able to provide play areas for little and big dogs separately if needed. Meals are typically mornings 7 to 9 and evenings 5 to7. I am able to create different zone for the dog to be in if there is any need for separation. I also have multiple buildings in which to house them and a very large private back yard for them to run.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a child all the way from administration of medicine to birthing animals on a farm to just feeding and walking and loving on animals. About: I've had the pleasure of loving and taking care of furbabies of all sizes for 20 years. I first started pet sitting for an acquaintance in 2005. Later, when I became established in the area as a trusted house cleaner, I started pet sitting for some of my clients and their friends. Sadly, I lost all my clients and contacts save one in the Camp Fire as my client base was in Paradise and Magalia. Since then, I have taken care of my own little furbabies and ever so often cared for the Chihuahua/Pug/Terrier mix of the one remaining client from Paradise. Within the years that I was actively pet sitting, I took care of dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to Whippets. I am excited to once again assist you with your pet sitting needs and ensure the best attention is given to your dog’s health, happiness, and well-being! For my clients in Paradise and Magalia, I did both drop-ins and overnight stays. (My favorite memory was staying with two little lovely Dachsies for three weeks!) I made sure each pet I took care of was fed as per the instructions given to me and that they had access to fresh, clean water. Whether it’s maintaining a regular meal routine or making sure your pet stays hydrated throughout the day, I prioritize comfort and health for all furbabies in my care. I also have experience administering medications, whether oral or topical, and am dedicated to ensuring your pets specific medical needs are met with precision and care. I know personally the importance of a vet's instructions and the proper maintenance of a consistent medication routine. I also know the importance of exercise in keeping a pet happy and healthy. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous activity, I am happy to ensure that your pet gets the exercise and playtime they need! Above all, each dog that I have taken care of I have treated as part of my family. I look forward to providing your furbaby with the same love, attention, and care that I have given to my past clients and to my own pets! My schedule has changed and is more open during the work week. I currently have a day job between the hours of 12:30PM and 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. My hours can be flexible with this day job. I am available early morning and some evenings during the work week. My schedule changes, on occasion, in the evenings Monday through Friday. My weekends are fully free and am available for pet sitting, dog walking and drop-ins all day on Saturday and Sunday. For any pet in my care, whether it has been a client's pet or my own, I have always ensured that they have gotten plenty of love and quality care. For past clients, I adhered to all instructions given pertaining to feeding time, exercise and medications if applicable. I made sure there were plenty of cuddles and that every pet in my care felt safe and secure.
About: I am a loving pet mom for 15 yrs and before and during that time I have helped many others with their animals. I can sit, check in and play with, and take for walks. I love animals and giving them attention because I know it is so important. I work from home so I love reasons to get out of the house and pet friends to keep me company at night. I work and stay 100% near the outskirts of Yuba City. My pets and their friends safety in #1 in my house and yard. I have a very large fenced in back yard and I have proofed it so not even very small dogs (like mine) can find a way out. I am an avid pet counter before doors are open and I double and sometimes triple check that the home is secured before I leave, we don’t want any babies to get out of their safe space.
About: I have always watched dogs and other animals for my family when they go on trips, I do take them outside regularly for potty breaks and to play. I always make sure they have water and food, If they have medical problems I make sure to give them the medicine they need at the correct time. If you have any specific or special requests for your pet like bathing, playing, or potty training i’m positive we can work something out but if there are any special requests I do need you to provide anything that is needed for your pet. I usually have a flexible schedule so i’m sure we can work out any times and dates! Other than that I can’t wait to take care of your fur babies!
About: I’ve had personal experience with animals of all kinds for my entire life. I’ve grown up with both cats and dogs, I’ve owned guinea pigs, and handled reptiles. I’ve dog sat many times over the past few years for family and friends. I currently spend a lot of time home and am looking for some extra money. About: I began transporting dogs, including puppies, in 2020 for a dog-breeding business in Yuba City, CA. I've bathed, walked, and cared for puppies and dogs of all sizes and ages. I occasionally check in on cats when their owners are out of town. I've trained dogs how to sit and how to take walks properly. I walk my pitbull mix and my chihuahua together side by side. I also walk my neighbor's lab twice per week because he is elderly and arthritic, unable to walk her himself. I greatly enjoy the outdoors and animals!!! I work full-time Monday through Friday 8-5. So my availability is limited to Sundays only, add Saturdays I'm normally hanging out with my husband and we often go out of town for the day I can watch your pet in your home. If you live near the dog park, I can take your dog there as well. The Yuba City dog park has closed down but there is one in Live Oak next to the soccer park.
About: I have had a variety of animals always in my life. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and rodents. (All of which I've had at some point) I have also worked for a rescue charity for 7+ years which resulted in having learned basic and emergency care, as well as administration of medication. About: Growing up i’ve always had dog by my side made me the biggest fan of dogs all shapes and sizes and what inspired me toward veterinary medicine. About: I have an understanding of dog psychology and act calm under pressure. Previously, I was the dog trainer at Petsmart for a year and a half. I love dogs very much and care for their success! My main concern is the dog's health, which is why walking them is extremely important. Giving dog's additional exercise other than playing in the back yard is key to releasing their excess energy. Walks also provide new areas to explore which will give them an opportunity to use their smellers and analyze the world. You will be surprised at how tuckered out they become!
